What is your motivation for applying?:
I’m interested in police RP because it allows for structured conflict and responsibility. I also enjoy being part of a team with a clear mission and layered IC relationships.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
I understand the foundational expectations of a police officer within SchoolRP: patrolling, responding to 110 calls, enforcing laws within legal protocol, and handling arrests or contraband with correct formatting and logging. I’m aware of rank progression, how training operates, and the importance of composure and respect IC. I’ve researched IRL procedures to inform more realistic RP during stops, interrogations, and patrols. I understand that law enforcement in Karakura is split between two operational divisions, each with its own focus and rank hierarchy:

Divisions of the Karakura Police Department
| Division | Focus |
| Main Division | Active patrols, emergency call response, arrests, and visible enforcements. |
| Detective Division | Investigative and roleplay-heavy work, solving cases, conducting interviews, and gathering evidence. |
Main Division
| Rank | Role & Responsibilities |
| Cadet | Entry-level recruit under close supervision. Restricted from leaving the station without senior officer. Undergoes two weeks of training and an exam; passing leads to promotion to Patrol Officer, failing twice leads to dismissal. |
| Patrol Officer | First independent role after training; patrols with limited experience, requires permission to leave station, often transitions to Detective Division if desired. |
| Corporal | Experienced officer supervising lower ranks. Granted access to crowbar for breaching. Responsible for mentoring and reporting misconduct. |
| Sergeant | Trusted authority with power to discipline. Oversees Corporals and Patrol Officers. Handles sensitive situations like hostage crises. Authorized to use tranquilizer gun. |
| Lieutenant | Head of the Main Division. Oversees daily operations, policy development, and coordination with EMS. Public representative of the KPD. |
| Captain | Highest Main Division Rank. Oversees all officers in the division, works closely with the Commissioner, and makes strategic decisions to ensure effective operations. |
Detective Division
| Rank | Role & Responsibilities |
| Detective Constable | Entry-level detective. Focuses on crime scene investigation, evidence collection, and interrogations under senior guidance. |
| Detective Sergeant | Oversees investigation, mentors Constables, and ensures procedures are followed. |
| Detective Inspector | Senior detective with supervisory duties and decision-making authority. Authorized to use tranquilizer gun. |
| Detective Chief Inspector | Manages day-to-day investigative operations. Among top leadership in the division with limited positions. |
| Detective Superintendent | Highest detective rank, responsible for overall division management, liaising closely with the Commissioner. |

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
The police faction offers structure to the server. It gives meaning to criminal activity, balance to roleplay outcomes, and a necessary authority to maintain realism.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I acknowledge and accept this fully.
