Hello!
I recently (I believe 2~ days ago) purchased a penthouse (202, Complex K) in which I quickly began furnishing it.
Unfortunately, when I was breaking an adjacent iron trapdoor to one of my beds, the bed itself (without being broken) somehow disappeared with the trapdoor.
I was directed here after filing an in-game ticket.
Will I be given a new bed to replace the one that disappeared— or is it a case of monetary reimbursement of the value of the bed so I go purchase a new one? I have never had this happen before.

NOTE : I ended up purchasing a new bed Karakea. Is there a way to be reimbursed the 40,000Y? :/
