Describe your activity on the server:
I have been a active member on this server now for 5+ years! and close to every single day of the week I will log onto the server I am on from anywhere from 7-20 hours a day and always meeting new people and going through various different roleplays! If someone asked me on a scale from 1-10 I would for sure say 9 due to the fact I'm on every day and ready if someone needs me for any circumstances. Though sometimes I may be hanging out with my family or out doing other activities like going to mountains or just even going on a biking trip! But I am most likely going to be on when you will be on!

I'm applying to teach English to all of the students of Karakura!
What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
Growing up in karakura was a crucial part of her life, seeing that her parents have gone into the faculty scene of the school she had be inspired to join the faculty also to run it into the family!, Having gangrping for a while and seeing the other opportunities that people are taking like the school faction it has inspired me in my eyes to do it and teach the kids of karakura. Also, me wanting to become a teacher in real life this could help me alot.
Having the motivation to start a IC family this is one of my only chances that could help me start being the lead of a big family and become one of the biggest families of karakura!!.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been roleplaying for 7 years on many different platforms such as , minecraft ,Gta, discord, and vrchat, I am very experienced and know most of the commands and rules for roleplaying and knowing what to do, I have done many different types of roleplays such as crime and gangrp where I did the most and is one of my things that slowly faded away. I gained a lot of skills like DetailRP from doing crimeRP now wanting to get into a faculty scene and helping out the school of karakura!. I have also brought many friends into this server that I roleplay with on a day-to-day basis
2019 JAN-MARCH: I started to roleplay on some things like discord and vrchat when I first got my oculus, it was just the normal things such as *Hugged the male/female. Later finding the part of GTA/FIVEM roleplay where it is a bunch of gangs that are against each other and you have to have good aim to get in!
APRIL 2019 : I had found SchoolRoleplay throughout while searching for servers to play with friends I stumbled across the server on the sites where it shows the IP and reviews. Started to play every day and found my favorite friend group and was roleplaying every day in the server. and was coming home from school and got onto srp the second after.
2021 JUNE :
I had reached grade 10 and got into the more serious scene of Gang roleplay and crime roleplay! joining gangs like Kishi and Kanto! that was one of my best times roleplaying due to me finding a good friend group and still talking to them to this day!
2024 JUNE:
I Had gotten tired of gangrp and started looking for factions to get into I applied for professor though that got denied now a few months after I have the motivation to make this application to attempt to join the teachers of Karakura.

I am a high school student and know that they need a certain degree that they can have so they can be qualified to teach the students at the school they will be teaching at. There’s a huge difference between in-game salaries and out-of-game salaries. In-game, salaries depend on how many classes are hosted a month. The minimum amount of classes needed to be paid for the month is 10, which gets them to the base pay of 350,000 a month for Unqualified and Newly Qualified teachers. If a teacher is Qualified and up, their base pay will be 400,000 a month. However, if they decide they want to go above their quota, they may go five classes over to get the maximum of 500,000 in the month.
Teaching methods
Different teachers will have different teaching methods. Some of them can be really kind and they tend to have the best teaching methods because they can really help the kids and can handle all of them in stressful situations. Some people may need a different teaching methods due to things like adhd and add which can take away from someone's learning experience
Free time :

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Zrai would walk up to them being kind and friendly simply reminding them that the school does not tolerate any language like they are using. She would remind them on having a talk about why swearing is harmful and how it can impact anyone around them who may seem uncomfortable with the yelling and swearing that is going on, if they shall continue to swear, I would threaten them with detention because of the foul language they would be using. If the same language is used again, she would hand them a detention slip for using foul language and not caring about school rules.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Zrai would first sit still and calm herself down before yelling for the kids to be quiet and threatening to bring a higher-up of the faculty into the class to tone them down and stop them from yelling. if its a certain person I would personally bring them to my desk near the front of the class and have a talk with them on why they shouldnt be yelling and hand them a detention slip!

She acts friendly to everyone around her such as her co-workers and will try to talk to them every chance she gets due to her being very friendly and talkative to anyone she sees; she will usually offer them something like coffee or any other gifts and will always be quiet and try not to make anyone annoyed when someone seems mad.

The female would place her hand on the sheet of paper that she had just been talking about before she would straightened them out before walking around the class handing the papers out on the desk in an orderly fashion as she would walk back to the front of the class she would say " Alright class, This is our assignment for today as you can read at the top it's about! [THE TOPIC] and you guys will have fun I promise!" Shed smile as she would start to list off the rules and guidelines of how to do the assignment as she would set a little timer.. CLICK! shed say "Okay guys!, start"

She would slowly walk to the males desk after hearing the words come out their mouth saying their ready for the next task as shed have a small smile on her face shed nod as shed look at the paper as shed walk back to her desk putting it in a pile as she grabbed another sheet handing it to them and said "good job!, keep going"! as shed feel good that she had raised the student to be such a smart kid and knowing that they can go beyond what I want them to do.

She would get out her sheet off her desk reading out of the article 6: 32 as she would say "get your textbooks out everyone! we are doing to chapter 6 and page number 32!" she would wait for everyone to be ready as she read out the pages with confidence and smiled at all of the students that sat Infront of her smiling as every word would slip out her mouth when she looked up and she saw someone had raised their hand she had tilted her left to the side but then. she smiled and asked! "yes what is it dear?" as shed her the question she would reply with "oh yes [GOES ON ABOUT THE TOPIC!!]" As she would finish her sentence she put down the textbook and smiled at all of the kids
Backstory
A little girl named Zrai grew up in a charming town called Karakura, tucked amid lush hills and bubbling rivers, filling her surroundings with warmth and humor. Zrai, who was born in Germany, traveled to Karakura at the age of five together with her family. The change was an emotional tornado the sounds she knew from her early years disappeared and were replaced with the soft murmurs of cherry blossom trees swaying in the spring wind.
Zrai was well known as a youngster for her laugh and her Ability to make something anyone says into a funny joke, whether it was making jokes at family gatherings or making lighthearted remarks about her classmates at school, always making jokes at the dinner table and being teasing to her other classmates she went to school with at a very young age
But life in Karakura wasn’t always a laughing matter. While she keeps on going trying to make those around her smile and laugh with her, Zrai also went well with moments that required to be very serious She understood that life, much like her favorite comedy acts, had its ups and downs. At the age of twelve, when her grandmother fell heavly ill and was sick everday and was in the hospital Zrai faced her first real change in her life. The laughter she used to have was.. gone.
As Zrai entered her teenage years, she began to discover the impact of education. Influenced by her dedicated teachers and was always looking up to them like an idol, The kind hearted girl who was always laughing in class was turnedi into the side of education and the impact of learning
After graduating from high school, Zrai needed a degree, so she got one in a nearby university in her city. Her professors always was spoke of her with the way that she was always able to connect with students and make them laugh. They recognized that Zrai’s kindness and humor would make her an exceptional teacher someone who would create a classroom. and make good environment for new students that will come to the class
Upon completing her degree, Zrai returned to Karakura as a newly minted teacher. she became the the******/mentor who understood the weight of her students' struggles and the importance of kindness.
Years passed, but one thing stayed constant Zrai’s spirit. She was a teacher also a guide and a friend and a loved one to someone. glowing the path for the children of Karakura that want to get a job and get through the amazing school. In the peace of learning and laughter, Zrai had changed her journey from a joking girl to a maturing and friendly teacher that wanted to help guide new students.
