Describe your activity on the server:
Activity wise I am basically on whenever I am needed unless if its from the late hours of the night. Typically, you'll see me on from Monday to Friday at about 6 pm until 11 pm, thursdays are my one exception due to a study group I visit. Saturdays and Sundays are my most active days when I can be on at nearly any point in time, Sundays being a bit more iffy in that regard, but I am very active for the most part. I am also very active on the discord server. I am also very friendly ingame so I tend to be much more active in roleplay situations aswell.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council and what do they do?:
Councilor essentially are the patrollers of the school. They interact on a closer level with students due to being younger, and they help aid the teachers. While some teachers may be intimidating, councilors are a good approach for the students who are more timid to speak to an adult. Councilors are capable of performing detentions, basically when a student acts out of order and breaks multiple rules, a councilor is able to warn them about detention and will hand them a detention slip. This does include that they have to watch over the detention room with a teacher if they did hand out the slips. Councilors act as aids for the teachers, not in regards to the teaching aspect but moreso in keeping the school in order. Now onto the fun part! Councilors will also come together to come up with plans and fun events for students to do! Such as little games to play, charity events and more. Overall, the student councilor is a chance for students to take a step up in the role of wanting to do better for the school if they want to see a change and make a change. They warn students who don't follow the rules, hand out detention slips, come up with fun events such as charity and more. They are the students who are aids to the teachers.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
Friends more than anything but also the concept of being able to work in the school without needing to teach or do something crazy. As I have once been a teacher, I didnt exactly enjoy the concept of having to teach the students, but I did enjoy being able to work a bit closer with them and be able to answer questions and overall keep the peace of the school. I was completely fine with performing detentions and making sure no one did anything wrong, as I do have a good understanding both ooc and ic of the rules for srp. It mainly interested me because its something new, similar to teacher but not quite there. I liked working with the teachers and councilors before, and I enjoyed the concept of performing events for the rest of the school, as it gave everyone something to do and fun things to try. I also enjoy just overall talking to people and figured this would be a good idea for me to try. I'm also pretty tough skinned so back during the teacher days when I was insulted by greenies or ooc players.. I just didnt really pay much mind to it, so councilor would be perfectly fine for me to try. I also want to be back in a faction again and after having been in Government for as long as I was, I wanted to step back into a school faction and I've never been a councilor before, overall have heard good things and wanted to give it a shot!
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
Yes, I am fully aware and am excited to bring my ideas into the councilor team and interact with others.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
For starters, you have the normal councilors. This goes both for high school and college and none of them really differ, its just that typically college will handle more college aspects of things and will sometimes attend the classes to make sure everything is in order while high school councilors will typically handle more of the high school side of things. Vice President and President are both in high school and college. College has their own vice president and president for the councilors, as high school has their own aswell. Typically, these people are the 'higher ups' of the councilors. They're the ones the councilors want to go to if they need a question answered for something within the councilor faction, and they are the ones who usually will look after the rest of the councilors. Teachers, professors and Caretakers are also very important to the Council due to their nature of being in a higher position than the Vice President and President. The teachers, professors and others are usually the ones Councilors work most closely beside during school hours, and the councilors will usually always help them in situations where the teachers, professors or others really need it. Besides the teachers and professors, this last role is the ones that are most important to the councilors. That, would be SLT. SLT are the head of the school and are the ones the teachers, professors and councilors go to when a situation is determined to be too much for them. SLT are the ones who determine if a student will be suspended or even expelled. Overall, the important roles for the council are Vice president, President, Teachers, Professors, school employees, and lastly, SLT.

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
Juju would've taken notice of the student immediately, recognizing that this student isnt exactly behaving as they should. Without much of a word, he'd confidently stride over to the student and begin to whisper, first asking what's wrong. If the student complies and tells Juju what exactly is going on, he'd let them off with a warning and remark that the student needs to stay quiet during the assembly, or if they for some reason NEED to speak to another person, atleast do so quietly, and keep their phone off. Now, if he approaches this student and they begin to act further disruptive, he would warn that they would get a detention slip for their actions. He'd be saying all of this in a quiet manner while also not disturbing what's going on, and making sure he doesnt make more of a scene. If this student STILL doesnt comply, he would quietly warn that SLT will become involved if the student doesnt stop. If the student continues, he would quietly radio in for a member of SLT or for a teacher to come help with this situation. This whole instance would be done quietly, effectively and politely without drawing more attention that what's needed.
