Hi me again, lost my glasses again while trying to take a paracetamol pill

additional info: tried taking paracetamol and the glasses just kind of disappeared and i was wearing the pill??
this happened to me once and it just removed them and yes i looked on the ground and inventory and no it was not on the floor and i missed it i had hitboxes on and it was not there i walked where it was and a 5x5 radius
