Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
The goal of having a SchoolRP is to have TEACHERS teaching students, right? Teachers are here to help provide necessities for the academic of students, which could be both knowledge and skills. They introduce new information to student which builds up their knowledgeability about the world and introduce new skills, that could later be used for future hobbies like sports or even jobs. Teachers are there to emotionally help students, mentally and physcially to increase their self esteem if needed or their social skills if any lacks. They are there to make sure students are in an environment where they are comfortable to stay in and safe. Teachers are also here to influence new players to go the right direction in SchoolRP by simply showing them how classes works and showing them how fun they can be to roleplay in.

Describe your character:
✧.*She is a 25-year-old woman, though she’s on the shorter side, her lively personality fills any room she enters, drawing people in with her warmth inviting them to new experiences alongside her. Her ability to balance both energy, warmth, and a quiet sense of leadership makes her a person who you can trust and rely on, someone who lifts up those around her with confidence and naturalness.

Somi Ishii's striking features such as her heterochromia eyes, one blue, one amber, are captivating features that only adds to her uniqueness of a personality she has. Despite being both Russian and fluent in her native language, she’s mastered her Japanese accent to the point where it’s barely noticeable that she even came from russia, or is russian. Her smooth voice brings ease and comfort to those who she embraces with her energetic charm. Her medium length blonde hair, naturally curly, is usually tucked up into a loose bun or ponytail that keeps it out of her face during her active hours. She values both comfort and practicality in her wardrobe, always going for clothes that allows her to stay active and free, like soft, stretchy fabrics and comfortable sneakers to move in.✧.*

Though she's approachable, Somi always make sure to leave room for her strict side, ensuring something is done right or keeping things on track, her way of using her authority is gentle and measured. Even in those moments of discipline, her care for others is clear, she makes sure to never hold grudges or staying upset for long towards someone or something.

Her current goal is to share her love for sports with future generations, she plans to teach students not only the technical skills but also the fun and excitement of sports. She wishes to show them that fitness and competition can be enjoyable, encouraging them to embrace physical activity in a way that’s both effective and joyful in the life of a student.✧.*

What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
✧.*She’s always ready to meet new people and dive into new experiences, embracing everyone with open arms. Her enthusiasm sure plays a major role in her personality, showing others that shes approachable and comfortable to be around with. Believing love is for everyone, she takes the time to know everyone better weither they are a student or co-worker, so she can understand them better further on. No matter who is infront of her, weither they did bad or good she will always offer them a hand and help them throuhgout their hard times and lead them toward the right path, for a better life.✧.*

What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
✧.*Her strong sense of leadership and enthusiastic spirit made her realise why not embrace what you love doing while inspiring others to do the same. Excited to try new sports and new experiences, she came to an age where her hobbies could become her dream job instead of just a hobbie. Her exploring of physical activities has brought her many experiences where she can drag alongside her and present it to future generations or people who have no idea what they are, or never tried before. Having the personality of someone inspires those around her to embrace the unknown and step outside their comfort zones, she thought why not teach it, it'll be easier to help those who wish to explore as a adult figure who can be trusted. Her captivating personality will bring more people to be curious about her, and her hobbies which may lead in new experiences for the students attending her classes.✧.*

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
✧.*As a physcial active teacher, Somi would physically show them how to do their task that was given to them, if they did not understand verbally at first. Taking their hand, she will go through the process with them if they still do not understand she will continue to show them how it's done, properly until they understand how its done. Somi who is always open to extra help will make sure all her students have a fun time in her classes without struggles in their way.

P.E isn't always about playing sports, if a student does not understand a lesson she will find a fun way to show them so they can understand better than the first time. By a more fun way, she will have a game ready for them, one where maybe they can get up and move around a little which could lead to them understanding better, and stay active in a P.E lesson. Since the class is P.E, her none active lessons will mostly be about health, and how to stay healthy.✧.*

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
✧.*She will approach them once she has finished saying her instructions to the class and pull that one student or group of students away from the rest who are listening. Depending on what they are doing she will have a scale of things they will have to do when not listening. If it's talking out of turn during instructions or wondering off she will take her sheet of excersices out and make them do extra than everyone else, as a small punishment to show them she isn't too strict but will have punishments. If they do not do as she says she will warn them, she won't force them to do them but if she see's they are actually sorry she will allow them back with a warning to not disturb again. If they continue she will warn them once more, at the third warning she will not give them a third but threaten them with a detention, if they continue STILL after being threatened a detention she will give them one and escort them out of class so they can stop disturbing everyone.✧.*

˗ˏˋWhat's the most used body parts in sports?´ˎ˗ Writing that on the board, she would welcome in her students, letting them settle down, placing a blank sheet on everyones desk. "Everyone, write down what YOU, not your NEIGHBOUR, think is the most used body parts while playing sports!" Letting them write down their answers on the blank sheet of paper, she would then start asking them one by one what they think. Writing down on the board every different answers, given to her she would then pick up every paper and ask for everyone to follow her outside. Leading them to the football field, introducing the sport to them, those who know and those who don't, explaining the rules she would let them play a little then gather them back and ask them again, "Which body parts did you guys use the most during football?" Hoping this knowledge will help them later on, with excercises for their body before playing sports.

˗ˏˋWarm-Up! ´ˎ˗ "Let's play a game as a warm up before playing basketball!" Leading the class into a circle outside in a open area, Somi placed down a ball under her feet. "Rules are simple, everyone stays in this circle, no going in or out! I will pass the ball to one person then that person will throw the ball at the person they want, BUT! They will HAVE to shout that persons name out, remember call-outs are IMPORTANT in EVERY sports!" This interactive activity will allow her students to get used to doing call-outs during playing without having to throw the ball into the void or at someones head and get someone injured.
