Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I log in to the SchoolRP server every day. Mainly on weekdays 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM and about 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST for weekends. Of course with breaks and a little time off and there. I forgot my account info on the forum, so I created a new one. The forum, I've been reading and looking into the links about new events, announcements, and other such occuring in the server and school campus. I joined around at the beginning of last year. I updated the java, so when I finally joined weeks ago, all of my data restarted in the server.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: Ever since I came to the School, staff and administrators were very respectful, polite, and kind enough to give me a tour around campus. When I attended classes, I noticed how teachers were also teaching themselves about the subject. Students paying attention. I told myself, this could be me next. I asked teachers around campus about my character, my personality, actions, and what I love to do in my personal experience. They all really informed me and persuaded me to push my goal on becoming a teacher. Telling myself, this is what I want to do every day. Give them an academic learning that THEY deserve and teach them the education of the subject. If I were to teach them, I'd also teach myself. Making the students learn something new every day in class. Knowing that, when the students walk out the doors, my goal for them is to at least learn educational topics in the class. Knowing that, it is my goal, my motivation, and my experience that I will stick to being proud of. I noticed throughout the weeks that teachers are absent, missing out on the school days, and not fully committed to teaching. I want to change that, improve the education at school. I fully am permitted to actually put my all to teaching and make sure student actually feels like this is what SchoolRP is.

Yes, I have a great amount of Roleplay. First is, StudentRP. With StudentRP, I've learned that it takes a while to learn your surroundings and experience in the game. Of course, I try my best to fit with other groups/friends activities throughout the events Communication is key and how it all the RP comes together in our roles.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are important for many reasons. First, is to show the activities teachers are doing during the day. Either the week or the following day. Second, it is also to show that the teachers are actually giving student's the proper education they need. Instead, teachers are not doing anything or lacking education for students. In the end, of course, they would check your status of what you have been doing the whole week/month ( depending on when they check it ). However, if you remain inactive a lot or don't teach, ( when it is your job to do so ) then there is a possibility of getting demoted or out of your job.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
If I were to start a school field trip, I would first, pick where it will be held. Making sure it involves an educational purpose. Second, request it to the Principal/Vice-Principal. However, it is unclear yet if there is information ( in the forums about field trips ). After that, if he gave it a all clear, I would go ahead and start continuing the field trip as proceeded.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
- No eating food/drinks allowed in class.
- Cell phones/ electronic devices are not allowed or to be used during class at all times.
- Do NOT disrespect students and staff.
- Homework must be turned in. NO excuses!
- Must raise your hand. Do not shout or call out.
- Yelling/shouting/whispering while the teacher is speaking or while the student is speaking during lecture class time is not permitted.
- Swearing/cussing out is not prohibited.
- Being tardy is not an excuse, consequences will be held.

SchoolRP taught me a lot of things. Which personally, it catches my own personal experience. The rules are important. Without the rules, it would have been chaotic and a mess. It's all about character and personality within the roles itself. Socializing and communicating is key around people. Helping, learning, and of course, going along with the play is important. There would be no fun or any events happening if all the roleplaying did not happen/occur. Talking, meeting, and communicating with people has been developed and grew so much progress because of how creative it has been. Making the game very enjoyable to play along with other people. It is fun, energetic, and mostly an ongoing activity. I go online every day on SchoolRP, keeping up with the activities going around in the server.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD:
Head Of Department. They are a leadership team for a specific subject of the school. A high rank on top QTLS and NQT. By under their circumstances, helps with his/her curriculum of the classes. HOWEVER, of course, they must be active and Instruct the other teachers under the subject of the tasks, curriculum, and the goals for the students.
- QTLS:
Qualified Teacher In Learning and Skills. Are teachers who have experience and are fitted in their skills by the topic/subject for the classes by proving their teaching status. Making sure NQT is still on track. Allowed to teach, without HD permission. However, still follow rules under staff.
- NQT:
Newly Qualified Teacher. Are teachers who are recently hired. Teachers are new to teaching within their experience. They are the ones who MUST ask HD for permission when teaching in class. They cannot proceed without asking for their permission. After the NQT, it will determine if their status as a teacher will go up.

First off, to say that when it comes to teaching, teachers make sure the time they take off out-of-game has so much value towards their students. Whether it's all about money, staff, being friends with staff. They take off their time to teach. In the real world, they don't get paid enough. Simple as that, no matter what teachers when it's: Staying after school, before, or during their break in-campus... They still reach out to kids WITH low salary wages. Of course, this is NOT fair to them or for their families of how hard they have to work to teach student's their valuable needs out-of-game materials.
Out-of-game, teachers do not make a lot of money. Teachers spend time before school, during school, and after school on student's education. Such as grading work, planning classes for the day and trying to make time for family. Teachers don't make a lot of money. They get about 40,000 - 50,000 ¥. That is below average. Teachers have to work below pay wages, at the same time deal with student's behavior, and use all of their time to spend time with family. Speaking of family, teachers don't get to see them most often. Their own family, we are still human. Their families are human. Like what we all do, learn, get sad, happy, and care. Having fun with each other most of all. When it comes to teaching, they will do everything they can to ensure their job will not waste any valuable time out of their life. In Japan, it is about 250,000 ¥ per month. However, it determines whether which subject they teach in. We all must respect teachers for what they do. Especially what they do for us. Taking their time out of their personal life and still teach us, educate, and communicate what they have planned for ahead. In their spare time, if you really think thoroughly, they do a lot in their spare time for us. Grading work may not sound a lot but think about it. Every single person in the class, their work has to be graded. PER period!

