What experiences do you have with Detail RP?:
I would say that I have started to deal with more detailed RP not all that long ago. Due to the fact that I haven’t been doing detailed RP for long I still enjoy doing it when it is needed. I am doing more detail rp everyday due to me wanting to learn how to detail more.
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our current team?:
Well the first reason for me wanting to join is the factor of my friends recommending EMS to me. I have been looking into EMS for a while now, and I feel as if I could put a lot of effort into it. I also feel as if I could be good to the EMS team. It would be due to the fact of how I like to give into very important things. I see EMS as something that is important but also fun. I feel as if I would benefit the team by how active I could possibly be. Other ways I could benefit the team is by how detailed I can go, I seem to like to put much detail into my actions. I will also point out the fact of how respectful I can be. I make sure that I respect anyone who is higher than me and or is just around me. I also can handle things quite well. I can mostly take everything I do quite seriously or at least try to. I mostly want to give EMS a try and see how far or if I go into it.

I'll be applying for the role of a Surgeon.

Surgeon: Surgeons operate on patients who come in with deformities, injuries or even some minor diseases that are curable. Other than just that, they are one of the main departments of the hospital, being able to do so much within the field and knowledge. If not doing any of this, they typically focus on medical histories, plans, and other minor things.
Categorize all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Hospital Director
The Hospital Director is the head, the base of the hospital. They coordinate activities, management, workers, oversee payments.. Etc, they control what happens under their control. They make sure the hospital stays, a safe place for those in need of help.
Clinical Manager
Clinical Manager’s role is to maintain the responsibility of the administrative aspect, figuring employment, training, operations, budgets, reviewment of treatment. They as well control the clinical leads, checking in with those to check on their departments.
Clinical Lead
Clinical leads each have their own department that they control, say someone who is the clinical lead of the doctor department they make sure their doctors are inline and are able to be an outstanding physician
Surgeon
Surgeons tend to treat injuries, diseases or even sometimes deformities with an operation. They use many instruments, to do these functions, plastics, general, nero, cardio or anything that is to benefit your health through a major surgery they’ll do it.
Doctor
Typically doctors are known for interacting with patients, tending to be the first one they meet and make sure to have some comfort within in a scary moment. They tend to diagnose medical problems, figure treatment plans/care for the said patient.
Psychiatrist
This department tends to care more on the mental aspect, though Psychiatrists can treat minor injuries that come in time-to-time they focus more on the mental aspect. The gray area in recovery, the substances to help weaken some mental illnesses, etc. Psychiatrists as well make sure to prescribe and endure the best mental care for their patient.

Yes, I do acknowledge this. It’s most likely for a good reason if so, I believe Higher-ups have a good reason to choose what happens to others.

Tell us about your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Aifric Deasun, a 5’7 female with long ginger hair, her eyes would be a light blue. Her face would be clean and very cheerful looking. Aifric seems to be a female who passes off good vibes, she is quick to focus and quick to catch onto something. Aifric is very good at paying attention when she is told to. She's quick to follow what she is told to do or say.
What are they like on and off the job?
ON-JOB:
Aifric is very focused when she is working. She is very quick to do what she is told and she makes sure to keep herself calm. She makes sure to act her age when she is working and makes sure to respect people she works along with. Aifric will snap if someone pushes her buttons but even so she still sits herself down and calms herself. She is quick to jump back on task when needed to do so.
OFF-DUTY:
Aifric seems to still act her age off duty, but she still is very calm and she is to still pay attention to what she has to do throughout the day. She likes to keep her life in control so she doesn't lose focus in what she does. She likes to still study more about bodies when she is not working. She likes to know more different things everyday.
Outlook on their co-workers? Plans for the future?
Aifric's outlook on coworkers would be her just being respectful. She doesn't bother her co-workers but she also listens to them. She cares for her co-workers and she likes to work alongside them, making sure she knows how to help them or knows what is right or wrong. Her plan in the future is to keep studying medical and health so she will know how to keep care of others. She already mostly takes care of her younger sister which is the reason why she wants to take care of others.
Does your character have any past / current mental and or physical illnesses we should take acknowledgment to?
She used to suffer from depression but mostly pills cover the mental illness nowadays. She mostly suffers from ptsd from her past but it is very rare to see her freak out over it.

Aifric was born on June 8th, 1986 in Lisburn, Antrim. She had mostly grown up with her mother, she usually suffered from many illnesses for a time being. Aifric’s mother had taken care of Aifric until she was fairly okay, Aifric adored watching what her mother had done. Aifric mostly watched over what her mother had done, Aifric had gone to the hospital her mother had worked at, she had taken notes on every move her mother had made. Growing up throughout the years Aifric mostly watched different doctors who worked at the same hospital as her mother. Aifric liked to watch many different tv shows that shown how Surgeons did their work or at least they had gave out facts about the following job. Aifric studied a tad bit about Surgeons then gave up on it due to the fact she was too young to understand anything.
When Aifric hit highschool she had started to take Medical classes. She made sure that she had always taken notes and paid attention in the class. She was always on task and was very active in the class, she made sure that she involved herself a lot in every lesson. After school she had continued to watch what her mother did in the hospital, she had always taken notes making sure that she had used these notes in her Medical classes. Aifric started to take more of her time to research many different Medical things throughout her highschool years. Aifric had done many different researches throughout a few years. Aifric had liked to study different things she had seen every time she had visited her mother's work. She studied every single move she had seen while she was in the hospital.
After graduation Aifric had gone into college, she had taken more studies into different Medical fields. Aifric started to seek into more jobs that would take in different degrees. She also looked for different jobs that dealt with different Medical deals and more information about Medical studies and things that have to be dealt with in Medical ways.
