WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: Once the model pack (texture pack) reaches say, 30MB or less. Close off the option to purchase any more custom models (yes, this radical of an idea), unless it is an issue with the server host causing so many players to experience disconnection issues and issues with literally not being able to run the server without a beast custom-built computer are only going to get worse (yet I have noticed that they have slightly improved when Mike brought the pack down to 19MB & the move of the server host to the US, but issues are still present). I can understand from a financial side how custom models may be a big part of the income brought in by the server to keep it up and running, but if the problems worsen as more models are adding to the pack, it's going to result in more players either being forced to quit the server because they cannot connect or those who get too frustrated with it and quit because of that. There is no server if no players can't connect to the server. To summarize, close off purchasing custom models until a permanent solution for the connection issues amongst many players can be found. You shouldn't need a beefy computer to connect to a Minecraft server.
Another minor detail to add to it all, I know many players already have purchased over two models, but going forward if this entire feedback is accepted, players should be limited to purchasing two custom models and two custom car models, to even further limit how much is added to the pack, also would result in the option to buying five models in a bundle to be removed, and some sort of system to be in place to track whether a player has already purchased two models. This would exclude shop owners who would like to purchase an abundance of models for their shop, which would be allowed, also may be allowed for those who lead factions to purchase more than two models for their faction, but just recently it was made so all factions are staff ran.
