Describe your activity on the server:

I joined SRP for the first time approximately 1,25 years ago. During that time, it took me a bit to learn all of these commands and how IC and OOC chat works However, as the time was going, I learned all of the commands, or at least most of them, and I am still learning some of the IC rules. However, the closest to me was gangRP, which I approximately started doing 8 months ago. During that, I learned a lot of different RP's, for example: (CombatRP, DetailRP, CriminalRP). Anyway, on the SRP, I'm pretty much active, to be specific, I'm active on the SRP around 4-5hours per day. However, as I mentioned earlier, as someone who is doing gangRP, I am most likely sitting lowkey or wandering around the map. However, if I am needed in some situation or set of perms, I am prepared to help others.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
My experience with roleplay started since the day I joined SRP approximately 1,25 years ago. Back then, I was a lowkey greenie who had barely any knowledge about how RP works. As there were a lot of helpful players back then, they told me how some of these commands on SRP works. However, during the next few months, approximately. I learned a lot of stuff, such as how does /me and how /it works. Even though it took me a while to learn these 2 basic commands, after a while I learned how to use them. Back then, I was interested in GangRP and CrimeRP because I was finding it interesting. Back then, there were a lot of gangs that has been verified & unverified. Back then, as i was most likely a "new gen" gangRPer, I set my goal to join a verified gang once. So once i started, i tried to find a gang that would teach me a lot of stuff, and gang called "Shuten-Doji" was the best option for me back then, as I learned a lot of new things. For example, i got better at DetailRP & CrimeRP. However, from my point of view, I wanted to join some gang because I wanted to get better knowledge about CrimeRP & GangRP. The reason that was behind this was most likely that I was slowly getting bored of getting majored every single time after that I did something to gangRPer.

GangRP
Back then, when I was accepted into my first gang called Shuten-Doji, it was something new for me things like (roster, alias, ranking system in the gang) to put it simply, I was amazed by that how everything was organized. Still though back then I had a long way to go, I had to learn things like what is minors & majors are, which I learned after a few weeks of GangRPing. Approximately after 2 months of being a member of Shuten-Doji, I received a lot of promotions in the gang. As the leader saw potential in me, I made it to that level, where I was promoted to the Higher Up (HU) position. Even though the gang had the potential to become an UVG (Unverified gang) and most of the HU members tried to revive it. The owner of Shuten-Doji decided to disband the gang due some matters. During how I was doing GangRP, after disband of Shuten-Doji, there was a lot of gangs I was in. For example (Syndicate, Tenjiku, BD (Black Dragons) All of these gangs had some benefits. However, that was already the 6th month of my GangRP era, so with the skills I had back then, I finally gave it a shot, and I applied for VG (Verified Gang). As the limit of Verified Gangs was set on 2, I could only decide to join Bonten or Mefisuto (current Valhalla). So back then, I decided to apply to become a member of Mefisuto. Back then, I didn't expect anything extra, and I thought there was a small chance for me to become a part of Mefisuto. Surprisingly, I have been accepted. However, as I joined Mefisuto, it was again something new for me. The ranking system in Mefisuto was something different from other gangs, as some rules have been set for promotions, which was rather interesting. Once I was officially a member of Mefisuto, I was taught DetailRP & p2l CombatRP. This kind of RP i was taught at the trainings that were hosted weekly. As the time was going I got better at these kinds of RP, and during that time, I posted a few activities in Mefisuto. However, after a few months of being in Mefisuto, I decided that I will take my leave. Even though I had good times in Mefisuto back then, I decided, due some matters, to join a different gang, and that gang is called Geheimer Verband. Where i am now.

What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying for EMS is that I have wanted to become part of EMS since the day I joined SRP. Back then, I was just a lowkey greenie. I was finding it kind of hard to even try to apply for EMS. However, back then, when I got involved in my first combat situation, which resulted in my character losing a limb, I was kinda lucky, as my character was saved by my friends. Still, I was kind of worried that I would manage to do some kind of failRP, which surprisingly didn't happen, yet I had to go through the process where EMS is going to take care of your character, which they did, but back then, when I was a greenie, as I mentioned, I was literally clueless about how it works since EMS back then were cooperative, they told me how it works. As my character lost limb they had to go through the recovery process that was back then set on 4 days. During the time theyve been taking care of my character, I was most likely impressed by their writing skills. I told myself back then that I would like to take care of other characters just like EMS did. Even though I wanted to become an EMS, I did not, and it was because I was interested in gangRP aswell. And gang applications are way easier than EMS applications. So that was most likely one of those reasons that I decided ill be doing gangRP. However, after 8 months of gangRP, I decided to give it a try by applying for EMS. I would like to treat & take care of other characters, get better at writing actions, and more.

