Describe your activity on the server:
My timezone is CST and I usually get online between 4 PM to 10 PM, however my more accurate weekly (school) schedule is in the table below. To rank my activity, I’d give it 8/10. I've recently been demotivated due to personal issues, however I’ve started getting active again as my motivation starts to come back to me. It’s not often that I have plans, and even if I’m not online I’m often active on discord, especially vc wise. My activity doesn’t depend on any work that I may have, as I tend to use moments where I’m not interacting with other characters to do my work.

Are you aware that inactivity can result in removal from the council?:
I’m fully aware of the fact that inactivity will result in my removal from the council. I have seen multiple cases of this happening, and will work to prevent this from happening.
TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council and what do they do?:
The student council is a group of impressive students that have volunteered to help faculty with dealing with troublesome students and perform events for the entire student body. These students have proven that they are responsible and enforce the rules of the school on students during the school day such as giving detention, reporting to faculty, and watching over detention.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
I was previously a teacher for a lot of my SRP experience, and it’s where it got me today. I miss being able to have that kind of life, but the pressure of classes tends to make me quite demotivated. I’ve also been thinking of applying for council again as I had failed when I had applied for it as my very first application. The council also tends to help and create events for the school, so I wanted to help participate in that as well as the college coordinator!
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
Yes, I’m well aware, it’s one of the reasons stated above on why I’d like to join student council! It’s also no problem for me as I’m also a member of event team.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
Student Council Members | These are the normal members of a group that perform normal/casual duties, similar to qualified teachers in the faculty roster. |
Student Council Vice-Presidents | These members tend to be a bit more involved in creating events, responsibilities regarding the members, and training members as well as accepting new members. These members are similar to the hospital faction’s clinical supervisors. |
Student Council Presidents | These members are just one rank above the vice-president and have shown complete responsibility. With impressive activity and work within the student council they have reached the highest rank within the faction and are similar to clinical leads in the hospital faction’s ranks. They have responsibility over members of the faction and also help with accepting members. |
Dean (gotsnapped) | The dean is the SLT member in charge of the student council. They are the one to officially accept members and have complete and utter responsibility for all the members and events that go on within it. |
Faculty | Student Council and Faculty work hand in hand when disciplining students and ensuring that the school rules are enforced upon the student body. It’s common that faculty might call upon student council for help or trust them with tasks in case they are busy or have to host a class or deal with another student. |

SCENARIOS
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
"In this situation, I'd be more likely to silently go up to the student that's causing the disturbance and kindly ask them to quiet down a bit. If they were to refuse, I'd offer to bring them elsewhere away from the assembly to hear them out without the disturbance. If they're being unresponsive, unmoving, or disrespectful I'd have to threaten faculty and SLT involvement quietly, just being hopeful that those around us won't get distracted due to the commotion that the student is causing. However, it's likely that I'll just be able to calm them down without much problem."
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
"I'll find a faculty member to alarm them of the situation before requesting that they call for the student over the intercom to come meet with us at the front desk in order to receive their punishment of detention as well as confiscation of the mask that they ran away with after multiple warnings. It's likely that once I report to the faculty member however, they'll take it into their hands, so I believe this task won't be much problem even if both scenarios were to happen."
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
"To think that a student would do that is disgusting, but I'd interact with the student in a public space, hoping to catch this behavior on the CCTV of the school. With that, I'd report it back to the teacher for further punishment or counselling that they might need. This situation isn't fully mine to be responsible for, so it's better to keep the communication between the teacher and I strong in order to allow them to handle it themselves as it was their original concern. If needed, I would go through with the needed counselling, punishment, or report in the given moment between the student and I if it goes too far."
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
"Well protest is legal and allowed as long as it doesn't harm anyone. So, if their protest is for a good cause without attacking anyone, I'd ask them to plan the protest with student council to approve of what they are going to do. Otherwise, I'd have to politely decline that they refrain from speaking on that subject let alone protest on it as it could harm others or threaten the school's safe environment. Of course, they're free to protest despite my words, but I would have to go through with punishments or reports that are deemed necessary."
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
"Obviously, this is clear miscommunication, so I'd talk it through with the faculty staff without showing and negative reaction. If it shows up that I was truly in the wrong I'd change my ways to ensure that I'm keeping a proper act and appearance on school grounds as a councilor. I will, however, always report the situation back to a higher-up to ensure that what occurred was correct or not, as there is no room for mistakes."
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):

