What is your motivation to lead a club within the school? (250+ words)
Well! I’ve been at the school for like.. Quite a bit now! Not as long as others since I transferred, like.. In September? Something around that time! And one of the first things I did was join a club, and despite how much I hated some of the members, it was actually really exciting to take part in something like that! I’ve been part of two clubs and loved both of them so much, and I love being part of the school community… I mean, in the gardening club, I got to meet so many cool people. Even if some of them were a bit mean, if it weren’t for the gardening club, I wouldn’t have met the entire photography club, becoming good friends with the lead… at least I think we are friends. She did throw me at a bear once..! But because of the gardening club, I got to meet those people… even if it was just to apologize. Since the gardening club isn’t that friendly, I still met the people! And astrology has such cool people, too, who are a bit silly at times, and that makes my day better at times! And while I’m pretty sure I’d have to leave one if I get this position, I still credit them for getting to this point.
I also just want to help people! My whole time in Karakura, I’ve been trying to help people! And well, I want to start a medical club, so... I want to start this club not just to help people with medical treatment… since that’s not what we would be doing entirely… but to help inspire others to go into a healthcare career and give all the faculty something to do. And I think this club would be such a good way to do that… I know professors already teach medical stuff, but during my two months here, I’ve been injured quite a lot and never really had anyone to guide me on what to do in a situation like that. I want to use this club to make the city even better!
Alongside everything else, I also really like medical stuff! As someone who grew up in the middle of nowhere, I had to learn a lot of basic first aid in case someone got hurt on the farm And like I said earlier I just really want to help the people here in the school and let students that are too young to be professors or hospital staff get their chance to learn how they can make a difference even as a teenager or young adult!

Why choose you over other candidates applying for this position? (50+ words)
There are several reasons why I should be chosen over others! Not that other people are a bad decision or anything… I hate talking badly about others.. So I’ll just say positive things about myself!

Reason #1: I put a lot of time into this!
I know this isn’t really a super good reason to accept me for a club… but I have put a lot of time into this. I worked with the photography club, which involved getting them to forgive me for stuff my club did. I worked with the media club, who were super kind, friendly, and helpful.. And also the fashion club! I had to put up with their mean club leader just for this! And I think that shows that I know enough clubs that, if I were to get this position as a club leader, I would be able to have a ton of unique, especially friendly interactions with them all. After September, I realized that some clubs are meaner than others and are especially rude to students. While I can’t control my club members entirely, I do know that I will make my club a healthy space for everyone because clubs should be made for people with a common interest to bond with other students in the school! Not to fight but to enjoy being part of a club… so yeah.. I’ve spent a lot of time learning the necessary things to lead this club and making a friendly reputation for myself!

Reason #2: Other people are-
This reason is cut out! A couple of sentences could be made out from the scraps… maybe she wants people to read it.

The people trying out each insu-
Nobody helped me after I fell ou-
Hit me with a h-
I didn't look like a spir- they hit me with a fryin-
I just wanted to be friends with everyone.

Reason #3: I’ve got experience!
I know other people have a lot of experience too! But like.. I have the management skills for it since I am a manager for two stores in Karakura! And an employee at four others, so I know how to work in teams! I know stores aren’t entirely like clubs… but I have learned so much from them, and I think I could absolutely use my knowledge from those stores to be a good leader! I also have been in two clubs for quite a bit now, and while I do want to make my club different from them since their leaders are both a bit mean and I do not want to be mean, they did teach me the basic stuff required from club members, so I know what I should have as a baseline for my club members!

What is the official title of your club?
Medical Club

Provide a small summary of your club (75 words)
The medical club is designed with the intention of many different things related to the medical field. The club will teach basic things about Psychiatry and physiology by having other people from those fields come up and speak for the club. Alongside that, the medical club aims to encourage students to get the help they may need! Such as encouraging kids to see a psychiatrist or counselor, and to get check-ups from doctors! And much more to come over the course of my time leading the club.

Please gather five student members for your club and list their character names and usernames.

Do you have a student councillor to supervise and assist your club? If yes, please provide their character name and username
Yes, I do have a student councillor in mind.
Kyle H. Hamilton | BunnieMeows

Will there be any requirements of future members to join your club?
There will be a couple of requirements for joining the club! However, these requirements will be primarily IC, as people can join OOC regardless of their medical knowledge. These requirements are as follows!

Requirement #1
Assist the school nurses. Students trying to join the club will be required to have at least one instance of proof that they assisted the school nurses! This can be as simple as giving a snack to an injured student to help them relax, which would be enough to count for this..

Requirement #2
Bring an injured student to the school nurse at least once.

Requirement #3
Go to at least one club activity! All of our club activities will usually be made public, and as long as they attend enough to show they are interested in the club, they have a chance of getting in.

Requirement #4
Have a detailed interaction with at least one club member. As long as they have proof of a detailed interaction with any club member, it will count!
Eventually, all this will need to be shown during an interview once we open the club for interviews!

Provide one school-wide event that your club may host
Blood donation drive

41eb9a81-1351-41a8-b881-e85931039561.jpg
Description
This event will involve EMS coming to the school to help students get their blood drawn!
What activities will there be at this event?

Activity #1
A presentation given by a couple of medical club students about just how important donating blood is for the people in Karakura who need it!

Activity #2
Students can have their blood drawn by EMS and will be rewarded with a couple of snacks for donating!

Activity #3
Photoshoots for people who have donated their blood as a memory of how many lives this may save!

Activity #4
At the end, a list of people who donated blood will be posted, with a big thank-you to everyone who did and encouragement for others to do so at the hospital at any time.