Which role are you applying for?
Doctor

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?

Character Backstory:

Alevtina was born and raised in Russia, in St. Petersburg. When she was born, the first years of her life wasnt that bad at all. Her mother was working in the hospital as a doctor, and her father was working as a local officer. They both paid attention to her, as they were getting paid enough, and they both had a lot of time to spend with Alevtina. However, as she was getting older, her mother taught her some basics of first aid and how to help people in life threatening situations. Little did she know it would grow closer to her heart.

At the age of 16, when she was outside with her friends, one of her friends was choking on food, however, Alevtina was the only person there who could help her, yet it turned out that she helped her friend by that she performed heimlich. From that day on, her friend admired her more than anything else. Once she was 18, she bought a plane ticket to Karakura because there were a lot of opportunities to study. Even though it was a big decision that Alevtina made, she spent her last days in St. Petersburg with her friends from school and with her family. She was kind of sad that she was heading to Karakura, she surely was, because she would have to start a new life there. However, in Karakura, she had more opportunities to lean on.

That day has come. She woke up early in the morning and would pack up her stuff. As her mother and father were supportive, they took her to the airport in St. Petersburg. They had a bit of an emotional moment as Alevtina was leaving for a long time. Once she went through the terminal, she got onto the plane and fell asleep almost instantly. Once she woke up, she was an hour away from Karakura. Once she arrived in Karakura, she was a little bit disoriented no wonder as it was a new place for her where she would spend the next few years.

As she got into Karakura, she just unpacked her stuff and looked around the town to see what and where was. Little did she know, she just had a few hours to look around the town before she would have to go to school. After a few weeks of being in Karakura, she slowly started to miss her family. But still, she was more than determined to complete her studies in Karakura.

Part 2: New life begins

At the age of 18 years, when Alevtina arrived in the town called Karakura, she was rather clueless and disoriented. However, as soon as she got to the apartment she rented, she would spend a few hours inside the apartment and was most likely brainstorming about what she could do as she wasn't in St. Petersburg anymore. At the moment, there was no one that she could rely on. The first day she was in Karakura, she was regretting the decision she had made. That's why she had decided to call her mother about how she feels. Yet what she didn't expect was that her mother would calm her down and motivate her to not give up. Even though she was most likely crying on the phone, she agreed to what she had been told by her mother. Once she calmed herself down, she decided to go out so she could explore the town.

Once Alevtina decided to go out so she could explore the town, it was approximately 8 pm. However, she noticed a group of masked people, so she would just cover her head to prevent any risk of them noticing her. Once she noticed that they even had weapons, she was under pressure that had been caused by fear, so she left the scene as soon as possible. No wonder, as she has been in Karakura for the first time and it was her first day of being in Karakura, she didn't want to risk getting herself majorly injured. Once she internally felt like she was safe, she would take a deep breath that she had successfully left the scene without getting injured. However, on the first day she was in Karakura, she would just explore the main part of the town, to be specific, she looked around for the nearest police station, hospital, and grocery store.

She found what she wanted to find. She most likely went back to her apartment at this moment it was something around 10pm so she spent the last 2 hours exploring the town. However, she didn't find everything she wanted to, but the main things she wanted to find, she did find. To her surprise, the group of masked people wasn't around anymore, so she got back to her apartment peacefully. Once she got back to her apartment, she would just get into her bedroom and fall asleep almost instantly.

The next day Alevtina would wake up, it was supposed to be her first day of school in Karakura, so she would just prepare herself and pack all the stuff that shes going to need during the day in school. It would take her approximately 30 minutes to get into the school. However, the school was way bigger than the one she was used to in St. Petersburg. However, as it was her first day at the school, most likely, professors would introduce them to their system and where to go if they needed something. Once Alevtina got familiar with the system, she would just go into the class afterwards. At the beginning, she was kind of struggling with learning new information she was given by professors. But she would get used to it as the time was going. And from this moment her every single day has been most likely the same.

