What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
Ever since I've started to play more on SRP again I've gained more and more motivation to furthermore expand on my RP'ing experience, I've started off with small things like joining the college council and swim team on my main account as well as RP'ing as animals, which recently moved to becoming Swim Captain, School Nurse and Psychology Professor which has been super fun but after seeing the server's need for teachers (thats if the roster hasn't been updated) I decided it would be something I'd love to have a go at, especially if granted this role I'd be talking about something I'm really passionate about!. Another note is that I've noticed that around my timezones there are little to no teachers online and those who are on arent guaranteed that they will run a class.
Do you understand that you are applying for the teacher role of UT & If your application is accepted, you may have to undergo teacher training?:
Yes I understand and am fully prepared to undergo another set of teacher training.
What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
Class logs are a very important tool used to prove that you have actually ran a class that day and how long it ran for including the amount of students that attended. This is in place to ensure that you are doing your job and playing your role correctly whilst being paid the correct amount too.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
As far as rules goes, it's pretty much the basics for any class, which should include rules such as:
1. No off-topic conversations with classmates whilst I'm teaching, any time after is acceptable to some extent as long as the work gets done and it isn't inappropriate.
2. Mobile phones or any unauthorised electronics are not allowed during the lessons, they are deemed a major distraction and will be taken away if caught and returned after the class.
3. Respect goes both ways, I expect all students to show me the same respect they'd show anyone else. Any form of disrespect will not be tolerated.
4. Students must remain seated throughout the lesson unless told otherwise.
5. Students are expected to show up to each lesson with the right materials and a good attitude!
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
RPH has really been my main form of RP experience besides a few minor servers such as potterworld.mc and small discord servers. As stated before I've been playing SRP since late July 2016, from then I have expanded in my RP skills although at the time it was mainly within the student role but now currently I've been able to try and explore new roles within the server, gaining roles such as: College Councillor, Swim Team, School Nurse and College Professor. These roles have allowed me to expand more on my RP skills and grow as a person. I've also RP'd within smaller roles such as animalRP and gangRP. I have also RP'd on FRP experimenting with detailing my actions. As mentioned before majority of my RP experience has been within the RPH community.
In detail, describe the ranking system of teachers:

↳ Meaning: Head of Department
↳ Description: The head of Department is typically the head of each subject, in which is taught at the school. HD's are very good at what they teach, usually have been teaching for quite some time as well. To be considered for the role they must be deemed as an extremely good teacher and very knowledge on their subjects. Hence HD being the highest ranking for teachers!
- QT
↳ Meaning: Qualified Teacher
↳ Description: This role is one which comes right after HD. The individual within this role has been teaching for quite some time and is not 'New' to the faction. They are typically very organised and have a strong understanding of their subject!
- NQT
↳ Meaning: Newly Qualified Teacher
↳ Description: This role is one given fresh out of training, the individual within this role is most likely very new to teaching. This role is under QT meaning it is the lowest rank within one's teaching training.
- UT

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
They are there to be role-models whether it being OOCly or ICly. They create the school atmosphere and help students learn to the best of their abilities. They are here to teach in a positive attitude and be polite to their students as well as co-workers. The teachers have a default salary of 350,000¥ for their required amount of classes per month, which is ten I believe (unless it changed). On top of that, for an extra 5 classes 50,000¥ will be added on to the base salary, allowing for a maximum of 450,000¥ by the end of each class (20 lessons). In spare time, teachers may plan out their weekly lessons, converse with other faculty members of SLT, help out students in their spare time if needed. They are also allowed to do as they wish after school hours as long as it is not illegal or malicious. As teachers also have a life out of school and not confined to their job on every hour of the day.

