Due to a recent break I haven’t been active on the server, but past the break I am very active on the server. When I am on the server I stay on for about 5 - 7 hours. Due to it being summer I can get on everyday. I usually check the forums everyday for any updates.
How long have you played SchoolRP for?:
I have been playing for a year now. If I would have to say what month and year I had joined around, it would have been the beginning of May, 2021. I have enjoyed every moment I have played on the server.

What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?:
My motivation for becoming a Professor is that I want to try to teach again. I had once been a teacher, but due to going inactive I had stopped being a teacher. I enjoyed the job for some time but now I wish to be more in a teaching position. I feel as if I could be a professor. I can even teach myself things. I feel as if it would be more enjoyable, if I could teach people who I have been around more. I also have been wanting to teach other people with the subject I love the most, English. I am currently trying hard to get into higher classes for English.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are something to keep classes in check, it shows how many classes that you have done. The classroom logs are important because it keeps track of how many classes you have done for the month, it also lets the lead of professors know if you have been inactive or not.
As a Professor, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Behavior, this should be a very strict rule while being in a class. I say this because some college students don’t like to behave. IF they do not have good behavior they will be taken out of the classroom.
Usage of phones, phones shouldn’t be used unless it is important and or if it's for school reasons. IF they are caught on their phone it will be taken and given back at the end of the class.
No Cheating, this isn’t a hard thing to understand, if you cheat you fail a grade. If they are caught cheating they will be kicked out of the class and or will be warned.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I have roleplayed for a long time. Maybe beginning from 2015 and until this day. I have always enjoyed roleplaying from the start. In schoolRP I have role played as a teacher, surgeon, and a college student. When I joined SRP I enjoyed it. I have taken many breaks away from the server but it made me realize that role playing is fun to me. After years and years of role playing it has become very easy for me to do.

Please show your knowledge of College-Professors. What are the tasks a College-Professor has to complete, What is a College-Professor's salary?
College-Professors are here to teach higher students such as college students. They are needed to make sure the students are taught what is needed, the class at least needs to have a test to see what the student knows. A Professor also needs to make sure that the students understand what they are being taught. A College-Professor’s salary is the same as a teacher’s which is 350,000 - 500,000. If a Professor wants to get a higher paycheck they will need to do bonus classes.

Inessa Agapov, a woman who doesn’t look her age, she looks young in all cases. She is 6’5 and shows a sweet looking smile at everyone. She has brownish hair with blue eyes. She has a tattoo going down one of her legs, it would be of her daughter. She is a very sweet woman who sometimes takes it easy on others, she mostly understands everyone’s troubles. Inessa looks down at students, not in a bad way but in a way she wants to give them anything that will help, she wants to make sure they do good in school. Her plan in the future is being able to provide her daughter a good home, she wants to be able to be seen as a good mother again. She plans on still being able to teach once again, she finds teaching the most important thing in her life.
Scenarios
You find a group of sport-team members screaming and shouting in the halls, What do you do?
Inessa would walk towards the group of Sport-team members. She would simply tell them off and that they could possibly be annoying people in the school. If they were not to listen Inessa would warn them before reporting them. After dealing with them she will simply walk not too far away so she can watch over what they do. She'd tell her other employees to watch out for the team.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do?
Inessa would give them a few moments to realize that what they are doing is wrong. If the student is not to notice what is wrong, Inessa will simply take them out of class and speak to them. If at some point the student does worse Inessa will kick the student out of the classroom. Then she would move onto teaching the class.

Would sit placing her paper down. She'd spread out the test papers, Inessa would get up, while walking around the class passing the test papers out onto every student’s desk. "Make sure you pay full attention to the test, and do NOT cheat!" She'd put her thumb out, she was giving a thumbs up to the students.

Would point to one side of the room “If you believe this answer is correct please move over to this side.” Inessa would take a breath while pointing over to the other side “If you disagree please move over here, I will say the right answer and explain it to you all.” She'd clap after she finished speaking, she throw a big smile at the students.

Had started to speak “Alright, in this poem you will take your time to read and understand it. You will have to take notes on the side. If you get the right understanding of it I will give you a good grade. If you put in no effort you will get a zero.” She'd walk back to her desk taking a seat, while doing so she would watch the students.
Backstory
Inessa Agapov, born June 10th, 1971. Inessa had grown up with her mother who had been a teacher. Sadly due to Inessa being so young, her mother would have to bring Inessa into classes. Inessa had watched what her mother had done during the class, as she didn't understand at a young age she still seemed happy to be there. As Inessa grew a tad bit older she still loved going to her mother's classes, it brought her some type of joy. When Inessa went to her school for the first time she was very joyful about it. She paid attention to everything that had went on around her. She started to watch videos about people teaching when she had been young.
When Inessa hit her middle school years she started to really pay attention to English classes. During her time in middle school she decided to study a lot making sure she knew more. Her grades were very high, so she decided maybe she could help others. Inessa decided she would join a tutoring system, which she enjoyed it, she liked teaching others. She'd study way more after taking a break from tutoring, she thought this was for the best. She started to do even better in grades again, so she decided she'd come back to tutoring.
Moving onto her highschool years she decided to continue on with the tutoring. She was in all of the higher classes and had great grades. Inessa decided to take her studying more seriously. After dealing with highschool she got into college and decided to have her first child. She took time teaching her child many things while dealing with college. She sadly had to give up her child so she can continue studying. Inessa made sure that she could get any classes with English reasonings behind it. Inessa hated the times without her daughter but she knew it was for the best. Inesaa took all of her studies seriously so she could get the job she wanted. Inessa was doing so well in college that her professor asked her if she wanted to help with teaching, and Inessa say yes. When Inessa was done with her first few years of college she decided she wanted to teach as a professor. She decided to become an English professor, but later on she had to leave. This was because she needed a break and wanted to do full-time college. Inessa took more time towards college and finally decided to move to Karakura so she could try teaching again. She started to watch over what her daughter did in college so she would know what she would have to deal with. Inessa started to even take her daughter's study books so she could study more.
