I have been playing for around 6 month now, and have had lots of great experience roleplaying here.

I’ve only been banned once for glitching in my entire role play experience on the server however I have no evidence as I wasn’t present on time I was banned. To say the least, I’m extremely sorry and I truly regret what I’ve done, I understand that glitching was not the right thing to do at all and I believe that it’s definitely made me become more aware and gain a clearer understanding of the rules to realise that I will NEVER do actions like that again. I’m sure that I’ll never make a mistake like that again.

What’s your motivation for applying?:

I’m really dedicated towards helping others as I enjoy helping those suffer less from injuries or illnesses. Though there is a reassurance of safety with the help of Police throughout Karakura, there is always a possibility that citizens from the community can end up injured on a wide scale and It’s unfortunate that people have to suffer the injuries that they shouldn’t deserve nor have to deal with therefore I would love to able to help them through their pain and relieve them from their injuries.
The idea of becoming a member of a career based on supporting others irrespective of the situation, targeted at encouraging individuals who lead healthy and thus happy lives. I wouldn't have expected the incredible heights of making a positive effect on someone's future, or the dark depths where a patient does a bad job. It's would be a blessing to get the chance to take care of people at their most difficult moments.

What do you know about the role you’re applying for?:

Doctors and healthcare scientists follow the concepts and principles of medicine to avoid, identify, cure and manage those with illness, disease and disability in order to preserve physical and mental wellbeing. Doctors are responsible for taking care of their patients and ensuring their health, for it can cause death or allow one to live depending on what the doctor can do. Therefore, a doctor’s role is very important for they save lives, moreover is capable of making a difference by helping patients minimize pain, or recover from diseases or illnesses.
Doctors especially within healthcare practitioners must be prepared to take on the supreme burden for challenging judgments in circumstances of clinical difficulty and confusion on a daily basis, based on their medical experience and well-developed clinical judgement.

I am well aware of the fact that if I am inactive, I will be demoted and if in any circumstances I make a mistake related to the job, I would take the punishment without question.


What do you know about basic medical knowledge?:

I have undergone through 3 first aid training classes in school as well as receiving the certificate from the Australian first aid association as I have passed the tests, so yes I have a bit of medical experience. I also have a strong idea of other positions in the medical field and the rules that apply to my job and others.
Medicine is a compassionate profession and doctors represent the public by diagnosing and managing disorders, disorders and illnesses. This may be really satisfying.
Doctors may specialise in a a few areas as well when it comes to medicine and using their skill to the best of their ability



List all the EMS roles and their jobs:

Head Physician: The Head Physician, commonly known as the Chief of Medicine, is in charge of the hospital and is the first "ranked" on the hierarchy and has the most significant position out of all the positions; they will be in charge of all the jobs below them, ensuring that the doctor is in operation and well, and they are also in charge of the internships. Of course, they do have other responsibilities, but these are the primary ones.


Clinical Manager: The Clinical Manager is the second highest "rank" on the list. They have a lot of critical responsibilities and roles to do in the hospital and are second-in-charge of the doctor. They handle hospitals, daily stuff like treatments, and more. They have the right to voluntarily fire hospital staff because they have done anything wrong and if the Chief Surgeon isn't there, they're going to someone to talk to if they try to say it.


Clinical Lead: Clinical Leads are in control of the role they played before they went to Clinical Lead. For eg, one clinical leader may be in charge of nurses, while another is in charge of physicians. They are only in charge of their job, and they have no other job. Nonetheless, they are a very important role-the third most important role in the hospital.


Surgeon: Surgeons practice in the case of sickness, accident or disease and can perform any variety of specific surgical procedures on the body. Often surgery is done to resolve defects in the body or to determine the source of internal bleeding.Surgeons perform complex operations and are responsible for all facets of the surgical process. They supervise the surgical technicians to ensure that all levels of treatment to health are met in the operating room.



Doctor: Doctors follow the concepts and principles of medicine to avoid, identify, cure and manage those with illness, disease and disability in order to preserve physical and mental wellbeing.


Nurse: Nurses have a major role to play in hospitals, schools and private practices. They are the most common and largest healthcare profession medical wise. The responsibilities of nursing include contact with patients and physicians, medical treatment and supervising the patient while the doctor is not around.


Psychiatrist: Psychiatrists are medical doctors and are mental health professionals who specialize in diagnosing and treating individuals with mental illness. Psychiatrists have a thorough knowledge about physical and mental wellbeing and they support people with mental health problems such as autism, depression, bipolar disorder and etc.

How are you like during and off shift?:

Cherie is a genuinely sweet person who is devoted to helping people out on and off her shifts. She can easily adapt to new settings and environments very quickly as she tries her best to warm up to people fast. Though she can be clumsy at times, she’s a concentrated character who usually likes to get things done fast and right instead of leaving it to the last minute. Cherie takes her job seriously as she is dealing with risky situations however when she is off shift her personality shifts into traits with a more bubblier and warmer aura as formalities with people around her drop.