Including when they don't want to succeed. No matter what, she won't let people give up. She wishes to be a medical field major. She has studied many years at colleges and several other schools to be met with her goals in the future. To help, question, and look for people who are in need of help. However, other teachers have not seen her work hard when it comes to education. Once she teaches, she does not tolerate disrespect. If they show no respect, Ariana will do the same back. She will stay after school to help students in need. Never show to give up. When it's serious, she shows how professional it must be. To be an idol to people. You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
If I were to find a gang in the hallway cursing and swearing I professionally must stop them. That's the first thing I will do. After that, warn them. I must report it to the deans, vice-principal, or the principal. Swearing and cursing is not tolerated on campus grounds. Give them disciplinary action by whatever means necessary. It is rude, unprofessional, and not polite. If they disagree or still tolerate rudeness towards staff, further action will take place. No questions asked. Of course, involve the KPD if necessary. The community/society does NOT tolerate any of this.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
If no one, absolutely no one in my class is listening to a word I say while lecturing class, I will politely ask everyone to be quiet. If not, I will be much more strict. Separating people across classrooms. However if a few students chose not to listen, but everyone else listens. I will give the student's 1.) academic detention for not following teacher and classroom rules. 2.) A quiz for the time I was lecturing. and 3.) Remove them from class. I do not tolerate rudeness happening in my class because it is very disrespectful and I will not tolerate that.

In the teacher's lounge, no matter what my character must act professionally. Being professional shows how you really are looking forward to your job. It also shows how you stand up for it and take teaching seriously. Making the conversation in a formal current time.

Backstory
Ariana was 9 years old when her mother passed away when she was 50 years old. She died of cancer. This saddens Ariana for many months. She was only in school. However, she wanted to be just like her mother. Her major, classes, and what she loved doing. Her family was very bipolar. Did not treat Ariana right. She had to lift and carry herself out of the small black hole in her room and make a difference. Ariana loves her family, but she knows she cannot stay inside her home 24/7. If so, it would carry her down. She went to school, like the rest. Couldn’t make any friends because she was getting bullied in class and outside. She did not let that bring her down. High School came knowing that she didn’t want to be alone. She decided to study for a Nursing degree. Studying psychology/sociology. Ariana wanted to help and study people, to be better than her. To have a better future for themselves. Along the road, she met a man in high school. A man who understood her best than anyone else. Someone who did not give up on her. This man Junior gave his whole heart to Ariana. Showing her the way into happiness in the future. He wanted to show her more. High School ended, they wanted to travel the world. Knowing that there is so much in the world they wanted to accomplish. So, they did. Apparently, it was a stuck-up. Either living in Peru or Japan. Of course, certainly, Ariana won. Japan it is. After all that traveling, Ariana studied hard. Seeing the government, not enough teachers because of how they get paid or how they can’t stand the students. So, they gave up. Ariana doesn’t give up. She sees the light at the end of the tunnel. Ariana earned her “ Bachelor's Degree In Sociology “ and “ Bachelor’s Degree In Science Science Nursing “. No matter how far this road took her, she did not want to let her mother down. Watching her below the stars with the love of her life, she is not alone. She wanted to prove to everyone who she is. That she can give the world a chance for her to come out. A few months later, she wanted to become a teacher. She knew a teacher would fit for her job. Her personality, her work… and looking at her past, everything she has done to be qualified as a teacher. She doesn’t give up or lacks in front of people for their work. Backstory
Ariana was 9 years old when her mother passed away when she was 50 years old. She died of cancer. This saddens Ariana for many months. She was only in school. However, she wanted to be just like her mother. Her major, classes, and what she loved doing. Her family was very bipolar. Did not treat Ariana right. She had to lift and carry herself out of the small black hole in her room and make a difference. Ariana loves her family, but she knows she cannot stay inside her home 24/7. If so, it would carry her down. She went to school, like the rest. Couldn’t make any friends because she was getting bullied in class and outside. She did not let that bring her down. High School came knowing that she didn’t want to be alone. She decided to study for a Nursing degree. Studying psychology/sociology. Ariana wanted to help and study people, to be better than her. To have a better future for themselves. Along the road, she met a man in high school. A man who understood her best than anyone else. Someone who did not give up on her. This man Junior gave his whole heart to Ariana. Showing her the way into happiness in the future. He wanted to show her more. High School ended, they wanted to travel the world. Knowing that there is so much in the world they wanted to accomplish. So, they did. Apparently, it was a stuck-up. Either living in Peru or Japan. Of course, certainly, Ariana won. Japan it is. After all that traveling, Ariana studied hard. Seeing the government, not enough teachers because of how they get paid or how they can’t stand the students. So, they gave up. Ariana doesn’t give up. She sees the light at the end of the tunnel. Ariana earned her “ Bachelor's Degree In Sociology “ and “ Bachelor’s Degree In Science Science Nursing “. No matter how far this road took her, she did not want to let her mother down. Watching her below the stars with the love of her life, she is not alone. She wanted to prove to everyone who she is. That she can give the world a chance for her to come out. A few months later, she wanted to become a teacher. She knew a teacher would fit for her job. Her personality, her work… and looking at her past, everything she has done to be qualified as a teacher. She doesn’t give up or lacks in front of people for their work. She hates it, she disagrees with all of that. Instead, she shows her true self. To apply. Show everyone that she can do it. After all the academic educational learning she has done in her past, here she is. Proving it, that she can do this. Starting off, with teaching.
