What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My Motivation for becoming a teacher is to teach kids discipline and knowledge to what they may need in their future jobs/ lives. I would also like to aspire them to become a teacher, by sharing the gift which I may be given.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: I have a lot of experience in roleplaying, I have roleplayed as a High School Student, College Student which is what I currently am now.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The Classroom logs are what teachers use to keep track of their classes, homework, and the assignments they have set for the class, so they don't redo the lesson again unless they are continuing on with the topic or finishing something off from the previous lesson.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would have to apply to start a field trip and I would also have to know what to be teaching whilst on the trip.

- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher - New to the school and their surrounding, needs an HD to host a class.

Teachers in and outside of school have to be good role models to their students, to provide insight and to be very informal whilst taking a lesson. Whereas Teachers Out-Of-Game are not very informative or very much a good role model for their students. As a Teacher, I will try my best to be very informative and be a very good role model for the students.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRP because they teach the curriculum to the students for things that they may need in their future jobs. They are also role models to the students, they must make sure the students understand what is okay, and what isn't.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:

My character Baltazar Helven is a German, 19-year-old lad who is very confident in himself. He Usually wears a black t-shirt with camo sleeves as well as camo jeans and black leather trainers, his hair is black and silky, his eyes are grey, one with a scar underneath. He is a very kind person, who likes to help others to the best of his advantage. He used to be in High School himself, and when he was he would treat every student equally, with the same respect, the same expression. If he was to become a teacher he would be very kind and respectful to the other teachers and staff members. He is a very weird boy with a strange personality, instead of hanging with friends, he'd usually be sat studying or just sat there thinking about his life. He has a few plans for the future, he wants to get a job, get a good relationship, lots of money and a nice house for a family, he wishes to travel back to see his family in Germany and he never really knows where he will go from there he hasn't really figured it out that much.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would walk up to them very calmly and I would tap one of them on the shoulder lightly. once they turn around I would then ask for their names and inform them that they may have detention if they carry on. Afterward, I would report them to a higher official and keep an eye on them. If they do carry on swearing, or something goes terribly wrong whilst I'm asking them to stop swearing as well as asking for their names I shall give them all detention or only a few or more that were being rude if they carry on it will lead to a Suspension.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would ask them all to stop talking politely then wait a few seconds to see if they listen if no one continues to listen I would shout
"Can you all stop talking and listen please!" Then after that, if people are still talking I'd make them write me an essay on the topic in detention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: When in the teacher's lounge my character wouldn't talk unless he was spoken to, he is a very shy person around new people he doesn't know. After a while though, he may become more talkative and less shy.

Backstory
Baltazar Helven was born in Germany, he had a lovely family which he loved very much, he lived on a farm with his two parents, and his three siblings, a brother, and two sisters. He would always play with his siblings in the yard whilst his parents worked, all day all night on the farm. They fed the animals, watered, harvest and replaced the crops, and at the end of the day, they were so tired. They fed us dinner then we all went to bed.
A few years later, and Baltazar was in his third year of Highschool, he was really enjoying it, all the teachers loved him, they thought he was a really helpful, and generous kid, as he would always help the teachers when they were having trouble with their day, but he would also help the students if they were having a rough day or if they were hurt etc. Baltazar came to his last year of Highschool very quickly, he graduated and had a big party.
Baltazar had assigned into a College a few months after his Graduation, unfortunately, the college he had assigned to was far away from his family, he had to leave Germany and go to a town called Karakura in Japan. Baltazar was very excited, and his parents were very scared but they knew he would be fine as of this time Baltazar is 18. He arrived at Karakura after a few hours of traveling, he was very tired and wanted to be assigned to his dorm very quickly. Half an hour had passed and Baltazar was now in his dorm, he packed away all his belongings and collapsed onto his bed, he fell asleep almost instantly. A few months in college and Baltazar was wondering what he could do for a job, he was in a lesson and suddenly he began to listen carefully to how the professor taught the lesson, he watched all the teachers movements and the expression on his face. He decided that was what he wanted to be, he loves teaching people new things, he likes to help them too. He asked himself "What subject do I like the most," He thought about and made his decision. He wanted to be a teacher.
