Current Activity:
I plan to commit at least 1–2 hours daily and I already put now (after I came back from a break) around an hour or more per day.
Previous Applications:
None
What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I am just a veteran in the field, from discord rp (usually leaning on the scp world of rp) to having a somewhat long history with SRP. There isn't really much to add here, those are my experiences
Motivation n' stuff:
I am building strong academic background irl, and on the side a passion for research and roleplay. Balancing high school and open university studies in computer science alongside published work in immunology in personal projects, I relax and use some of my free time in srp (although making new friends here can be difficult). I’m eager to channel my dedication into the role of a doctor, focusing on realistic patient care and medical ethics in the hospital environment or just fun roleplay.
Which role are you applying for?
Doctor

Character Name: Dani CK Lima
Age: 19
Background:
Born in Brazil and having spent years adapting to new cultures - Uruguayan, Mexican, and now Japanese - Dani has learned to thrive under pressure. His early exposure to diverse environments built in him a resilience and adaptability that make him an exceptional candidate for the medical field.
Dani CK Lima was born into a family that never stayed in one place for long. His early years were marked by instability, shaped by his father’s turbulent career and the family’s constant relocations. Born in Brazil, he barely had time to grasp his native language before the Lima family packed their bags and moved once again, first to Uruguay, then Mexico, and later across multiple borders, each move carrying the promise of a fresh start but never quite delivering it.
As a child, Dani learned to survive by blending in. His mother, of Uruguayan descent, ensured he spoke Spanish fluently, though his accent often shifted depending on where they lived. In Mexico, this ability to mimic accents became a coping mechanism; being different often meant being targeted. Despite his best efforts, he became the subject of bullying - his neutral-Uruguayan accent an unfortunate reminder of a memed internet personality in Mexico. The bullying that followed was relentless, and it wasn’t long before Dani took matters into his own hands.
At the age of 12, he began training in martial arts, not for sport, but for survival. He spent nights watching videos on self-defense and practicing in secret before he got an actual teacher, pushing himself to the limit. His transformation from an easy target to a formidable opponent culminated in a violent confrontation. One day, when the bullying escalated beyond verbal jabs and into full-on attacks, Dani fought back against the 3 aggresors. The result was brutal. His bullies, caught off guard by his sudden resistance, resorted to knives, but their inexperience worked against them. In the struggle, Dani was slashed across the face, the blade leaving a deep scar just beneath his eye. Adrenaline took over, and by the end of it, one of his attackers lay motionless, his injuries fatal using the same knife which he dared to try on Dani.
The incident shattered any illusion of stability for the Lima family. Fearing legal repercussions and retribution, they fled Mexico almost overnight. The weight of what had happened never truly left Dani. Though he had acted in self-defense, the reality of taking a life haunted him. It was the first time he felt the fragility of the human body - not as a distant concept, but as something real, something he couldn't fully turn back from.
Their escape eventually led them to Japan. Unlike previous moves, this one came with a glimmer of hope. The family had distant relatives in Tokyo, Japanese on his father’s side, who helped them secure temporary housing and legal residency. For the first time in years, Dani wasn’t constantly looking over his shoulder. But safety came at a cost. While his father found stable work, Dani was left alone in a small apartment, tasked with learning an entirely new language in a completely foreign culture **alone**.
Isolation became his new normal. Unable to connect with those around him, he buried himself in studies, throwing his focus into science and medicine. He found solace in structured knowledge, in things that had clear answers, unlike the chaos of his past. His drive didn’t go unnoticed. When his school received an invitation for promising students to apply for the “Alpha” project, Dani was one of the few selected from his school.
The Alpha Project, an initiative run by an international research institute known as The Scientists of Tomorrow, sought to push young minds beyond the traditional school system. Dani, still only 15 at the time, spent two years immersed in immunology research. He worked moentored by experienced scientists, conducting lab experiments, assisting in genome sequencing, and studying the human immune response for over a year. The project was rigorous, demanding late nights and countless hours of research, but for Dani, it was exactly what he needed.
During this period, he contributed to a study on Multiple Sclerosis, working on early-stage developments for potential treatments. While his role was limited due to his age, he was allowed to assist in lab experiments, conduct data ****ysis, and even present findings during internal team meetings. The experience solidified his passion for medicine. He saw firsthand how knowledge could save lives, how science could undo the damage that violence had caused.
By the time he completed the Alpha Project at 16, he had amassed knowledge equivalent to an undergraduate degree in immunology. But despite his scientific background, Dani wasn’t content with just working behind the scenes. He didn’t want to just study diseases - he wanted to be the one treating the people affected by them.
Medical Training & Experience:
While completing an intensive research project in immunology at Tokyo labs in collaboration The Scientists of Tommorow, Dani honed his practical skills in lab diagnostics, first aid, and emergency response. His hands-on experience includes:
Dani is committed to ensuring every patient receives precise and compassionate care. Whether it’s managing high-pressure trauma cases or calmly coordinating with the hospital staff during emergencies, he brings both a logical and empathetic approach to his role as a doctor. His methodical nature, combined with a some genuine desire to help, allows him to maintain order and efficiency even in the most challenging scenarios.
Personality & Interaction:
Although naturally reserved, Dani is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his readiness to step up when his expertise is needed. His past experiences have taught him that every decision can save a life - a mindset that drives his everyday actions in the hospital.
