This is one of 4 accounts I own. This account was just recently given to me by my friend, LifeslessRP. From what I understans the old IGN is dontcarerp I think. From what lifelessRP has told me this account was his old account but he went inactive on it cause he didn’t use it anymore, he told me it also has no bans on it. As for my 3 other accounts which I paided for 2 of them don’t have any bans but on my main EnderBubs I have one ban for using an auto clicker in Hub one
Describe your activity on the server:
I am constantly active on the SRP, with a playtime of 13 weeks, 1 day and 20 hours on my main. My time online can often change depending on the day of the week. During school days, monday-friday, I'm not able to be online until around 3:00 pm as I have school. From there I'm allowed to be on the rest of the night! As for weekends I'm able to be online all day, though I take small breaks in between. One thing that stops my activity is lag. I live in the mountains so I don't have the best wifi connection which can cause my game to sometimes lag out or just crash in general. This has stopped happening AS OFTEN because I'm using feather but lag is still a big issue for me
Which timezone are you in?

KPD APPLICATION: Denied
What is your motivation for applying?:

I have a few reasons for applying to become an officer at KPD.
1: I used to play on another rp Minecraft server and in that server I was an officer. I played on the server as an officer for around 2-3 months and during that time my love for CopRP grew and grew! I had an amazing time roleplaying it out, even the boring parts like just sitting at the front desk and answering questions, even though that was fun for me. It was really fun to patrol with other officers, do chases and catch people, say bails and just interact with others as an officer. It's a very different form of RP compared to normal RP like being a citizen, doing gangrp, ect ect. I would love to do CopRP again, and experience it and learn all over! Even though this may be different from the other server i would love to relearn and experience everything over again, and all in all just do CopRP in general again
2: I have many friends who are in PD, I mean one of my main character’s is an Omori so I'm close with a lot of officers. From what I've asked them, KPD is a fun job to work at. I’ve heard it can be stressful sometimes but it sounds to be a lot of fun! The members sound nice and the KPD community itself seems like a healthy and good environment. I’ve only really heard good things from PD officers about PD and I would love to join it
3: Its been around a month or so since I quit GangRP, CrinimalRP on general. Back when I didn't quit I didn't enjoy them. I want to find a type of RP that I can really enjoy and connect too. Sure GangRP and those types of RP was fun in the beginning but over time i noticed how boring/stressful it can be. I want to find that type of RP i really enjoy and seeing how i already tried/did CopRP in another server I already know that I really enjoy that form of roleplay. So I want to give it a try on this server and hopefully find the rp I can really connect to.
4: I also wanna help take down the criminals of the city, there everywhere and I used to do gangrp first hand and ive exerpinced it. Gangrp has died down a tiny bit but there is still so much that happens and is never caught. The amount of weapons people own is insane, the amount of people who lose limbs, eyes, tongues, is also insane, people get koed constantly and i want to help stop that. Gangrp is a huge aspect in the server to the point where it's everywhere, I want to help make it not everywhere if that makes sense. I’m tired of seeing so much activity where people get koed and harmed everyday, I want to help stop it
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?

