Describe your activity as a player of the server:
I would consider myself a pretty active person on SRP, as I try to log on almost every day, and spend a few hours on SchoolRP. I've been playing on here for the past two years, and most of the time I was a part of the GangRP community, being in a few major gangs on the server. Recently I decided to quit the community, as I realized that it only made me more toxic, and there was basically nothing to do on here. Nowadays I focus on CasualRP, and I am currently awaiting for my pending Caretaker application to get checked! Below I'll be posting my time schedule, which will show at what time I'm the most active...

Provide your Discord and confirm if you have a microphone:
My Discord is findouticly, and I do have a microphone.

What is your time zone?:
I'm located in the GMT+2 timezone.

Are you aware that if you are inactive on the team you will be demoted?
Yes, I am.

What is your motivation for joining the Event Team:
One of the main motivations of joining the Event Team is the fact how events on SchoolRP work. I noticed that whenever an event takes place, it brings the whole community together, and allows other or new players to make friends with others. When I first joined SRP, an event took place, where I met my first friend group, which allowed me to continue my journey on SchoolRP. I want to be one of the people who coordinates those events and takes care of them, as I love to see new people get together on SRP and make interesting roleplay. One of the other reasons for me writing this application is my enjoyment in creating something new and original. People love seeing something new happening on the server, and I want to contribute to that, and allow them to experience something that they haven’t yet on this server. It doesn’t matter if an event is big or small, it matters how it’s managed and if everything goes according to the plan. Events where people can engage in them will allow others to find out something about themselves that they yet to have found.

What makes you a suitable event team member:
I think that the thing that makes me a suitable member of the event team is the fact that I’m a creative person who enjoys teamwork or working solo, depending on the situation that requires it. I enjoy creating new experiences for people to partake in, as it gives the community a chance to get together, find out something about themselves, or just to have fun! Events have to be engaging, as to keep the players on the server. As I said above, I’m great at teamwork or solo work. I always want to get honest answers, because they will let me either change something about the event or my mindset of coordinating events altogether. I also enjoy offering people to partake in something that I am creating, as it lets them use their imagination as well. I’d also be open to ad-libbing. It’s obvious that something during an event couldn’t work out, and then you need to improvise it, to keep the people's attention and stop them from going away from the event.

Please provide three detailed event suggestions that would work for our server:

FOOTBALL MATCH AFTERMATH

TYPE OF EVENT:
VOLUNTEER EVENT

IC INFORMATION:
An intercom inside of school would be heard. Out of it, a male voice would say:
''Uh-oh! It seems that after the Bobcat vs. Spartan Football match, the School was left in a really bad state... Toilet paper everywhere, walls sprayed, drinks spilled everywhere and someone threw dog food on the Spartan poster... We'll be taking a few volunteer students who want to help the Caretakers with cleaning the school! You'll get rewarded with a secret prize if you help them out!''

OOC INFORMATION:
This event would take place right after a Bobcat vs. Spartan football match, and the loosing team would make a mess around the school. There would of course be not enough Caretakers to take care of all the mess, so the principal would encourage students to help out the School Staff with cleaning the whole school, while a few of the other Caretakers look through the camera logs, looking for the perpetrators. The rewards of the event would stay a secret until the end of the school day/everything gets cleaned, and then the principal would gather everyone who volunteered, and then inform them about the rewards! The volunteers would be collected/found by applying thru a Google Forms application posted on the Karakura Academics Discord!

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EVENT:
- For this event to work, the Building Team would have to make it look like inside of the school was a mess. It'd be best if it was decorated after the school was closed.

- A few Football Team Members who would agree to continue making a mess, as to give the volunteers more job!
THE ORDER OF THE EVENT

PART OF TH EVENTINFORMATION
1. Intercom
Before 8:30, an intercom sent by Doug Brown would be heard across the whole school:
''Hello students. After the recent football match, the loosing team decided to make a mess inside of the school. The people who took part in this
WILL be found, and given the right punishment. In the meanwhile, volunteer students will help our dear caretakers with cleaning the school! Please don't interrupt them with their work.''
2.Gathering
Volunteer students will gather next to the boiler room, and later let inside by the Head Department of Caretakers and handed the required tools to clean the school. After everyone has been handed the tools, the caretakers will inform the students the locations where to clean. Every student will be accompanied by a caretaker.
3.Cleaning
The students would walk to the places that require a cleaning, and DetailRP it. After a student is done with the act, they will HAVE to send a screenshot of the act to the volunteer chat as to prove that they've done the act.
3.1.They've been caught!
After an investigation made by the Caretakers, the Jocks who have made the mess inside of school were caught on the cameras doing it. An intercom made by the Sports Lead would then be heard:
''[NAMES], report to the principals room
IMMEDIETALLY. Failure to show up will result in suspension and removal from the team.''
After they show up to the principals room, they will all be faced with a few SLTs, and a discussion would start. At the end, they would be all lead somewhere... Until they realize. They were at the boiler room! They then would be handed over the tools to clean, and would get told to help the volunteers with cleaning, but they would not receive a reward.
4.The last spec of dust.
After cleaning almost everything, the volunteers would get called to the principals room, where they would then receive rewards tokens, a memento and a handful of money to each.
REWARDS:
While this could always be changed, what I thought would be a great reward for helping the Caretakers, would be a few rewards tokens, a special Memento for helping the school and some spare change from Doug's pocket! Who knows how much it'd be…

THE SECRET SHOP

TYPE OF EVENT:
MEDIUM EVENT

IC MESSAGE:
You'd notice a notification from your phone. You decided to check it.
''Psst... Hey, did you know that there's a secret shop located in Karakura? Well fear nothing! It's about to be not-so secret. The location of the shop is at the small hut inside of the forest! First 10 people to get there will get the chance to get a reward!''
As you got to the hut, you'd notice... Nothing's there, just a small note taped to the poster, which read:
''I forgot to tell you that the shop is not here. I can tell you where it is this time tho. I have to give you a few clues to make it more fun.''

