What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have been playing on SRP for more than a year now and during this time I have been in a bunch of different roleplays. This include detailrp in many different scenarios like bandaging scratches and cuts. I have also roleplayed with many different people in this server from running around town having fun to serious conversations about life.
What is your motivation for applying?
I am applying to become a hospital staff member because I want to have an adult role in SRP. I also figure this would be a fun new experience for me since this is the first time I will be having a major role in SRP. I am into the medical field so I do have a bit of knowledge about hospital roles.

“ Thanks to my parents I was able to learn how to speak both Korean and Spanish. I even talked to them in these languages occasionally. Also I know Japanese since we are talking to each other right now!”
Character Backstory (Optional):
In the city of Barcelona, Spain lies the birthplace of Samuel Kamei. He lived here with his parents from when he was a little child all the way till he graduated university. During his childhood, he has always been friendly to all the kids he met. He was an active kid, playing soccer from the age 5 till 12. In school he wasn’t the most popular nor the smartest, but he did become friends with almost everyone in his grade.
Looking more into after Secondary Education, he went to an academic prep that was needed to apply for university. After these two years of prep and passing his entrance exam, Samuel was finally able to work on his Bachelors of Science. He focused a lot on his studies, but made sure he had time to socialize with his friends and family. After studying and passing his finals, he finally was able to get his Bachelors and began to apply for jobs till he finally got one in a clinic. There he worked as a nurse, checking blood pressure, leading patients to the rooms, doing paperwork, etc.
After working at the clinic for a few years, he finally decided to have a change in career and saved up enough money to move. He said his goodbyes to his friends and family before hopping on to the plane and heading off to Karakura to hopefully start a new life. Another thing to note is that when he made this plan, he began learning Japanese and became fluent in speaking and talking it.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Samuel's main medical speciality is cardiology. After doing a biology lab in grade 12 where he learned about how the heart works and diseases that commonly involve the blood vessels. Ever since he had learned about the heart, he tends to search up once and awhile about the different diseases to the heart and how doctors would usually go about them. This led to him focussing on cardiology especially when it popped up during biology in university.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
After getting his bachelors and doing the exams he began to work in clinics in Spain before moving to Karakura to hopefully improve his knowledge.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
He treats people with respect no matter how kind or rude they are in return. When it comes to doing his job, he takes it quite seriously. He prioritizes saving the patient and even if it is about talking about other patients, he keeps it to himself unless he needs help. Even with this serious tone he has, when it is a chill day he is friendly with every person. He tries to be funny even though his jokes are the best.
Now for his looks, he clearly looks like a person that is from Spain. Another thing to note is that sometimes he likes to wear a face mask, even though he is not checking on his patients .Samuel Kamei is also average height, average size male with a great big smile.
The only thing that he would consider to make him “unique” is his friendliness with the people he meets. He always tries to help in any way he could, even if it doesn’t involve checking on someone.
How does your character act around the hospital?
When he is treating a patient he would always check on them and give them the usual things before performing everything else. This includes checking their blood pressure, checking for wounds and giving them an IV. It does not matter if it is someone else who does it; if he can check it then he will do it. After checking and doing the best he can, if the patient needs to be administered then he would check on them regularly making sure everything is alright.
When he is working at the desk or on a break he usually tries to socialize with anyone he can. He loves conversation so he seeks it. Every once and awhile he might roam around the rooms, checking if anyone needs his help, but for the rest he chills out with others.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Samuel is quite diverse when it comes to working alone or with others. It usually depends on the day, but he likes to work alone whenever he needs to work on things like catching up on a report or helping a patient with minor injuries. When it comes to major injuries or multiple casualties, he appreciates all the help he can get. At the end of the day Samuel knows that this is a hospital and he will need help every once and awhile. Sometimes he won’t have the people to help him and he understands all he can do is to do his best.

| Trainee | These are people who have first joined the hospital team. They are people who are learning how to do their role and get a better understanding of what the hospital is about |
| EMS | These are first responders who are in charge of going out when they are called to handle any injured people who cannot immediately go to the hospital. They likely can handle minor injuries like scratches but if it is too severe then they can do the best they can and transport them to the hospital. |
| Psychiatrist | These people are the******s who help people with their mental and emotional self. People are usually recommended to visit a psychiatrist which then they get to know you, understand what their problem is and try to give out solutions. |
| Doctor | These are people who handle major injuries like broken bones and huge cuts. They usually stay in the hospital and are prepared to treat people no matter the wound. Also they are in charge of prescribing medicines and crutches for those who need them. |
