Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are really important to SRP since if you don’t have any teachers it also can’t be a school, the teachers give homework to the student, they teach them something they might not know already which to be honest could also be useful for in real life but without the teachers they wouldnt be able to graduate and go to college since we need people to teach them and give homework, and who knows they might inspire the players to also become a teacher later on or they might go to another faction who knows.

Describe your character:
Kiyoshi is a 26-year-old male standing at a height of 6"8, he has black majestic hair that shines when the sun touches it, and also has brown eyes. he has been thinking about getting a tattoo for a while, but never dared to get one.
He is a really energetic person who loves going to school. In his early years of his work career, he was a professional hockey player, which helped grow his love for sports. He wasn’t really famous, but he always thought he was about to be famous.
He is someone who cares a lot about people, so when someone has problems, he would try to help if he can. He is polite and patient, he has this quirk where he talks to plants or plushies since he thinks they have real personalities. He also never swears but uses weird things instead, like "What the cheese or holy macaroni," and as you can see, he only uses food.
He has always dreamed of opening his own shop, but he stopped dreaming about it once he went to college. When he got accepted into college, he tried to study to become a principal one day, so who knows, maybe after some years working as a teacher, he can finally achieve this dream.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Kiyoshi loves his students even if they are disruptive or cause a lot of trouble, he would still treat them all with respect, especially if they respect him back. He has always loved being with kids and helping them, this is because he has alot of younger cousins he used to play with, whenever he talks to his students he always wants to know if they have suggestions for his class or if they have pointers on how he should improve or if they have troubles with any of their classes even if it’s not his class he always loves to help them.
Kiyoshi doesn’t just love his students, but also his colleagues. he has always been a team player since he had to be able to do stuff with his co-workers in his hockey team so they can be a great team together. He loves talking with them, but he is very open about stuff, but also gets really persona,l which he is trying to work on though, since he noticed that some of his co-workers get uncomfortable by it sometimes.
Whenever he would be with his family, he would talk positively about his co-workers and students.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
One of his main reasons on getting into teaching is because his cousin Reiji is also a teacher, he always looked up to him and thought he was cool, he does teach physics which Kiyoshi does not like but thats alright, he has always loved Physical Education, when he was in highschool and college, he even tried out for the track team since there wasn’t a hockey team there, he never got accepted though but that never discouraged him to stop training, whenever he was hanging out with his friends he always taught them how to play a game like volleyball and since then he had gotten a passion for teaching and decided to go to college to get a degree in education.

Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
When Kiyoshi Kagami sees one of his students struggling, I would first ask them if they wanted to have a talk after class, so I could tell them I saw them struggling with the material and ask them if they want me to explain it to them alone so they can focus and ask questions without being disrupted by other students if they then still don't understand the material I would suggest for them to get tutoring so they won't fall behind of the material that is being taught, I would also suggest them to ask questions in class instead of being quiet and never answering questions, now if it was something physically that they were struggling with I would show them how to do the task that I gave in class so they can train fr it for the next class, I would also show them the GYM so they know where they can train for it, if they still need help with it I would allow them to ask another teacher to call me on the radio so I could help them again.
/me Would wander around the class and notices one of his students struggling with the material shown in class he walks towards the student and quietly ask them something "Hey, I see you're struggling with the material would you maybe want to talk to me after class so I could help you with it?" He looks at the student with a friendly smile, waiting for an answer.
(The student said yes and stayed after class)
/me looks at the student with a friendly smile and would ask, "Could you tell me what you are struggling with? Is it something of the material I explained or one of the physical tasks I showed in class? I would love to explain it more in detail for you if u want and if you still don't understand the material then you can always get a tutor... but if its about the physical task you could always go to the gym and train for it or ask a teacher to call me so I can come and help you again as many times as u need. " He looks at the student, hoping they will accept his help.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Kiyoshi would first try to calmly handle the situation by calling them over to his desk while the other students are working, he would ask them why they’re disrupting his class because Kiyoshi knows when someone acts like that they always with a reason, now if they continue this behaviour after he talked to them he would give them a total of 3 warnings if they are on their third warning they would get detention depending on the severity and then sadly if that didn’t work he would kick them out and send them to the (vice) principal but first kiyoshi would let the (vice) principal know so they can’t just run off and then hopes they will learn from their behaviour.

We all know the classic game of simon says, I would do this but with physical tasks like “simon says do 10 pushups” if they don’t do the task I told them to they fail and have to sit back down, when I said “Do 20 jumping jacks” and they do it they also fail and the last one standing will get a sticker or something else like ice cream, ofcourse I will first teach something and then do this.
Teaching free class
Yes I know as a teacher you have to teach, but sometimes it’s good that the students relax and maybe get to know each other by playing a game, I will first give them some options like volleyball, basketball or football which they can choose from and the one with the most votes we will go do.
