Are you aware that inactivity can result in removal from the council?:

Yes, I'm more than aware of this and I am 100% sure that this will not be an issue now, or in the future. :)

What is the student council and what do they do?
The student council is a representative body that serves as a representative of the students at Karakura High & College. Its main responsibility is to care for the student body by addressing concerns and maintaining communication with students and faculty. The council plays a key role in supporting the school by creating and managing events, promoting positive behavior, and working closely with both students and staff to create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment!

What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g., Interests, friends, etc.):
Well, I would like to officially rejoin the council, I was in it before, but unfortunantly I was banned during my current term. Again, I've always loved the way student council members carry themselves. They're human if you understand what I'm trying to say, kind, and try so hard to make the school a better place. Seeing how much they have impacted the school inspired me to want to do the same. I have a few friends who are part of the council, and they have also encouraged me to apply, saying that my teamwork skills and creativity would be a great fit. I want to use this opportunity to contribute to the school community and grow personally by learning how to lead and collaborate with others which I like and don't mind doing anyways.

Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g., Coming up and helping with events):
Of course, and I'm very excited for it! I enjoy coming up with creative ideas and I don't mind working with others to make them happen, I feel it makes the process smoother and more inclusive. As I stated before, I understand that the council requires collaboration and brainstorming, and I'm fully prepared to give my ideas and work hard alongside others to organize successful events.

Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?
President: The leader who oversees the council, ensures everyone is fulfilling their duties, and coordinates with staff, clubs, and teams for event planning and school initiatives.

Vice-President: Second-in-command, helping the president with managing council affairs and stepping in when needed.

Councillors: Core members who help in planning events, monitoring student behavior, and being the voice for the student body.

General Student body: Assist with maintaining order by reporting misconduct and helping councillors keep the school environment respectful and safe. Though they don’t have the authority to discipline, they play an important role in communication.

SCENARIOS
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?

First, I would politely ask the student to stop their behavior, making sure to remain calm and non-confrontational. If they continue to be disruptive, I would give them a second, more direct warning, explaining that their actions are distracting others. If the behavior persists, I would escort them outside of the assembly to avoid further disruption, and if necessary, contact a faculty member or councilor for additional support.

A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
Instead of chasing the student, I would take note of any distinguishing features like their clothes or any visible markings. Immediately, I would inform the council and faculty through the radio system, providing a description so they can be on the lookout. I would then report the incident and leave it to the faculty or security team to handle further.

A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
I would first talk with the teacher to understand the situation thoroughly. Then, I would have a calm discussion with the student to get their perspective, without making any assumptions. Based on the information gathered, I would work with the teacher to assess if the student's actions pose a real threat. We would decide together whether counseling or other interventions are needed, and ensure any necessary support or disciplinary actions are taken.

A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
I would first listen to their reasons for the protest and determine if it is a valid cause. If I believe it is, I would present the request to higher authorities like the president or vice-president of the council for approval. If the protest is allowed, I would help ensure it’s peaceful and organized by setting clear guidelines on where and when it can happen, while making sure it doesn’t disrupt classes or pose a safety risk.

A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
I would respectfully listen to their concerns and ask for clarification on what I did wrong. If I made a mistake, I would apologize and correct my actions. However, if I believe my actions were in line with my training, I would calmly explain my reasoning and seek clarification from my higher-ups to resolve any misunderstanding.

Event Proposal: School Tag

As for Event ideas for a club, a school-wide tag event could work quite well. The tag event would be created to primarily bring together people who would likely group together in the case that it happened, it would also act as an exhilarating event as those who are 'it' constantly chasing down the people who are already tagged, additionally, it would help bring more attention to the more physical side of the school - whether it be the track and field (given how much running/jumping the people would be doing) or other sports. It would help introduce new players to more aspects of the school as well as they are forced to explore to get away from the people who are continuously trying to tag them, but at the end of it all, and at the end of the day, the event is focused on bringing people together. Maybe the school could gradually shut down the amount of area/the floor you're allowed to be on as the event continues so as to not have a boring event that keeps on getting repetitive. The prices could be anywhere from 100k to reward tokens that could either be earned or gradually given out to survivors or to keep it classic we could just have it so that the top 3 survivors / the people who tagged the most get the prize. Overall, however - like I said this event would be to bring people together and to introduce the school, also not to show off who's more athletic. The event would last a total of a few periods and would take place later on in the day so that when people are out they can freely leave the school and not interrupt the game so that it doesn't get confusing for everyone who's still involved in the school-wide tag game.

Event Proposal Two: Classroom of the Elite(School version)(I still think this could work)
Do you watch anime? If so, you may have heard of a popular series called classroom of the elite. If you haven't, that's fine too, I will explain it throughout this event explanation.

Now while "Classroom of the Elite has 12 classes, with each grade having four classes and 25 students in each class," I plan on only having like four classes labeled A-D. Like in the real show, the classes that are not in group A will have to gain anough points in order to move up! D -> C, C->B, B->A. Now...just because people may be put in class A doesn't mean that your time in there is going to be easy. Students in class A will also have to work hard to make sure that they don't lose their position. Yes, that's right, classes can also lose points, over-take others, and even collaborate to rise up the ranks! This may be self-explanitory, butI'll still put the down scaling just because. A->B, B->C, C->D. Now, I'm still thinking of making a minimum point value. If I were to do that, if a class goes below the minimum point value set, that class will be disqualified.

In the large world, a prestigious institution known as KaraKura Academy stands as a beacon of academic excellence and ambition. Inspired by the renowned anime "Classroom of the Elite," KaraKura Academy boasts four distinguished classes: Class A, Class B, Class C, and Class D. Each class harbors students with diverse talents, aspirations, and backgrounds, but all share a common goal; to rise through the ranks and assert their dominance within the academy.

Under the watchful eye of the academy's faculty(current teachers/professors/admins), the students of KaraKura Academy start on a journey of competition and togetherness. Led by their respective class representatives, they immerse themselves in a series of challenges, quests, and endeavors designed to earn points for their class. From solving complex puzzles to mastering intricate parkour courses, from engaging in friendly competitions to participating in collaborative projects, each activity presents an opportunity for students to showcase their skills and contribute to their class's success.

As this goes on tough, tensions rise and rivalries may ignite...alliances form, and strategies evolve. Class D, the lowest class, the underdog even, strives to overcome their differences and rise to greater heights, while Class A, the reigning champion, defends its position with unwavering determination. Yet, amidst the fierce competition, bonds of friendship and solidarity are built, breaking through the boundaries of class distinctions. Students learn not only the value of ambition and perseverance but also the importance of cooperation and teamwork.

Detailed Steps:

Class Formation:

Assign players to one of the four classes: Class A, Class B, Class C, or Class D, ensuring a balanced distribution of participants.
Designate class representatives to lead their respective classes and serve as liaisons between students and faculty.

Point System:

Develop a point system that rewards classes for completing tasks, challenges, and objectives within the KaraKura world.
Define the criteria for earning points, including participation in events, completion of quests, and achievements in various activities.

Ranking System:

Establish a ranking system that reflects the current standings of each class, with Class A at the top and Class D at the bottom.
Implement a leaderboard(doesn't have to be like a server plug-in, we could use signs in the game) to display the point totals and rankings of each class, updated regularly to reflect their progress.

Set minimum point values for each class to maintain their position or face disqualification.
Determine the consequences of disqualification, such as relegation to a lower class or the forfeiting of some of privileges.