Provide one flash event that your club may host
Medical presentation

48aa3c0c-4c01-43c1-b2c9-256f58db5d4e.jpg
Description
Every 2 months, the medical club will gather for a presentation on everything they learned in those two months, teaching Karakura's students a wide variety of topics!
Some of these topics will be

Topic #1
New medications that are currently being discovered.

Topic #2
The signs of someone having a heart attack, panic attack, and a wide variety of other signs of dangerous medical conditions!

Topic #3
Research projects that members of the club came up with!

And much more! These will be bimonthly, so that several topics will be covered over the course of my time leading the club.

Provide one club activity that your club might host

Monthly Guest Speakers

4f60cba9-9327-4bdf-8650-e662d0fdffe7.jpg
Description
Every month or so, there will be a guest speaker for the club! Regular students can come to this along with regular members, as this will be planned only between the vice lead, the leader of the club, and the faculty! This club activity will be based on the bimonthly research project, with the guest speakers talking about it!

Example
The monthly research project was to determine the number of students injured in Karakura. In that case, the lead will get a couple of EMS to speak about how many people they have treated, for the club members to use for the bimonthly presentation, along with other information they gathered!

Provide any extra club events your club might host
Extra flash event - Classroom health inspections

ef88967e-f745-43d0-89fc-bc2a1ee55d46.jpg
Description
This flash event will involve medical club students entering a class when a teacher or professor is hosting, to give the classroom a health inspection and ensure nothing dangerous is present! The teacher or professor will be told beforehand out of character so that we don’t interrupt their lesson, but aside from that, it will be a complete surprise IC!

What will be inspected during this inspection?
Their desk!

Checking for any old food that needs to be thrown out.. Or foods that are a common allergy in Japan!
Their windows! If there are any cracks in the glass, it could be dangerous if a student leans against it! Wouldn’t want a student accidentally getting hurt from it.

The seats!
The students will be sitting in these seats for the entire two-hour class period. What if the seat is dirty? Nobody wants to sit in a dirty chair for a whole class.. Or one of the chairs has a loose leg and is about to fall on a student!

The entire area of the room!
There might be crumbs left around the room that could cause some sort of unwanted animal to enter the room, or just dust! Nobody wants a dusty classroom.

Extra club activity - Spectating school counselors
666b3028-38a5-4f0d-a0fd-66dd2dd48d1d.jpg
Description
The medical club is also about learning what medical faculty do in the school, so what better way to find out than by observing the counselors and nurses? Of course, during the spectating, counselors and the medical club students will not be watching in on actual sessions! That’s the student's privacy. But instead, they will be spectating what a counselor does daily to see if they would want to be a counselor in the future! The same thing would apply to spectating nurses.

What other interactions would you do with clubs if accepted?
I want the medical club to interact with many other clubs! All of them, since Ritsu wants to make sure everyone in the club still has fun while learning! So the goal would be to interact with every club at least once! Below is a brief description of one joint meeting we would have with each club! These ideas are not currently planned out between other clubs, but would be discussed if we get accepted!

Journalism Club Joint Meeting

Publishing a report
The journalism club and medical club will work together to brainstorm ideas for a possible report on the medical club and its activities!

Cooking Club Joint Meeting

Healthy cooks
The medical club members and the cooking club members will cook a healthy meal together! Afterwards, the medical club lead will give a presentation on the importance of healthy eating.

Gardening Club Joint Meeting

Plant inspection!
The gardening club will teach the medical club members how to assess plant health and different ways to save them. After that is over, both clubs will work together to look for any dead or dying plants in the greenhouse!

Occult Club Joint Meeting

Spirits and what to do when you see one
The occult club will teach the medical club members about spirits and what they can do. After that, the medical club will brainstorm a couple of ideas and come back the next day with possible ways to save someone injured by a spirit!

Photography Club Joint Meeting

Photoshoot battle
The medical club and the photography club will come together for a game in which both clubs take pictures of each other. Eventually, a judge from a completely different club will decide which photos are better! Deciding who is really better at taking pictures.

Performing Arts Club Joint Meeting

Acting lessons
The performing arts club will attempt to teach the medical club members how to act! After they give their lesson on how to act, the medical club will attempt to act out a scene!

Media Club Joint Meeting

Medical club poster
The media club will take a couple of pictures of the medical club and put together a poster of all the club members! The medical club will then place the poster outside of their club room!

Fashion Club Joint Meeting

Making scrubs!
The fashion club will give a brief lesson on how to make outfits and scrubs. After that, the medical club members will each attempt to make their own pair of scrubs!

Sports Club Joint Meeting

Healthcare athletes!
The sports club and medical club will get together for a slightly competitive game chosen by the club leaders! The winner of the game will be the best athletes in the school.

Astrology Club Joint Meeting

Stargazers
The medical club and astrology club will come together for a hangout where they both stargaze and look at the stars! After that, both clubs will give a speech about one interesting thing their club does!

Book Club Joint Meeting

Study day!
The book club and medical club will be split into pairs. These groups will then be given a topic to research with their partner. All groups will be given 24 hours to finish their research, and the group with the best research will be given a prize!

Additional information
A couple of thanks to the people who helped make this club application possible!
Thank you, mayios, for making the section and event banners!
The photography club for taking pictures for the event banners
The fashion club for making a couple of the uniforms!
And every person who modeled for the photoshoots!

If I get accepted to lead the medical club, I will replace it with the gardening club if the max is still 2 clubs.

Thank you for taking the time to apply. Unfortunately, we've chosen to deny your application this round. The reasons for the decision are as follows:
Something like this would be better suited as a Hospital Faction event or a class idea, as opposed to a club.

For any questions you might have, don't hesitate to contact @windswake on Discord.