Two years have passed already. Even though it didn't seem like it Alevtina grades werent that bad at all, she will surely have a hard time during the exams so she can pass them. Alevtina had 2 weeks until the exams. She said to herself this. "I'll give everything to it now, otherwise, I can forget about the dream I want to come true." Once she got to her apartment, she spent the next 2 weeks studying. Once the 2 weeks had passed, Alevtina felt like she was prepared to do the exams, so she went directly into the school the next morning. Once she was done with the exams, she would just take a deep breath of relief. Surprisingly, later that night, the results were announced. Once Alevtina checked out that part, she would find out that she passed the exams with a score of 70 points. Once she found out the results, she immediately contacted her family about her exam. Once her mother found out that she passed the exams, she was proud of her yet again, just like her whole family. However, from that moment on, she knew she could focus on her dream of becoming a doctor one day.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY

What medical residencies did your character take after medical school?

None

What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Once Alevtina managed to save her friend, she would look at it like something that friends usually do, that they help each other. Little did she know that this kind of help is rather rare to do. She didn't find it interesting that she saved her friend's life, she would find it interesting that she actually saved someone's life back then as a minor. Since Alevtina's mother saw potential in her future career of becoming a doctor, she started slowly teaching her a few things, such as how to apply bandages on the wound. Alevtina would find it amazing how responsible she would have to be if she wanted to become a doctor one day.

Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Sadly, she did not, however, with the amount of experience that her mother gave her back then when she was a minor, it would make her even more focused on her dream of becoming a doctor one day. Even though she has literally her whole life infront of her, she is determined to become a doctor one day.

Has your character completed any additional schooling?
Not at all.

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE Describe your character;
how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?

There was a blonde woman standing infront of you who was sitting at a height of 6,2. You could tell by looking at her that she has pretty much active live, as her body would seem to have an athletic shape with a weight of 136lbs. However, you could also notice on her nose that she would have a nose piercing on the right side of her nose. She would also have an tattoo of a phoenix sitting on her back that was sometimes visible. Her hair seemed to be wavy, and her eyes seemed to be blue. A scent of Jean Paul Gaultier perfume would follow her.

How does your character act on and off duty?

on duty

If Alevtina is on duty, she is mainly focused on doing her job smoothly and successfully. However, thanks to her mother, she has the talent to calm her patients. Because of this, she spends a few minutes with each new patient, so they can understand how things work if they need anything and she can't get to them immediately. During that, Alevtina also hangs out with other doctors if she doesn't have anything better to do at the moment.

off duty
When Alevtina finally gets the chance to go off duty, she gladly takes the opportunity. However, as someone who is most likely a newbie, she would spend most of her free time studying new medicine. Once she is done studying for the day, she will probably go outside for a run, watch a movie, or hang out with her friends. She is also interested in Karakura culture, so sometimes she just learns something new about Karakura.

Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Alevtina can work alone, though if there is someone extra with her, it will surely be better for her. A simple job, such as stabilizing, she can do this. Still though, if we are talking about the wound that is bleeding, from the beginning, it would be better for Alevtina to have someone extra with her so she could learn this part on her own without the risk of getting the patient into a life threatening situation. As soon as she gets familiar with treating the wound, she will most likely be able to treat patients on her own.

What plans does your character have for the future?
Someone like Alevtina, who is kind and honest woman, would like to lead her children in the direction she decided to choose. However, if her kids in the future will be interested in something else, she will support them no matter what. However, if they decide to commit crimes, they will regret it quickly that they attempted to commit any crime. Alevtina will keep her mentality of someone who can be kind but also a hard worker. She won't take any risks that would affect her patients in the future. She will do her job successfully and diligently.

DENIED

Thank you for taking the time to apply, however, we have decided to deny this application. This is due to the following reasons:
A decisive factor that influences our decision is server reputation, meaning we tend to pick players who have been on the server for a while and have a relatively clean history. Furthermore, applications with more detail tend to stand out amongst others.

Nonetheless, below is some advice from our higher-up team in order to help you improve any future applications and therefore improve your chances of being accepted in future waves:
Try applying to other factions to improve your reputation around the server and try to include more detail within your application.

This decision was made as a collective among a group of individuals. rather than a single individual. If you have any further inquiries, you may contact me - 6pancake - via DMs. Otherwise, any DMs to members of the faction and/or higher-ups will be ignored and referred to this response.
