Door to my apartment protected

My door to my new apartment has been protected by the old owners, I can not get into the apartment. I bought it today and been waiting for admin to come online but so far they seem to busy so I thought I'd request help here so I don't have to sit online on the server.

The coordinates are
1240 / 36 / 703

As you can see it is protected by FearOfNothing, Those were the old owners of the apartment. It is now owned by me, MarissaDoesStuff.
Please help I'd like to get into my apartment :)
