Difficulty gaining access to an old forums acc.

So I've been trying to get back onto my old forums account (AndreMC) but the forgotten password does not seem to work at all. This isn't a case of me looking on the incorrect email as I have several and have thoroughly checked multiple times over the course of weeks.

Is this a known and reoccurring glitch/fault on the website? I do hope there is a way to fix it as it is becoming quite inconvenient.