Truthfully I don't have a lot when it comes to oocly police work. Though when it comes to KPD i know a decent amount of knowledge regarding police work. My alt character, Amaya Omori, is an Omori and because of that I've gotten close with some of the KPD. KPD has many roles/duties that they do on the daily. A few of them occur in the station itself, these include answering questions that citizens may have, reading bails/accepting bail money and letting inmates out. Though sometimes KPD will also handle visitations between an inmate and a citizen, and inmate care but these are more uncommon when it comes to KPDs in station duties. But they do a lot more than just sit at the front desk. The main thing being is patrolling. Depending on the threat level at the time, KPD will patrol with a certain number of officers. If the threat level is 1, patrol officers and above are allowed to patrol on their own, threat level 2 requires 2 or more officers, but it's always recommended to have more with you. Threat level 3 requires at the least 3-4 officers. I should mention cadets cannot patrol on their own, they are required to stay in the station at all times unless being escorted by a patrol officer or above. KPD also goes to EMS and handles investigations when someone comes into EMS with certain injuries, these injuries include having an eye/limb stabbed out or removed, being stabbed in general, any form of head injuries that seems to have been caused by a weapon, and many more. Another thing KPD does is watch over court trials. They bring the inmate in and make sure everything is alright, a lot of the time most of the officers will be in the courtroom itself but a few stay by the stands to escort/arrest anyone causing a scene during the trial. For the more intense side of what KPD does, they also do raids. When it comes to a raid they first are required to get a warrant from a judge before entering the home. Once a warrant is granted KPD will often suit up into riot gear then head to the apartment or home they are raiding. KPD uses crowbars to pry open the door as well as pry open trapdoors, other doors and chests. They will search everywhere possible, opening every trapdoor, every chest, every door, everything. Raids happen when a few things occur. If someone was arrested for possession of any form of weaponry KPD has to raid their apartment/home if they own one. They also do raids if someone is possibly kidnapped/being held hostage in an apartment and home, or if there is suspicion or proof of there being weapons inside.
Those are a few things KPD does, Now for the more in depth information on KPD. I know the tools KPD uses on a daily basis. The main items KPD carries on them at all times are a taser, handcuffs, radio, baton, gas mask, breathalyzer, and luminal spray. Tasers have a 7 block range with a 8 second cool down before being able to be fired again. The stun of a taser lasts for around 1 oocly minute. For tasers if you are in range or out of range of someone you still are required to action to unholster the taser. You have to action to shoot it if in range BUT you don't have to roll for it. Handcuffs don't have any command or anything like that. You don’t have to action to take out the cuffs BUT you do have to action to cuff the citizen. Radio is used to communicate with other officers/ems. To use the radio you use the command /radio, /radio for when you need to whisper over the radio, and /radiodg for when you need to radio ems. There are a few codes that KPD uses to quickly communicate over the radio, 10-4 means understood, 10-19 means return to station, code 0 means in danger (aka a cop being stabbed for example). Though a few of these codes are used for oocly situations, such as 10-12 which means pauserp, and 10-16 which means void. The baton is a blunt weapon used by KPD sometimes, it has a 2 hit ko stats and can be mugged from hand as well. The gas mask is not often used, as riot helmets are more used than gas masks. The breathalyzer is used to see how drunk a citizen is. Citizens are required to /it there drunk percentage when this is used. Luminol spray is very important as it is used very often when it comes to searching weapons. Luminol spray detects blood on weapons and masks and it is used to determine if the mask or weapon has been used before in a violent manner. There are a few other things that KPD carry around, such as medkits which are used to increase someone's bleed out timer by 5 minutes, pepper spray which has a range of 5 blocks and can stop someones from actioning for 2 oocly minutes. BUT if the citizen or criminal is wearing a gas or ballistic mask the pepper spray will have no effect. Also pepper spray is only given to corporals and above. There is also the glock, which can hold up to 8 bullets unless another mag is added in which it can have a total of 16 bullets. It has a range of 12 blocks as well. With the glock-17 sometimes rubber bullets are used in large situations where they don't want to kill anyone. Rubber bullets only leave bruises. With or without rubber bullets, 2 shots too anywhere on a citizen's body causes them to be immobilized, and a shot to the head is a death. There is also the cop motorbike that only people in corporal and above can use this item though.
Besides what KPD does and the items they use, there is also other important information in KPD, like what the ranks in KPD does.

Cadet
This is the lowest ranking in KPD. When citizens become police officers for the first time this is the rank they get. Cadet’s don't have much freedom, they do a large amount of training and stay at the front desk a lot of the time. They also need a patrol officer or higher to escort them on patrols, otherwise they can't leave the station

Patrol Officer
After being promoted Cadet, you will move up a rank to being a Patrol Officer. Patrol Officers have a bit more freedom in KPD, they are able to patrol alone but it isn't always recommended. They can also take cadet’s out on patrol as well. They can also handle smaller scale tasks

Corporal
After becoming a patrol officer, you can be promoted to a Corporal. They are a bit more experienced and can now train other Cadets and monitor their work, under the supervision of Lieutenants and Sergeants. They also can carry out more larger scale tasks

Police Detective Constable
The Detective Constable carries out different investigations of a variety, for example, armed assaults, kidnappings, those sort of things

Sergeant
After corporal you can become a Sergeant. They are in charge of supervising some of the lower ranks, as well as monitoring their work to make sure they are completing their tasks well, providing guidance for them, while also completing their own tasks throughout the day. They pretty much just have more control and freedom over KPD

Detective Inspector
This rank carries out investigations and collects evidence on cases by carrying out a variety of jobs, such as taking reports, making arrests as well as other things to push the case forward until it is solved.

