Different Phones?

I've been noticing that many people have different colored phones, like green.
Is there a way to change your phones color or wallpaper? I understand it's not important but i'm just curious.

From what I know, there’re three colors for the phones.
White, grey, and black.
There’s a little green on the black phone, so what you saw was a black phone.
In the 11/7, all phones cost the same price, which is 10,000 yens.
