Chapter One: Greatest Failure.
A man only recognisable by the Japanese Special Assault Team by a orange cat claw graffiti he would leave in the wake of his assassinations. This feline belonged to the Black Market, a crime syndicate with no name. A high-ranking member during "God's" Reign.
At a point in time, this was the only noticeable trail when an attempt was made to apprehend members of this crime syndicate. "Garfield" had not only toyed with the Japanese Special Assault team, but he seemingly took joy in it. Examples of this became known when one night, some odd month in 2017 he began to purposely fail bounties. Believing himself unbeatable, a true arrogance.
Leaving victims alive to spread a message to all. That this emblem meant certain doom. A sort of, "Anti Bat Symbol", per say. These attempts to arrest "Garfield" remained vigilant, and time after time these attempts became narrower and narrower.
This all came to a screeching stop in 2019, during KAGE-occupied Karakura, when during a weapons shipment, a local mafiaso -- The Kaderona Mafia, a powerful and ruthless criminal organization, had other plans. "Garfield" failed to take the threat seriously, and he was caught off guard when the Mafia launched their attack. They were able to infiltrate the warehouse where the shipment was being held, and they successfully stole the weapons.
"Garfield" knew that he had failed in his duties and that his ego was the cause of the failure, He knew that he had to redeem himself, and he decided to take on the contract himself. He set out to track down the Kaderona's and retrieve the stolen weapons. He spent weeks tracking the Kaderona's, following leads and gathering information. He was relentless in his pursuit, and he finally caught up to them on the outskirts of the town.
"God", the then Black Market Director in Karakura decided that the mission was best left to be handled by someone who hadn't failed them. This resulted in the La Casa Nostra Bar & Casino assassination of 2019, orchestrated by the then up-and-coming black market accomplice "Driver", the criminal alias of Jiangshi Furukawa.
He would have to rebuild his reputation in the Black Market another day. .

As the days went by, Patriarch Tashiro became increasingly uneasy and paranoid about Driver. He realized that he had to take immediate and decisive action to eliminate this threat once and for all. He knew that he could not take any chances and that his plan had to be meticulous and fool proof. So, he turned to his vast network of contacts, determined to find the perfect person to help him carry out his mission.
After some careful consideration, he eventually settled on Garfield, a notorious hitman with a fearsome reputation. Garfield was known for his ruthlessness and speed, and the Patriarch knew that he was the perfec
At first, Garfield was hesitant to accept the job. He had once been personal friends with Driver, and he wasn't sure if he could bring himself to end his life. However, the Patriarch's offer of a considerable sum of money, combined with the promise of a rematch, was too alluring to resist. Garfield finally agreed to carry out the hit, but he knew that it wouldn't be an easy task.
Garfield was a professional, and he knew that he needed to approach the hit with utmost caution and meticulousness. He began to carefully study and monitor Driver's family's movements and routines, ****ysing every possible vulnerability and opportunity to strike. He knew that he had to bide his time and wait for the perfect moment to make his move.
Finally, Garfield saw an opening. He decided that a kidnapping would be the best way to get to Driver, but he knew that he had to be careful not to attract unwanted attention. So, he meticulously planned every detail of the kidnapping, leaving no stone unturned in his preparation. Garfield knew that any small mistake could mean the difference between success and failure, so he left nothing to chance.
With his plan in place, Garfield waited patiently for the right moment to strike. He knew that the stakes had never been higher, and that he had to execute flawlessly if he wanted to succeed. Finally, the day of the kidnapping arrived, and Garfield sprung into action. He moved slowly, entering the Furukawa Estates from the Mountains, slowly slipping down the mountains.
Amid the cover of darkness, Garfield prepared to execute his plan. He had studied every detail and prepared for every scenario, but even he couldn't predict the outcome. Garfield's goal was to kidnap Masayuki, Driver's son, and use him as leverage to get to Driver. However, things didn't go according to plan.
As Garfield approached the haunted castle, he saw a shadowy figure resembling Driver approaching. In a moment of panic, Garfield drew his throwable knife and threw, striking Masayuki in the chest. The sound of his screams echoed through the haunted castle, alerting every single person in the estate. He had just killed Driver's youngest son, and he knew that there would be consequences. Garfield had made this personal now, that's something you know you never, ever do.