Chief Detective Inspector
The Chief Detective Inspector makes sure those below them are doing their job correctly and carries out investigations of a more serious matter such as murder.

Detective Superintendent
They carry out a big role and as well as inspecting other ranks below them, they carry out and sometimes lead operations that occur.

Lieutenant
Lieutenants are known as Higher-ups and have access to firearms, like the glock-17. They can also make orders to lower ranks and ensure they are doing their job efficiently as well as carrying out more intense operations with other officers.

Head-Lieutenant
After lieutenant you can become Head-Lieutenant. This rank is in charge of all ranks below them and they provide intelligence and management to those below them as they are very hard workers to have achieved this rank.

Captain
Captains are very similar to Commissioners however they are still watched over by Commissioners as they are a higher rank, Captains carry out similar operations to Commissioners and this includes carrying out operations and supervising the ranks below and handing out orders.

Commissioner
This position is the highest rank, they are in charge of the entire Police force and ensures everybody is doing their job to a high standard and everything is done under their control and commands.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police are one of the most important factions in the server by far. If it wasnt for them gangrp, criminal rp and those types of things would be INSANE. As i've mentioned i used to be a part of gangs and if it wasn't for cops they would have pretty much no restrictions besides themselves. Take the governor's speech at the tunnel a while back as a good example. If no cops were there, what would stop someone just starting a scene and possibly hurting the governor and other important people? Nothing really besides perms. If they were to get perms they would beat them up or do worse to them without any hesitation. Criminals would have so much power in the city to the point where they could easily take over the city. Gangs own so many weapons that could easily overpower anyone besides the KPD. KPD was riot gear, guns, taser, ect ect that stop and make it harder for rangers to win against them. But what's stopping a criminal from stabbing ems in the neck? Ems doesn't really have anything besides that drug to defend themselves. Pretty much to sum it up, without KPD criminals would destroy the city and ruin rp for others, KPD is really the only thing stopping them from creating a big mess and also hurting others.

In-Character (IC) Section

SECTION 1: CHARACTER INFORMATION
Character's Full Name:
Hinata Aiko
Character's age (if accepted):
27
Character's gender & pronouns:
He/Him, and Male
Character's Academic Background
(Grade-12/Bachelors/Masters/PhD):
Grade 12
What languages are you proficient in besides Japanese?
On this account i don't know any language but i plan to apply for mandarin and chinese since i know some criminals use it
Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Hinata isn't really unique honestly. He is a 6 foot male with red hair and cyan eyes, he also had an athletic figure. Personality wise he's smart and professional when it comes to situations. He tries to keep a calm manner in most situations as he knows things can get worse, but if he needs to he will yell and do whatever he can do in his power to protect/make sure his job gets done. He doesn't enjoy criminals, actually he despises them and the criminal underworld. But besides that there isn't really anything unique, he has no scars or anything like that.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
As mentioned above Hinata acts calmly and collectively, he's smart and understands that escalating the situation when it doesnt need to be escalated won't lead to anything good. But he also understands that in some cases you will need to escalate the situation to solve it.. He gets straight to the point when it comes to helping people, though making sure to answer any questions they have along the way
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Hinata likes to work alone sometimes but he knows he can't do things alone. He enjoys the idea of working with others and teamwork. He enjoys working with others and working alongside them with really anything. Teamwork builds a strong relationship with the coworkers and with strong teamwork a lot of stuff can be handled a lot easier and faster then it would have been handled if it was just one officer.
Do you see yourself as a leader or a follower? Why?
I can see myself as a leader yes, though I require the proper training and knowledge of course before doing anything. I would love to lead something in the future, but I don't want to mess up that much as a leader to the point where I'm not seen as a one anymore. I would like to ensure I have the proper knowledge and experience.
BACKSTORY (100+ words)