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
If this student runs away, Juju would take a note of their appearance along with radioing in to a teacher that this student has a mask on and refuses to take it off. He would make sure to follow the student around a bit to say what their general appearance is, if they are wearing any specific clothing that makes them stand out, and he would ask a teacher to call forward the student who's run away with a mask. That, is more than likely when the teacher will call forward for the student to come to the front desk. Juju would remain entirely calm in this situation, and ensure that no others would really become involved or disrupt what's happened further.
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
Upon seeing that a teacher is dealing with a disruptive student, Juju would approach and first ask the teacher what exactly had happened, and how this student has been exactly acting. After discovering that this student isnt being nice and overall is breaking rules, he would ask why they're doing it. If they continue with their behavior he would remark that if they dont stop, they will receive a detention slip for their actions. This will be warned about twice before Juju would give them the slip, and if they refuse to take the slip, he would warn about contacting SLT. If this student still does not respond, he will then turn to the teacher and ask them to contact SLT for this matter, as at that point it would be out of his hands. But he wont argue with the student, keeping everything relatively calm, and making sure that no other students become involved.
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
Juju isnt opposed to protests but if there's one thing he knows.. Is that they dont always stay peaceful. Upon approach, he would ask what it is they wish to protest about. If the students remark that the protest is about something a bit more violent or specific rights that would cause the protest to become a riot or violent, Juju would politely tell them that they cant do the protest on school grounds as it would break many of the established rules. He would tell them that they can protest OFF of school grounds later on in the day, but they cant break any of the rules in here. If its a protest that is actually peaceful and wont cause any yelling, he would tell them that they could if they wanted but they need to be not only in an area that wont be in the way, but they need to be respectful, and not insult. He'd warn that if anything becomes violent or volatile, they will be absolutely handed detention slips and if they refuse to cooperate, they will have SLT called upon them. He'd say that they need to keep it friendly and PG, and that they cant go overboard and wreck the school, and that they need to stay out of the way of classrooms and other students just trying to pass through.
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
Juju at first would be pretty confused as he does typically follow all of the rules to a T, but if he notices that this teacher/receptionist is simply doing this because they dont like him, he would approach his vice president and president about the issue. If it is the case that he is doing something wrong he would acknowledge this and correct his own behavior immediately. He would apologize and speak with his vice president and president about the issue and get it resolved immediately.
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
Event: Charitable dodgeball! The whole idea behind this event is that it would happen when the most teachers and councilors are on, and they are able to come down to the dodgeball courts for some games. The whole idea behind this is that they would pay a fee to be able to join the game, as this would go to a charity. It would probably just be about 5,000 yen, but there is a reward to this game. The dodgeball event would be that its councilors and teachers vs students. A group of about ten students would pay a fee to partake in the event, and they would be on one side of the court. This would be the team of students. On the other side would be some teachers and councilors. This can also involve professors or any of the school employees. There would be a total of ten people on each side of the court, and they would play dodgeball. Of course, this follows the normal rule of dodgeball. Whichever team wins will get a prize! This can either be some sort of yen amount or just simply a nice prize for each winner. Whoever gets the most hits on each side will be calculated, and the best winners will get the better prizes. This does include bother students and school employees. The prize for a student winning is that they get to throw water balloons at the employee or student councilor who did the worst on their side, which usually means losing first. For the side of the employees and councilors, its the case that they just win a prize or are able to throw water balloons at the student who lost. All in all, this event would be fun and would have multiple chances for students and employees alike to just be able to have some fun and interact with eachother. This doesnt HAVE to be a charitable event, it can just be an event that doesnt involve any sort of money. The water balloons could also just be replaced with pies or just anything that isnt harmful or hard to be thrown at another person. Each team would also be swapped out so that students and employees all have a chance to play and have fun.
