I am usually very active on the server almost every day and participate in classes and go to any shops that open and I talk to many people even if I am not friends with them. On the forums, I am at most on at least 2-3 times a week and sometimes even more. I like to keep up with the events mostly.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I have always loved the idea of teaching. When I realized that there are not many teachers online most of the time. I figured that since I have always wanted to teach that would I could finally do it and apply. I really do hope I get it so I can make learning fun. My main motivation is to see student have fun while learning. So I want to if I were to become a teacher incorporate fun with learning. For example, by playing games and learning at the same time and do group projects. Give then fun homework assignment.

Yes, I do. I have been playing on this server for about 3 years maybe even more. I have also played on other roleplay servers like, other school servers, Disneyland, universal, etc.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
I actually have not. I can not find it anywhere. I have asked for help on the server and they said that to their knowledge it does not exist anymore but if it does I would like to read it.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs keeps track of everything tat goes on in the classroom, how many classes you have held, and how many students you have given warnings to. It is important because it shows the progress of the teacher and the students.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
First, I would find and talk to an experience staff member. I would ask them if the location I have chosen is appropriate and if it would be a good place to go and learn there. Once I have gotten their approval, I would wait till I can start a class. When I can, I would start the class and wait for all the students. I would ask them if they could quickly but quietly take a seat because I have a surprise. Then I would announce that we are going on a field trip and then I would tell the the location. I would write dow on a piece of paper everybody's name so I can keep track of them. After that I would make sure everybody is ready to go. I would escort the class to the front of the school. Before we would leave the school's premises I would tell them that no bad behavior would be tolerated and that there would be consequences if they were to be bad. I would explain to them that I would kick them from the class if caught trying to leave and be given detention if disrespecting other people at the public place. Then we would start walking toward the location and as we are arriving I would remind them of what I said when in front of the school. Then before walking in I would make sure everyone is here if someone were to be missing they would be immediately kicked from the class. I would also tell them why I thought this location would be a good learning experience and I would also tell them what the place is. After going in the location we would explore as a class while walking around I would say some facts and tell them things they need to learn. When we are done we would return back to the school and I would make sure everyone made it back safely. Once I did that I would tell the class if they were good or not and tell them to either next time behave better or praise them and tell them thank you for being good. Next I would said I hope they had a good time and then would dismiss the class.

1. No cellular devices allowed in the classroom:
I do not allow this because I do not want the students to be distracted by them.
2. Do not be disruptive while me, the teacher, or someone else is speaking.
I do not want to have to cut me or the student off while they are speaking to deal with a disrespectful student.
3. No offensive saying or profanity in the classroom.
Profanity and offensive slurs are disrespectful and overall disgusting and not tolerated.
4. Do not say something that will make myself of someone else uncomfortable:
I have seen someone saying something perverted to a teacher and it was rude a disgusting and will not be allowed in my classroom.
5. Do not threaten myself or any student
Threatening is not okay if you want to hurt someone you must talk to the teacher about what you are feeling because if you do hurt someone that is not okay and you will be punished.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I have been roleplaying since 2015. I have roleplayed in camps, school, towns, resorts, etc. I have even made some roleplay sets myself I have always loved doing it. I have even been a founder and builder in a school roleplay before. I was trusted by everyone and it was fun while it lasted. Sadly, she was not to pleased with her server so she made into a survival server. On the schoolRP server I have played for a while and am exited to play more and see how the server progresses. Since I have played for so long I thought that I really wanted to be staff at the school.

- HD: HD stands for Head of department. They are the most qualified out of all of them to be teaching a subject and they get paid the most.
- QTLS: QTLS stands for Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills. They are the second highest in rank and they have been teaching for a long time.
- NQT: NQT stands for Newly Qualified Teacher. The youngest rank out of all of them and new to teaching.
Although, they are still qualified enough to teach students.

Teacher are here to teach students and to make learning fun in roleplay. They can be paid up to 300K a month but it all depends the subject and its difficulty. Out-of-game their purpose is to think of the next thing they will be teaching people but in-game they are here to teach all the student that are eager to learn and roleplay. They are here to inspire others and help them learn new things.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Without the teachers the schoolRP server would not be a schoolRP server. The teachers make the server fun, well more fun. Plus, they teach you valuable things and they make learning fun. The teacher are also nice and they talk to the students outside of school which I think is nice.

My character is fierce and never gives up. She is very social and loves to make new friends. She loves to go out with friends and have nice dinners with colleagues. She is unique because she follows her dream no matter what and does not let anyone stop her. She is kind and loves helping others. She loves to teach others on what she know and her students listen most of the time they are special to her because they are the reasons why her dream came true. if there were no student she wouldn't be able to teach. She is always happy and supper energetic. She hope to help her student be the best writers then can be. She loves the idea of having many friends who enjoy teaching as much as she does.

I would ask them politely to stop and refrain from using that language. I would also say how it is not allowed and not tolerated here in school.

First, I would get their attention by asking politely. If people refuse I will say you must respect the teachers here and I am one of them. So, you can keep disrupting the class and get kicked or you may return quietly to your seats so I can continue the lesson.

She acts very professional and tries to talk to all the teachers and likes to be friendly. Tries to help other teacher if they need. Likes to bring the teacher snacks and food. She loves to socialize the most with her colleagues.

Backstory
I was born 1997, in California. I was really smart growing up and had a great passion for literature and writing. My favorite class was English and all of my English teacher always said that I was very talented and I was one of their best students ever. I was so appreciative of all of my teacher and how much they taught me and how they taught me well. I decided to stick with what I am passionate about and I became a English major. I had more of a struggle with college English classes than other ones. It did not matter to me, I was still determined to be the best I can be and prove myself to my English professors. I studied so much and took so much time on all of my assignments. This paid off because I ended up straight A's throughout all of college. It was hard to juggle my school work with my job working as a barista and then my Internship with a famous journalist. He showed me how to write a professional essay and much more. I was so grateful for everything that happened in my life I felt so lucky that I was really good at something I liked. When I graduated many teacher said I was special and that made me so happy. After that I would never give up on my dream. I knew I was meant to teach and pass on the importance and fun that comes with writing and English class in general. I couldn't wait to start applying and start the journey of teaching.
Right after graduating I started looking for jobs and I found a couple for me and I applied as soon as possible. I was rejected for one but I was so gracious when I found out they other school district wanted to hire me. I was so excited for my first day and I had everything prepared for the day. I was nervous but the student nicely welcomed me and the day went as best as it possibly could. Two years later I realized that I never went anywhere in my life other than my city. I needed a break from my city so I decided to move to Japan. I was excited my friend told me about this beautiful city called Karakura. It was beautiful and I found a perfect job there at a beautiful school. So when I moved and got settled, finished unpacking I applied for the English teacher. I was so nervous for their call to tell me if I got the job. Although, I knew that even if I did not get the job I would still be lucky to even get the chance to be a teacher.
