Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are very important in a School based server for several reasons. Firstly, they serve as the adults of learning, guiding students throughout different activities about the education in the setting the current situation is in which makes education a big part of the roleplay experience. Adding on, teachers speak out the orders the higher ups of the school give out. The higher ups of the school are also known as SLT. School Leadership Team. Teachers ensure that these orders are given out to the students and making sure that they follow the guidelines of the school. They make the school based server more realistic as it isn't just an AI that is doing the classes but it is actually a real person behind the screen and teaching the students. This is a extremely great way to mock what a real life school would be like. Teachers also provide the essential support to students emotionally and academically, hosting games that can help the student understand what they are learning about. Finally, they are an important role to the server because they have the ability to organize events within the school and be apart of them, hosting extracurricular activities and allowing the server to be more joyful.

What is your preferred subject to teach?: Physical Education
Describe your character:
Marcel would be a German male that stood at the height of 6'2 and weighing around 190 lbs. He would have brown hair and his eyes would also be brown. Marcel would look athletic and his voice would have a very thick German accent. Marcel is a very relaxed guy. When you're around him he would have a cologne on that was Sauvage by Dior. Marcel would be American but in a German body. Marcel would love to be able to help out with children since he wants to be just like his mother. He wants to extend his mothers legacy.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
As Marcel takes his job as a Physical Education (PE) teacher very seriously, he also tries his absolute best to lighten the mood when he has the chance to. Every chance he gets he will try his absolute best to lighten the mood with his relaxed personality. When it comes to his classroom and students Marcel would strive to provide his students the best learning experience and allow them to have fun in his classroom. Marcel is extremely passionate about his work.
When it comes to Marcel's co-workers he is extremely friendly and he exhibits the same willingness to help his co-workers as well with his students.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Marcel has experience being a teacher before as he was a teacher for a bit and then quit as he was not mentally prepared for how much stress he would be under. Now that some months have passed. Marcel would start to prepare himself for the amount of stress that he was going to face once he came back to being a PE Teacher. Also when Marcel was a kid his mother that has now passed away was a teacher and he would always attend her classes just to be around her. She was Marcel's role model and Marcel wanted to be just like her which is the goal that Marcel has. He wants to be just like his mother and have a good bond with the co-workers and students. Marcel's mother was named Leni Zindel and she was a teacher at Karakura High for a while. Marcel wants to continue her legacy as a teacher and he wants to try and do better than his mother to make her proud.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Marcel would look at the student observe to the best of his ability to figure out where they are struggling at the most. He would walk up to the student and start to break down the material to the student in more simple terms and he would do a little small activity with the student to help them get a better understanding of the assignment that they are doing.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
At first Marcel would tell the student to stop being disruptive to the class. Depending where they were Marcel would tell the students to run gassers as punishment. He would announce to the whole class if they interrupt class that they will be running gassers. If they were inside of a classroom Marcel would tell the student to come out to the hallway and he would tell the student to run to the end of the hall and back full sprint and if they didn't do it full sprint he would have them do it again until they gave max effort. Marcel was all about the little things and effort.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Marcel would setup multiple stations around the gym or an outdoor area and they would each have a different physical activity for example jumping jacks, pushups, sprinting drills, and balance exercises. Around every 3-5 minutes they would rotate stations and during those minutes they would do as many reps as they can on the certain exercise they are on. Once all the students have went through the stations he would get the class together and he would have them do light stretching and reflect on their performance. He would call this part "Cool-down"
The second interactive activity Marcel would do would be an obstacle relay. Marcel would setup a line with cones to weave through, hurdles to jump over, and ropes for someone to crawl under. He would then allow the students to divide themselves into teams that would have everyone have a even number of people. Marcel would have the groups that are not going first be aside from the relay, He would explain the rules and have the teams strategize on how to do their lines. One player would be in the front of the line and the others would line up behind that individual. The first person would go when Marcel blows his whistle. As soon as Marcel blew his whistle he would start a stopwatch to time the players. Once the first player has reached the end he would get up and sprint to the back of the line to tag the next person. Once everyone in the line has gone Marcel would stop his timer and write it down. Every team would go and the team with the best time would receive an award.