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What are their plan for the future?
My character is a fairly tall half Korean half American male. He'd stand at 6'4ft, having quite a fit/average build to him. Kwan had inherited mainly his mother's genes (who was American) allowing him to have his bright fluffy ginger hair, complimented by his deep icy blue eyes. He'd be fairly pale and would always have a set stern facial expression planted on his face. Kwan although looking very serious at times, has quite a soft spoken voice with a strong Korean accent behind it. As far as personality goes, Kwan is as bright as anyone can get, he is always very welcoming and kind to anyone he comes across! Having adopted many teenagers Kwan has became very understanding towards the younger generation, allowing him to interact with the students in a way a few teachers can't. Due to his very outgoing personality, Kwan loves working with others, whether it be having a chat in the lunch room or sharing lesson plans, he is very happy working within a team. His plan future has changed a few times from when he first moved into Karakura, Kwan's original plan was to work his way up to a surgeon role at the local hospital but soon changing those plans after going through a tough experience which put him off that role. From there, Kwan had continued to study further into his passion deciding that he would one day want to teach others and allow for students to share the same passions he has.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I'd calmly and respectfully approach the group of students, reminding them of the college rules as well as their own role in the school and how they should be more responsible and careful with how they behave on school grounds. Due to my position in the school I'd expect them to respect my authority and listen to what I ask of them. From there I'd let them off with a warning and if things were to escalate from there I'd take any necessary action which would include further punishment or help from surrounding faculty members.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I'd first attempt to grab their attention once more by either clapping or whistling, not raising my voice or yelling at the student's as it's not necessary at this point. With the attention of more student's I'd continue on with my lesson and the student's who still refuse to listen and are making their own conversations or distracting others will receive the appropriate warnings as well as the risk of being kicked out of the class and gaining a detention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
He'd normally just stick to himself, occasionally creating banter between the other teachers or faculty members now and then. Majority of the time he'd plan out his day, writing out lesson plans or marking past papers or reports, before eating his food and heading back to his required station.
Provide at least 4 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:
/me He'd hum a simple tune to himself in a light and soft tone as he read over the lesson plan he had structured and made for today. Cautiously writing down the questions he had settled and prepared for the students to answer. Soon after he finished writing down the questions, he'd swiftly move his head to stare up at the clock towards him, clearing his throat and fixing himself up before standing up out of his seat, walking over to the door and opening, clearing his throat once again, moving his head to the side and would speak to check his voice to see if it was clear enough, afterwards- he'd look at the mic and speak into it so he could announce his class. After doing so, he'd stand himself at the door next the classroom entrance, giving a warm welcome towards the students with a bright smile as they entered the room.
/me He'd make sure to not interrupt the students by walking gently and quietly around the classroom, observing the students to see if any students need any help before walking back to his desk, lowering his body so he could sit himself down. Cautiously getting his glasses to make sure they don't break nor get dirty, and would then open his bag and gently pull out the test results from the last class that was hosted, settling down the paper, he'd then get his coffee and would take a small sip of his coffee before grabbing his marking pen and beginning to carefully mark each test, writing out feedback for each student so they know the details on what to do and study next time. Raising his head up from the papers occasionally, looking upon the students to ensure that they were focusing on the given task and observing them once again to make sure that they are not in need of any help.
/me He'd quickly inhale, puffing up his chest as he does so before letting out- or should I say exhaling the air that he had inhaled before. Afterwards, he pursed his lips and opened his mouth to speak towards the class, his voice in a gentle but clear tone, combining his hands cupped together, "Hello everyone! Glad to see that you're able to make it today." His gaze quickly bounced around the room, surveying each and every individual student before once again, continuing on, his mouth openening once again, "I do hope that we are all doing well on this fine day?" A quick, yet long pause was noticeable from his manner of speaking, seeming to stay silent, waiting for his students' responses before he continued in an enthusiastic tone, a smile crawling upon his face, "To start us off today, we will be learning about the basic structure of an ****ytical essay and how to further emphasise the author's intentions and reasoning behind their piece!" Soon, he twisted his whole body around to turn back towards his desk, almost in a spin before pulling out his textbook along with a pen and swiftly turning class, "Are there any questions before I begin?" His eyes, once again, going back around the room to check the students' expressions and observing what his students thinks just to know what he needs to do in order to make the class fun, but not too fun- he then once again! Did it once more to check if there were any raised hands before he then turns his head back towards the board in order to further go into the lesson.
/me His lips eventually formed into a warm smile as he gently places his hand down onto the table, "Class, calm down please!" A small pause could be observed from the male as he patiently waits for the students' response. . or what can be seen as a lack of response. The male's gentle smile twitched along with his eyebrows but his sweet tone of voice remained as he repeated after a deep breath, "Class. . please quiet down." After what felt like decades, the male eventually clenched his hand into a fist and. . SLAM! There his fist goes, lunging itself onto the table in order to grab the attention of his students. In contrast to the kind, gentle voice he had, this sounded far more strict, firm and loud as he then reiterated, "PLEASE LOWER YOUR VOICE." The male's fist clenched tighter and his nails dug deeper into his palm. Now with the class filled in overwhelming silence, the male quickly perked back up with a smile and his voice restored to its sweetness like cotton, "Thank you!" He then grabbed a marker and turned back to his front and continuing on with the lesson.
Backstory
In Seoul 1983, Kwan was born into a large wealthy family, he had 2 older sisters and 3 older brothers. Being born into a very successful family, Kwan had no worries or troubles throughout his whole childhood, with that came a very obnoxious and narcissistic personality. That was until he started Highschool, where he soon found out that people were all about academics rather than money and that Kwan could not pay his way to the top, instead he learned to value what he has and that he has to work hard to get what he wants. And with that, he became inspired to work in Education. So after High-school Katsuro applied to Yonsei College where he studied a Bachelor of education and teaching and majoring in English and English literature, explaining how he has learned his knowledge now, and after his graduation, Katsuro soon met Akiko and she soon became a love interest, as both of them got closer and closer, it came to the conclusion of where they both have had finally confessed their love for each other.What is your Minecraft username?:

Backstory
A few years passing, they have stayed the same loving each other and have been planning their marriage in the future, though unexpectedly, Akiko had gotten pregnant in 2001, They had a baby girl and named her Keiko, though it took a bit of time for Kwan to process the news, he eventually warmed up to the child. A year later, they got married and had another baby that was a male, they named their baby Hanuel. Everything was going perfectly fine as both of them loved their children and the children loved their parents.
That was until Kwan had started working full time as a professor in a small town 2 hours away from Seoul, due to the long distance and working hours, Akiko had to take more responsibility for Keiko and Haneul, due to this constant stress, Akiko had turned to alcohol and drugs which soon took over her life. After an incident in the household a few months later, Kwan had decided that it was best for the children to move out of this environment, so he moved them to Karakura Japan to live with his sister. After a while, it had become clear that Akiko's use of alcohol and drugs took a massive toll on their relationship, causing them to officially divorce in 2014. Kwan wished her the best and had asked that she was to get professional help as he moved away to Karakura Japan to be reunited with his kids. Once settling in town Kwan had got a job at a local high school as an English teacher, where he worked for another 6 years. After a few months of dating Kwan had moved in with Henry and his family, which was quite the distance from his current workplace, causing a small issue to his schedule. Since Kwan was travelling he could barely spend time with Henry and his kids, putting a strain on their relationship which was where he had decided to quit his job at the current high school and seek for something closer.
