.What is your motivation for applying?: Teachers do more than teach, and their impact extends far beyond the classroom. As a teacher, you are more than just an educator: you are a mentor, a confidant and a friend. One of the most common reasons to become a teacher is to make a difference in the lives of as many students as you can.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do? You are to send an informative letter to the principal about the educational trip and persuade him to agree to the idea, however, it is necessary that it is appointed the fortnight before the assigned date of the trip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
1. Absolutely no eating or drinking any sort of fluid or solid during class
2. Keep personal phones in pockets or bags, which should be appropriately stored in a safe place, during class
3. Swearing or racist beliefs will be, without a doubt, not tolerated inside a classroom
4. Be prepared (for example always bring a pen, pencil and a book)
5. Always remind yourself to do your homework and hand it in on the assigned day
6. Respect for self, others, and school property
7. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself at all times during/inside school or class. No exception.
Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): I have been brought up in a very formal way , only needing to mould my accustomed speech depending on my characters situation personality-wise, which has given me the appropriate opportunity to be very stern and assure what I believe in which also allows me to give pupils the convenience of a certain education that will aid them in the coming future. Job experience wise, I have had countless training sessions sculpted around roleplay.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? The education board has almost perfected every aspect of teaching ,however, the one thing that could be approved is the stress of NAPLAN. in 2012 ,Scientists prove that NAPLAN is currently the most stressful thing to students , so in that statement I suggest parents are given an upfront email or message to question if they child wishes to do NAPLAN because NAPLAN is not compulsery ,however, 2 out of 3 children have been pursuaded to know that it is compulsery.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. In Game:
In Game the teacher teaches one class either Period 1, 2, 3 or any other after-school activity or any tutoring, where their purpose is to teach the students what they are talking about, their subject and how it should be learning, with the salary, the teacher should be happy with whatever they are getting, because it reflects how either they are working and teaching.

Out of the character, the teacher should still be a role model to his/her students and be as very very respectful to all others and following the rules.
In the teachers spare time, the teacher can walk do after school classes, they can also go to a local shop and do all legal things that a teacher should do, a teacher can be around 11/7 and answer any needed questions.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: They give the aura of an actual school and in certain situations provide current unknown information to students. Without teachers, the word "School" in school Rp is pointless and is false advertisement. In that statement, Teachers are crucial for every aspect of a school roleplay hosted on any type of game system

Mr Anseline currently Has Blonde hair and is frequently changing it due to inspiration. He wears formal clothes and is rarely seen in baggy/comfortable clothes. He has been knowing to be extremely stern and has never been seen slacking off. students fear him, however, once in his class they realise he isn't what they thought due to his respect and understanding of pupils in their age group. During school, he is seen roaming the halls, however, he is usually seen at 11 / 7 grabbing some food and enjoying the beautiful view. He is a former Artist and enjoys explaining his teaching methods like " Imagine this as a painting and tell me everything you see, nothing can be explained with a simple word doubt your thoughts," and sculpts his writing ideas around known artistic master piecec.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: You sternly glide to them and give them a warning and express " It is extremely disrespectful to be inappropriately cursing in school hallways,"

I would liven up the class, or cheer the students up to get them more into the class, other solutions would be a stand and stretch for all of them, and a small little change of subject for a brief minute. If this goes on, I will raise my voice to sound show that we must learn.When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?

Mr Anseline is a very stern person and stands his ground for what he believes. He does not appreciate backtalk, impatience and disrespect what so ever. He can be laid back but is very professional towards his career and won't mind raising his voice to get his word across and teach his pupils.
BACKSTORY
Mr Anseline Was Born In Ireland only to migrate to Australia where he spent most of his primitive years. He became extremely focused academically in primary school and was especially advanced in English,however, his grades began to lower during Middle school because of bad influences and abuse at home and school which lead to his parent's divorce. Although, During his senior years he began to finally realise that education is crucial to the coming future and wanted to be more involved and in doing so his main teachers began to notice he had something going for him and allowed him to be more involved in extra - curriculem.he happily got his Highschool degree and decided to go to Sydney University and study foreign languages - primarily French - and decided he wanted to become a full-time teacher so he spent 6 more years and is currently looking at a school to commit to.
