Possible availability | -Saturday I have DnD sessions but those can sometimes fall out or end sooner than expected. If there is no DnD session planned then I pretty much have all day. -Friday Fridays are a 50/50 for me a lot of the time, i also play other games on friday with friends, so it highly depends on circumstance. When available it is from 5pm-8pm |
No availability | -Wednesday College classes until 5, usually prefer to relax and rarely play on SRP that day. |

What experiences do you have with roleplay?
I originally joined SRP around 2023 as my first MCRP server and I've had a blast. Learning the ropes of RP thanks to friends as I first ironically started out doing GangRP. I would spend a year on SRP, developing my skills and expanding my knowledge before taking my eventual break from the server, desiring something else. I went on to play Fables & Fantasy in which I greatly expanded my roleplaying and even became a lore writer. ( this is not an AD please dont sue me kimi D: )
I returned to SRP around 3 months ago and have regained my motivation to play. Having attended classes and events on SRP such as the later mentioned EMS Internship day. Now I am playing on the server frequently again!
What is your motivation for applying?
I’ve always had an interest in EMS upon joining SRP for the first time. My first application was years back on my other character when my writing skills were..- Less than ideal, if i might add. Even now my writing is quite average due to the difficulty of Dyslexia but I’ve learned to get past that in some ways.
Further I am motivated to join EMS due to the Internship day I've been so lucky to experience. Seeing how fun MedicineRP can be and that I actually have a chance to do some good RP. I decided to write this application to, of course, try and.. apply.
Which role are you applying for?
Doctor / Interest in Paramedic
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
In all honesty? I don't have too much knowledge of the specifics of Hospital Roles. I do know the few things that I've learned during my Internship days.
Doctor Department
The base of the hospital. A Doctor’s job is to perform mundane tasks such as checkups. They also perform surgeries on patients that do not require it immediately. (if the Surgeon role is merged into this that is.)
Psychiatrist Department
The psychiatrist’s (im gonna have fun spelling that) job is close to a Doctor. However this department mostly focuses on the Mental side of medicine such as therapy sessions and treating patients on disorders and conditions that traditional surgery cannot fix.
Emergency / Paramedic Department
The emergency department is responsible for patrolling around Karakura and handling calls. They perform emergency life saving treatments and help patients be transported to the hospital if they aren't capable of making the journey on their own.
They are also the coolest department
While i dont know all of the departments in detail like the paragraph applicants that write novels during lunch, i am more than happy to learn the ins and outs of them!
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
I do love training so yes, I acknowledge that!
In-Character (IC) Section
SECTION 1: PERSONAL DETAILS
Character’s Full Name:
Kitamura sat down at the desk in front of her interviewer. She gives them a bow and a handshake before introducing herself as she lowered herself onto the chair at the table across from the interviewer. Her flowery kimono shimmered ever so slightly in the lights of the room. “My name? Ah.. It is Kitamura D. Yoko The D standing for Drakos.. A family name I'm not too proud of in regards to their history..” She says the name of her family with a hint of bitterness. Her voice giving off a deep eastern european accent.
Character’s Gender and Pronouns
She gently sighed. “I am female, usually I don't bother with Pronouns but you may refer to me as a She/Her, I suppose..” She said with a neutral tone.
Character’s Age (if accepted)
She sat more upright in the uncomfortable steel chair.. “Right at the age of 25.. Almost at my midlife crisis one might say.. Heh..” She chuckled softly but it trailed off..
Character’s Academic Background:
She reached into her suitcase and took out a number of paper documents and a certificate that she placed in front of the interviewer. She smiled weakly at her life achievements being contained onto a simple fancy piece of paper. “I graduated high school at XIV Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. major Henryka Sucharskiego, Katowice. Quite a mouthful.. It’s a highschool run by the army, usually a school for delinquents.. But once finishing that school my parents decided to move to Karakura and take me with them. I applied at the college and luckily got accepted. After years of hard work i finally got my bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medical Technology and minored in Paramedicine” Kitamura smiled as she finished speaking, awaiting the next line of questions as she hoped it somewhat impressed the interviewer..
Character’s Nationality
She smiled, reminiscing of her hometown. “Born in the Silesian Voivodeship, Poland, raised by a Polish mother and Russian father. I do miss them sometimes.” She answered with a smile that quickly turned to a neutral look.
Character’s Marital Status
Her left eyebrow shifted slightly at the question. “I am unwed and without a relationship. Happy to keep it that way.” She would simply respond coldly.
Character’s Religious Denomination
Gave a sour expression at the question. “I used to be a Catholic but I have moved away from that belief. In my eyes if there is a God.. they are a cruel one to allow such horrible things to happen. Nevertheless I don't judge others for following any religion.” She sighed, hoping the answer didn't affect the interviewer’s opinion on her negatively.
Character’s Spoken Languages
“I learned Polish and Russian when growing up. Later of course I was taught Japanese upon moving to Karakura.” She answered short, simply and quickly.

The old bio i made was very outdated.. I will make a new and improved one if i were to be accepted!
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
First, General Surgery. This was her first path to take as she became more interested with the inner workings of the human body and how to repair it.
Secondly, Advanced Life Support, this is due to her final goals of becoming a Paramedic. She learned first aid at first before spending a big portion of her education focusing on learning the different technologies regarding life support systems.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Kitamura has been invited into the February EMS Internship program and gained a large interest in the medical field. She gained curiosity towards the physical medicine and work field of doctors and paramedics. Having spent a day with both to experience their usual work, seeing the friendly staff and the potential of helping others. She decided to write an application to the hospital in hopes of securing her dreams of becoming an EMS.
Except for the internship she has attended as a volunteer at different events around Japan, such as first aid at concerts and local sporting events around karakura.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
From the outside, Kitamura always seems to have a cold calculating look. She still had pieces of her broken past sticking to her. However when she is approached she is quite open and friendly to others, dropping the tough facade immediately upon interaction. Sometimes she still flinched at positivity due to her not being used to it but over the years this has become less and less. Kitamura also almost never questions her superiors unless in the most urgent circumstances, such as a life being on the line.
How does your character act around the hospital?
At the front desk and in the presence of patients Kitamura tends to prefer acting professionally and neutrally towards patients. Of course taking a lighter tone towards younger patients, in an attempt to keep the situation as comfortable as can be.
In the lounge/staff break room or whilst off duty Kitamura will often joke around with fellow staff and/or friends. She will try to ask about people’s days, offer to bring them coffee or sometimes even bring snacks from home as an extra to the breakroom.
Kitamura has learned to observe people closely so she will frequently notice if colleagues are having tough days or require assistance in stressful situations. She herself is quite resistant to stress and isn't afraid to have her own voice of authority in situations that require it.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
While Kitamura can work on her own she prefers to have the support of her colleagues. As procedures can be complicated and second opinions can be a valuable asset in ensuring the proper care of a patient.
Of course during a checkup she would prefer the least amount of distraction so she would function best on her own with the patient. However during any surgeries or more complex tasks the preferable option would be with another EMS worker.
Additional notes: I wanna just say thank you to the opportunity that was the Internship days! they were great fun and i hope ya'll do more of those in the future :3