While off duty she loves to be there for her family, and be around them as they matter dearly to her. Cherie tries to spend as much time with them while off work and likes to be a shoulder for them when they’re at their weakest moments and even happy moments - overall she loves to be supportive and tries her best to be a role model towards her family. Cherie also knows when it’s the right time to speak and when to keep quiet - however she is a powerful woman with strong opinions - especially when it comes to important events. She’s helpful and dedicated towards anyone on / off work and she strives to be a leader to many as she likes to try and get involved in meetings, as well as always throwing her ideas in a discussion. Cherie encourages people to be able to go up to her when they need something as she is a kind and sweet soul and always happy to help.


How would you describe your personality in summary?:

Cherie can be best described as a character who is outgoing and impetuous. She makes voicing her thoughts looks simple as she loves flaunting her abilities, particularly off duty. She’s a hardworking woman and strives to always be helpful and there for those who are very important to her, especially when they need her the most. She enjoys meeting new types of people as she loves being social and meeting all types of new people regardless of identity, and she tries her best to be as optimistic as possible in any type of situation. Many know her as a soul that’s very giving and dedicated as she shows high levels of loyalty towards friends and work companions, even though she can be seen as a little insecure in some areas, she's determined on being confident and tends to not show her weaker side as she prefers to present herself as a fierce and strong young woman.



How would you describe your appearance?

Lot’s of Cherie’s personality is also presented through her appearance as she is a young 25 year old woman who has strong facial features while standing confidently around 4’8’ with a petite frame of 98lbs. She has shoulder- length lilac hair with mixed tones spread throughout her scalp. It would be bright and look quite soft and healthy as she takes care of it as much as possible. She’d have seemingly distinctive coloured eyes which would give out a warm and approaching gaze. Her left eye has a soft lens disguised in the colour purple and her right eye showing her original colour, light brown.

She would have a few piercings on each of her ears - including her helix, and her lobes and would walk with a confident attitude, yet a very welcoming and cheerful stance as her smile would bring a pleasant vibe to her. Cherie would have a tattoo, a clear and personal design shown on the top right of her arm and you would be able to smell the light fragrance of Moschino dancing off her clothes into the air. She would sport pale, pink lipstick, light blue fingernails and a ring around her left pinky.

Backstory:

Saya Cherie Mancini Hirai
was born on 1/9/1995
where she lived a relatively normal childhood with her parents; her father who was a strong Italian mixed Japanese male, and her mother who was a wonderful Australian and Japanese woman. She was raised in the city of Tokyo where she studied hard from a young age but felt the need to study even harder when she realised her mother became really ill from a disease that was only found after 6 months of being spread through her body. Her mother encouraged her to continue her studies but to not force herself into doing anything because of her, as she knew for a fact she wasn’t going to make it.

On the 14/2/2007, Saya’s mother died while being rushed to the hospital leaving her family in a state of shock and misery. As Saya stood outside the hospital room, helplessly with her weak father, she realised that being a doctor was a job she was dedicated to working as. she was determined to become something she knew her mother would be proud of her doing - even though she lived towards the arts, she wanted to continue her mother's job. Saya enjoyed watching her take care of patients and treat them with care on days where she was allowed to come into work with her.

At the age of fourteen - sixteen, her father would show many signs of neglect and abuse towards Saya, as he would come home late from nights out of drinking with an odour of cheap alcohol to soon becoming days where he would leave Saya at home without any information of where he was. Saya however refused to believe the events she was experiencing the acts her father was showing as she still looked up to her hopeless father as he was the only family left in her life and she still loved him very much. However her world crumbled when he finally decided to step out of their home, and Saya's life, without saying a single word.

Despite the pain Saya was going through she ended up learning how to take responsibility and matters into her own hands and continued to make her dream come true on becoming a doctor. She ended up taking classes in Medical and Health as well as other first aid classes in order to receive the certificates and degree to which she has this day.

From 2012-2015, she worked in part time jobs for cafes and other markets in order to make enough money to move to Karakura to start a new life for herself. Though she’s always felt a bit insecure of herself and not being the most confident in applying for new jobs, she knew her potential and the experience she had and she knew for a fact that she craved to make her time in Karakura unforgettable and an experience that she would happily look back on.

She keeps the name ‘Saya’ however she decided to go by the name ‘Cherie’, a name that would fit more towards the new personality she was striving to have...someone who was confident in herself and wouldn’t be afraid of saying her opinion, especially when she knew she had to stand up for herself or help protect other people. ‘Cherie’ eventually fully grew into the woman she is today, a completely different person than the weaker and defenceless self she was ten years ago. She’s a strong twenty five year old woman who was brought into the Hirai family and she continues to work hard towards supporting the family and trying to apply for her dream job. She noticed there was a spot in the hospital team of Karakura and she realised that this would be such an opportunity after the countless years of determination and hard work.
