What experiences do you have with Detail RP?:
Yes, I have been on the server for almost 3 years now which has given me a load of time to work on my RP experiences and becoming better at RP as well as detail RP.
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our medical team?:
I have a hUGE interest in medical studies which I would love to show through SRP, But my main reason for applying is that I want to make peoples RP experience better and being able to provide Medical RP when other people may not be able to come online. I want to make RP enjoyable for everyone as well as improve my own RP experience. I have also been on SRP for quite a while now and I have always been interested in the new RP experiences that I could gain from being an EMS, If anything I would hope for it to bring me more confidence in my detail RP as well as open up these new Rp experiences and be able to meet new people as well

Nurses play a key part in helping to provide care to patients, they are there to help with Minor issues as well as major issues and work along with other Hospital staff is able to provide the best care for a patient. Some of their duties may include:
- Educate patients about the management of illnesses- How to manage their medication and cope with the illness that they have
- Provide support and advice to patients
- Monitor their health- Maybe just from a check-up or it could be after some sort of accident were they need intensive care to provide the best recovery
- Record and help to diagnose a patient- Working alongside higher-ups to conclude the illness the patient may have and work to find the best possible way for them to manage it
- Help operate medical equipment- This may be helping a surgeon complete surgery by handing and cleaning equipment so that the treatment all goes along smoothly
- But mainly just be there for the patient providing them with the comfort to be able to get through whatever it may be
Nurses work hard to provide the best possible medical care for their patients and answering any questions that people may have about their Illness or fears that they may have. They work together along with other medical staff members to make people feel comfortable during a tuff time.
Categorise all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Head Physicians/ Hospital director: They are in charge of everyone in the hospital they are like the overseer of the hospital and have control over all that happens in the Emergency department and hospital itself. They control all roles and ensure everything is right. They are in charge of the payments of all the EMS staff. They run the entirety of the Hospital, They take overall control on staff employment as well.
Clinical Manager: They’re second in charge right after the Head Physicians. If the head Physician isn't available or is busy the Clinical manager would be the overseer of the hospital if needed- The clinical manager can also complete normal tasks in which they are specialised in to help treat a patient, but would mainly focus on how the hospital functions and makes sure everything goes along smoothly.
Clinical Lead: They are the leaders of a certain group of EMS for example the Clinical lead of Nursing meaning they would have some sort of control of the nursing staff as a whole. But The HP and the CM both still have control over the staff and the CL themselves.
Doctor consultant: Like a senior Doctor, Carries most of the same roles as doctors but has become specialised in what they do and completed all their specialist training, they are there to help make sure everything goes to plan form patients care to the organisation of staff and work closely aside the other higher-ups.
Surgeons: They carry out all types of surgeries in the Hospital, that being either minor, normal, major, or even emergencies. They would do procedures like removing tumours or even replacing broken bones.
Doctors: They’re in charge of check-ups. They also treat and help to diagnose patients with illness and diseases. Depending on their training they might be asked to carry out simple surgery procedures but the surgeon would be the first one to call to this.
Executive Nurse: A bit like a Doctor consultant, they have had specialised training to help them become more senior in their practice and they help ensure the administrative side of healthcare runs smoothly
Nurses: The nurse role consists of assisting the doctors in their work, take care of patients and hospital staff and they also help in communication between Doctors and Patients. They can administer medication and conduct physical examinations on patients.
Psychiatrist: They are specifically trained to complete their job which mainly involves treating patients with mental health issues. They give them therapy, diagnose them and to overall help them with whatever issues they may be going through they also would be allowed to prescribe medications to help the patient.

Tell us about your character, how they look, what makes them unique?
Milena Novak has tanned skin with light brown eyes, her hair would be a dark brown with a small blonde streak due to her having Poliosis. she would be quite tall standing at 5'10 and would carry a Slovakian accent to her. She is unique due to her personality in which she would come across as a caring and collective, She has quite a positive outlook on most things and tries to make sure everyone feels calm and positive when going into stuff, She would come across as supportive and helpful to all.
What she's like on and off the job?
On the job as well as been collective and professional, She tries to bring Joy to her co-workers to improve their outlook and to generally keep the positive feel throughout the day, But she can also have a very serious side to her in which she shows dedication and determination to complete her work to the best of her ability.
Outlook on her co-workers? Plans for the future?
To her co-workers Milena would show a positive attitude and seem joyful and friendly as well as supportive in their company. She enjoys the company of others and thrives to be as productive and successful as possible to make her life affect as many people in a positive way. Her future plans are to just continue to help people in as many ways as possible.

BACKSTORY

Before she was even born mother went scouting around the whole of Slovakia trying to find someone to pass her own daughter onto, as they knew she would get better life from adoptive parents. But after all the countless hour of searching, She never found the perfect parents for Milena. Once Milena was born her mother put her into daycare which she couldn't afford as she went back to a community college to study, and ti try and provide her own living for her and her daughter. Every day would be a repeat of the one before- Countless amounts of studying and no time spent with her daughter, But through it, all shes knew that she was doing what was right- To provide Milena with a better future. After 2 years Milena's mother graduated from college and was able to find a small job working at an independent bakery down the road, In which she package bread buns and sent them off to different countries. All though this is not were Milena's Mother wanted to be, she still carried on.
Due to all this time alone Milena started doing anything she could, she would make up her own stories books and then sell them on her back doorstep, She would collect stick and make hats and back to sell to her neighbours, But what she enjoys most of all was developing her knowledge. She would sit all day watching different anatomy shows and just take notes, from the age of 7- 15 she continued her time in school but realised it was never really for her- School was all about tests and exams and she didn't like that. SO Milena took matters into her own hands. She signed up for the military at the age of 16, even though she knew it's not what she wanted to do, she knew it would be the quickest escape from this prison-like system in which they call "Education"
Her own mother wasn't really supportive of the idea, as she took all the actions to prevent her child being taken away from her, Like going through education and keeping her own child, But in the end, she realised it was right to let her go do her own thing, praying she would be safe and to be able to come home to her mother again. Packed and shipped off out to the front line Milena worked to fight for her country, But with all she witnessed out in the front lines, she had the ultimate regret. She didn't enjoy it on the front line and requested for a resubmission into anything else.
Her sergeant told her to grab her bags and then he placed her on the next truck away, Not knowing where she was going to be sent to Milena just prayed that it was more enjoyable than the stress and fight she faced on the front line. After a 5-hour truck ride through torrential rain and stormy weather, Milena arrived at what looked like to be a hospital, She was greeted by women with a strong American accent and just told to patch up wounds, Straight away she got to work helping people from all around the world with any medical issue they may have had, From arm breaks to someone missing an eye, Milena was there providing the best service she could. After 5 hard years, Milena's time in the military ran out, she was hoping to apply back but after seeing her mother again the both decided the best thing for her to do to not end up like her, was to go and study and get her degree!
She then travelled to Karakura in which at the age of 21 went to college to get her degree in biomedical science, Now a graduate from Karakura school she wants to put her practice into work. Working and providing people with the best medical care possible, in a place she has grown to love. And all through her mother would want her back home in Slovakia, Milena knew that this is what was best for her.