[A paper was attached to the application, it was neatly made and written on.. Microsoft Word?]
ARCADE WEEK
- This event will be during a process of 7 days and will need council members to interact with the students of Karakura Highschool and Karakura's Community College. The ultimate goal for this event is to bring more attention to the school, it's factions, activity, and the student council. Each day of the 7 days may also have a mini-event like a fire drill where students can earn 20 tickets for lining up without fuss, water pipes bursting in the boiler room where students can earn 30 tickets for helping clean up the water, or even a big trash spill due to some rebellious students where students can earn 30 tickets for helping the caretakers clean up.
- First, little games will be set up around the inside and outside of the school for council members to station at for activity. Sport teams and clubs will likely be involved in the event and they can supply their own games as well. Students will be able to come up to the working members (council, sports members, club members) and request to play the game and try their chance at winning for an item similar to a ticket you can win at arcades. Each game you can play only 5 times a day, and you can win 20-50 tickets depending on the game's difficulty. Game ideas are stated below under [GAME IDEAS].
- Second, at the end of the week, these tickets can be used to redeem prizes which are planned to boost student's activity and cause more interaction within the school and the school's faction. These prizes can only be used on the prize day and the day after prize day, after that they expire. These prizes can be asked for at the reception desk, which will hopefully encourage receptionists to be online more than they might already be! Prize ideas are stated below under [PRIZE IDEAS].
These are just a few ideas out of the many that can be thought of and made possible.

Dunk Tank (Easy) - Successfully roll 11 or higher to dunk a council member into the cold water of the dunk tank! (20 Tickets) Win a Basketball/Football/Baseball Game (Medium) - Successfully win a game against a basketball/football/baseball member! (30 Tickets) Race a track/swim member (Hard) - Successfully win a race against a track member or win a race a swim member with obstacles on the track or with obstacles in the pool! (45 Tickets) | Host a class (350 Tickets) - Redeeming this gives a student the opportunity to co-host a class with a volunteer teacher/professor. Pie an SLT member (600 Tickets) - Redeeming this gives a student the fun of throwing pie in an SLT member's face. Help Watch Detention (700 Tickets) -Redeeming this lets a student observe and punish students alongside a council or faculty member one time. |
EARTH DAY CELEBRATION
- Although it might be an "average" event idea, this event idea is quite big and similar to an idea I had two years ago, for my Environmental Club, which never got to be planned! The idea is that council and clubs will work together to create an experience to remind students in the Karakura's education system to care about the earth and realize why we need to. Clubs will get to create booths and miniature events that align with their club and something earth day related. The event itself will last two days, one will be the introduction to it which will be a school assembly along with classes with volunteer speakers from factions(?), council members, and other faculty staff to talk about earth day and the earth, and the second day will include booths around the school for students to stop at and inform themselves on different climates that are being threatened and way along with how to help.
- Council's participation in this event will mainly be booths, helping with the assembly, and maybe even going around the school advertising for people to stop at the booths. It'd be nice if Council members would wear flower crowns to show they're actively helping with the event so that students will be aware they can ask those members questions regarding the event or even for information about earth day and other stuff being taught about it.
- Faculty are also planned to help outside of classes at booths or even have a spot in the school where they'll take students to plant trees on campus. This could also be done with teachers/professors hosting classes where they take students on a fieldtrip to the forest where they'll clean up the area and plant flowers/trees there as well!
Personal Information
(in character)
Name:
“Khang Suzume, eldest third generation in the Clan of Khang family.”
Gender:
“Female, I prefer She/Her pronouns.”
Age:
“I’m 22 years old.”
Phone number:
“It’s (030)-730-3248”
How would you describe your personality?:
“My personality.. I’m very respectful and manners are very important to me. It’s easy for me to be lenient, but I easily become strict when needed after years of experience with my siblings. Otherwise, I’m not talkative, but I’m not quiet. Smart and formal are likely some of the most accurate ways to describe me? I’m definitely not some background character with this confidence of mine.”
Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
“I'll make it obvious. I’m a star student who studied her way up to PhD at an earlier age than most! I’ve been part of many school events and even coordinated some of the biggest ones like sports day. I follow rules without doubt, strive to be the best of the best, aim to build relationships, and never lie. There’s nothing simple about me, which some say makes it hard to understand me, but I’m also very dependable, so I believe it cancels that out. If you need something done, I’ll get it done quickly, and if you need someone to count on, you can count on me.”
Why do you want this position?:
“I want to help faculty, especially after seeing how hard their job is with students in the sports teams. I also want to improve my reputation, get to know more people, and do more with my life than just playing football. It’ll also look better in my family’s eyes, so I guess that too. Being part of student council may also help with future applications to jobs, so I’d like to utilize that while also doing things that I like to do, like planning events.”
What interests you the most about student council?:
“What interests me most..? Well, I suppose it’s how the team functions. They use radios for communication yet still communicate thoroughly in person, not only that but they still maintain communication with faculty without any issue despite not having connecting radios. I want to see how this team operates under all the pressure of still being students with their limited resources. Event planning and event operation also interests me a lot as well.”
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?
“I will do everything I can to thoroughly do my duties as a student council member if I am to be accepted. Ensuring that there is fair punishment is essential, but of course, I’ll make sure to build thoughtful relationships and be kind. Generally, I’ll take after the head of departments of faculty, observing their behavior and regarding which parts of that behavior might benefit the school if I take part in using it. Otherwise, I’ll work towards making fun events with the other student council members and the sports teams, maybe even getting some help from SLT at times.”