Hinata Aiko grew up in a pretty normal home in Karakura. He was a happy boy that often liked to play and honestly just interact with others! He enjoyed meeting new friends and hanging out with his family, he was a typical happy kid. His family wasn’t rich but they weren't poor. His mom worked at a restaurant and his dad was a bit more on the shady side of things. Hinata’s father would secretly buy weapons from a black market dealer then sell them for a higher price to criminals around the city. Hinata’s mother and Hinata himself had no clue of this. When Hinata was only around 12 his dad made the mistake of selling weapons to a gang, the gang informed the black market dealer in which they assigned said gang to hunt and kill Hinata's father. One night when Hinata was asleep and his parents were up watching TV when 4 masked figures broke into the house, they dashed towards Hinata’s father and before he or Hinata's mother could react the mask figured slash a katana along his throat. His dad fell to his knees and clutched his throat as blood ran down it, leaking and staining the wooden floor. Hinata’s mom tried running but it was too late. The masked figures used a blunted weapon and knocked her out. Hinata woke up from all the screaming that was caused by this attack, he ran downstairs to see the masked man slicing his own mothers neck, and his dad bleeding out. He ran and hid under his bed. Waiting for it all to be over and after a few minutes he went back downstairs to see them all gone. His parents' bodies were taken, the masked figures were gone as well. Hinata didn't have a phone, didn't have any contact anyway so he rushed to the PD and told them what happened. PD came and examined it but after a search they found nothing. Hinata was left alone for a few days before an old friend of his mom picked him up and took care of him. After that night he stopped interacting with others and hid himself from the world, he went to therapy and after a few years of therapy he finally was able to talk to others again. Though even after that it still kinda scared him whenever he saw someone in an attire, he soon got over it though and returned to being his normal outgoing self.

SECTION 2: GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
Absolutely not, it's one of the many/if not the most commonly used illegal weapons in karakura. If you’re caught owning a pocket knife you can be arrested for minor possession of illegal weaponry even if it hasn't ever been used before.
Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
There are a few items that don't require a prescription, these items being Cough syrup, a cane, an eyepatch, a bandaid, and a surgical mask.
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
I would immediately rush over and pull my co-worker away from the inmate and try to separate them for good. For example let's say the coworker is patting someone down in the cell and they begin to assault the criminal. I would rush over, pull the officer away and if no one else was around the radio for someone to help me. Not just to escort/stop the co-worker from hurting the inmate but to also help pat down the inmate. After the situation I would report it to a higher up officer in the PD, and inform them of what happened.
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
It depends on the situation but the result would still be the same. For example let's say again my coworker is patting someone down in the cells and a criminal begins to assault them. I would rush over and try to help the coworker pat them down and stuff like that by restricting their movements. Only if things get really out of hand, i would fire the taser stopping the criminal from being able to fight back. If this situation was on the streets and I see an officer being assaulted I would immediately pull out my taser, warn them once to step back and if they don't i would shoot it off. If the criminal had a weapon I wouldn't even hesitate, I would make myself known then fire off the taser. When there is a weapon involved the officer's life is in danger and we shouldn't just sit around and wait for the criminal to set down their weapon. Most of the time they won't do that and they will either try to run away or finish the job with the officer so it's best to act quickly.
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
I would try to keep the facts I know down low. If an officer is working for a criminal organization I don't know what they would do to me if they found out I had knowledge of this info, it probably wouldn't be anything good. For that reason I would pretend I didn't know and try to collect info and evidence to prove to the other officers that they are working for criminals. This way it wouldn't be their word vs mine. From there once i gathered evidence i would report it to a higher up officer and show them the evidence i found
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?

I don't know what punishment would be given if someone was caught bribing an officer. I don't know if it would be a fine or jail time but either way it is illegal. I would inform them that i wouldn't be taking there bribe and ask them to get against the wall, i would then search them and either ask them to pay the fine or jail them for bribery of an officer.

DENIED
Thank you for applying for KPD. Unfortunately, the higher-up team and I
have decided to deny this application. Most times it is simply due to the fact that
there are more suitable applicants, so feel free to give it another shot on the next cadet wave!
