Describe your activity on the server?:
Since 2018 I've been active on the server, at first I was inactive due to the fact I didn't comprehend how the server worked, but around Christmas I began to become gradually more active, I now play 5-6 hours a day on my College account and 2 hours on my separate account.
Are you aware that inactivity for more than 15 days without an inactivity log will result in removal from the council?:
Yes, I understand this and am willing to be an active member of the council.
TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council?:
The student council is a group of students brought together to help with the school. Councillors normally get together and debate on ideas to improve the school. When around school, councillors are expected to point any troublemakers to the desired place, depending on the offence (detention room, council room, dean or principals’ office, etc.), Recently the councillors have also been telling college students to go to class as it is now mandatory.
Who or what brought you to apply for the student council? (e.g. a friend, colleague, etc):
''I brought myself to apply. I am interested in becoming a councillor, mainly due to the fact I've been inspired to become one of the professors had told me I should give it a shot as well, so I've stuck to that.''
What does the school council of Karakura do?:
''Like said previously, councillors are to discuss ideas to improve the school. They are also supposed to be punishing troublemakers accordingly, directing students to their specified classes, they are also there to help students with directions if a new student is lost and is always around to be helpful.''
How would you describe your work ethic?:
"If I were to describe my work ethic, I would say I am reliable for things, usually keeping things in check. Moreover, I am also very independent and productive. Usually, I would be able to do a lot in a short amount of time, depending on the task. I am also Influential and have good persuasion, alternatively I'm also passionate towards my work and a goal I have set.''
What interests you the most about the student council?:
"Picking an interest in being a councillor is definitely a hard decision but if I had to pick, it would be being a part of change in the school and helping with deciding the best decisions for the school, I would also get to test my skills for teamwork while working with other councillors to get to a set point that will influence the school to be an innovative place."
Do you have past experience in roleplaying (if so, summarize your experience)?:
Yes, before joining SRP I had been roleplaying on forums for over 5 years all on different genres, when I first got Minecraft in 2016 I was obsessed with the role-play in Hypixel houses but then it got a bit too boring so I went looking for a place to call my Roleplaying home I stumbled across SRP on a website that advertised Minecraft servers and I got obsessed with SRP as soon as I joined so in total, I've been roleplaying for 9 years.
SCENARIOS
You are on the student council and a member submits an awful idea. What do you do?:
"I wouldn’t skip to conclusions, instead, I would, hear them out on the idea, discuss with the other members, I would take a calm approach and once hearing the idea I'd discuss with the member wether its they really think this would be ideal I would then point out the pros and cons of the situation before deciding if it should be skipped or not."
In a situation where you propose an idea, and everyone else dislikes it. How would you go about this?: "Rather than giving up or getting mad, I would try to propose the idea again, showing the pros and cons of the idea. Taking the other councillors’ thoughts into consideration, I would then decide if I should abandon the idea or not. If the pros outweigh the cons, I would attempt to present the idea to the President or Vice President, seeing if it would suffice. If the cons outweigh, I would try to improve the ideas using the cons that would have been listed."
There is a split decision on an idea. The councilors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on, the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?:
"Trying my best, I would stop the argument completely and give a little while for everyone to sit in silence. If it does not work, I will try speaking to the President or Vice President to help with stopping it, but if it were to happen it would be very inappropriate and shouldn't happen, we are meant to be helping the school not making it deteriorate. We must be a good-role model for the students and anyone else in the school. "
A councillor is stirring up problems and bullying students on school grounds! What would you do?:
''I would immediately try to get them to stop. If they comply, I’d take them to the council room, as well as call the President, Vice President, or a member of the SLT to deal with said councillor. If they don’t comply, I would try to get any school employees, for example, a teacher or professor to help with the situation. If it gets out of hand, I would call the SLT or leading members of the council to stop the situation.''
The council president says something you completely disagree with, how would you combat this?:
..If it was a debate on an idea for the school, I would do what would be the obvious decision, to debate on it. If I agreed on it, there wouldn’t be much of an argument. If otherwise, I would have simply combatted the idea for another idea. If it was something around verbal assault, I would call the SLT to wherever we were to deal with the situation.
Also, in another scenario I would hear out why they disagree and I would try to mend it by fixing or improving the entire situation by pointing out the Pros and Cons of the situation, I would then ask my fellow council members for their view and what we could make better together.''
There’s a staggering amount of tension/drama between two councillors. It’s beginning to affect their work ethic; how would you try to help?:
''If it were to happen I would immediately step in and correct them, if they continued I would go and get another member to hopefully help and stop the drama as it can disrupt the Pleasant environment. It would also make our council unstable which I can not allow.''
There’s a school faculty member abusing their power on school grounds! What do you do?:
''Knowing a councillor would probably have less authority than a school faculty member, I would immediately get a member of the SLT instead to deal with the situation. Leaving the scene, I would let them deal with it, placing myself out of the situation.''
Your friend has been given detention and has asked you to get them out of trouble. What do you do?:
''From experience, I would obviously not let them get any special treatment. Knowing that they would use me for such reasons, I would probably abandon them as a friend and let them live with their punishment. If they continue to ask me for this favour, I would contact higher-ups in the council to deal with them, leading to a possible suspension or expulsion if they continued.''
IN-CHARACTER PERSPECTIVE QUESTIONS

Koemi Saeko

20
Character phone-number:
473-729-542
Brief summary of how they act- your character’s personality: (Third-Person Perspective)
Koemi is a quiet individual when it comes to socialising. However, when it comes to discussing or debating, she would be talking nonstop. She would do her best to perfect anything to the best of her ability even if she didn’t know anything about it.
When it came to discipline Koemi would strive to make sure no one was breaking or bending the rules. She is approachable and is always available for support when needed and Koemi is also described as Patient and Resourceful.
Character appearance/attire:
Usually, Keomi would be seen wearing quite colourful appropriate clothing, she doesn’t like showing much skin as she sees it as inappropriate. She has dark brown hair and hazel eyes to match her appearance.
What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
''Not knowing what the other applicants are like, I will just assume they are all similar to each other. I’d say what points me out from others is my dedication to completing my work and perfecting it to my best, I am also capable of preforming duties that others may not be able to, I have been described as Resourceful and Open-minded meaning I will never just disagree I will point out the cons and pros then decide independently or with others to strive to the top.''
Why do you want this position?:
''Knowing that councillors help change the school, I want to be a part of that change and do something with my life. If I were to be accepted as a councillor, I would be able to help the school in more ways than I could currently, I've seen the state of some of the students in school, fighting and their profanity is horrid if I could do something to correct and discipline these trouble-makers I would make sure of it, as it would be my duty I will strive to make this school a better place.''
What interests you the most about student council?:
''Getting accepted into the school council would be a dream come true. I would be able to contribute to helping the school and helping the clubs, helping with events, naturally anything that comes to mind. Being a councillor would also keep my mind busy while I’m not doing anything.''
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
''From what I have seen, there have been a decent amount of fights causing havoc around school, including arguments between bobcats and spartans, different sports, just people that have a bad reputation around school. I would say having more active councillors or school faculty around school would make it a lot safer for students as well as prevent fights. For fun, I believe contributing to events or creating events like a college get-together, a camping trip, anything that would bring interest to the students would be a good idea. Or maybe even harsher punishments if it were to get that far like isolation, being put in a room all day to work.''