INFORMATION:
This event would give players the opportunity to have fun whilst looking for the clues, find out something about the places and let them use their creative thinking to find the locations! The fact that the first 10 people to arrive at the event will get a free reward will give them the will to look for a location and place in a sort of a competition to race and be the first 10! The clues would be located in some pretty obvious places, and some hard to look for places. Every time you get a clue, you receive a token, which later when you find the final localization of the secret shop you'd have to hand over to the bouncer to verify that you didn't cheat you way inside! If you're unlucky and don't make it as the first 10, don't worry! Inside of there you'll be able to purchase limited-time items from the stands to add something unique to your character!

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EVENT:
- The Building Team would have to make a pretty-looking room inside of the sewers, make it looks good, but at the same time kind of ran-down as to give it a look of it being made quickly.

- Clues would have to be scattered across the map, in the form of signs, furniture which would suggest the next location, or in the form of holograms!

- The Modelling team would have a few requests to make a handful of custom items or furniture that would be in the theme of History of Karakura, its landmarks, or the localization of the clues! Also souvenirs consisting of the mast of The Leader, and some historical foods!

THE ORDER OF THE EVENT
PART OF THE EVENTINFORMATION
1. You've got a notification!
Every players phone would suddenly get a notification, which is shown in the 'IC MESSAGE' section.
2. But there's nothi- What's that?
People will arrive to a disappointment. There would be nothing there, just an old, ran down hut. But then they would notice. A piece of paper would be hung onto the wall, which read what was shown in the 2nd part of 'IC MESSAGE'.
3. The search begins.
Everyone's wondering, what could be in the shop? What's the reward? All of a sudden, almost every person in Karakura is on the look for the clues and answers to find the secret location. People naturally will try to cheat their way in by asking people around where it could be, but as they'd arrive at the final localization they'd be met with a disappointment. At every localization of the clues, there was a token which they'd have to pick up, and later hand over to the bouncer. Every other person who got there legitimately would get let in.
4. The Shop!
The secret localization turned out to be an room located underground of Karakura! Inside of there, a masked person would be standing on the stage, who was the leader of the whole search, the person behind everything! They would be answering every question asked to them. In the shop, you could buy little souvenirs from things of history about Karakura, the locations of the clues, and a plastic replica of a mask of the leader, and a little plushie of him.
5. The important question.
From the crowd, one person would ask the leader a question.
''What's the idea of the search? Why did you even make it?''
The leader laughed, answering.

''I've noticed that the youth of Karakura tends to not know a lot of its places and localizations and most importantly the history of Karakura! I've decided to make a little search, where places of important events in Karakura took place. I obviously know that they'd look up those things on the phone, but it then lets them learn about the history of Karakura, as they need to remember where it is.''

PEOPLE REQUIRED FOR THE EVENT:
2 Event Team members [ ONE AS LEADER, OTHER AS THE BOUNCER ]
A Few Staff / Event Team members [ CASHIERS AT THE SHOPS ]

CAR MEET AND RACE
TYPE OF EVENT:
MEDIUM / MAJOR EVENT

IC MESSAGE:
A few days before the event, you'd get a notification on your phone:

''Did you know that cars are fast? Well I did! And you now do as well! Do you want to see some cars, talk with the owners and see how fast they are? If you do, then you are a lucky one! An event will take place at the parking lot behind school! If you are interested in partaking in the event, then come here with your car and you'll have the chance to get asked about your car, and maybe take part in the race around Karakura! We encourage anyone who has a car, imported or not, to take part in the event! The top 3 to win the event WILL receive trophies and cash prize, whereas the rest of the racers will receive a memento. Can't wait to see you there.''
This race will be under the supervision of government officials and Karakura Police Department officers.

INFORMATION:
This event will encourage people to show off their beautiful vehicles, and to race with them legally around Karakura, to show their driving skills! The vehicles will all have the same part applied, as to not give anyone an advantage and let everyone have a fair race. The race would take place around the map of Karakura, whilst at the same time modifying the sidewalk at 1682 / 1225 so cars would be able drive onto in in this localization as to make the race road be more interesting. Once the car drives onto the sidewalk, the racers would be lead towards the entrance onto the beach, where a make-shift road would be made, leading them towards the other end of the beach where they would then turn back onto the road completing the race where it started. It's really hard to explain without an image of the minimap.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EVENT:
- The Building Team would need to decorate the parking behind the school, as well as the road. Barriers would have to be placed around the race road.
- The Staff Team would need to temporarily modify the Vehicle Plugin, allowing the vehicles to drive at a certain localization, allowing the race road to be unique!
- The Building Team would need to have a schematic ready to paste in at the localization of the news station, which would be a destroyed news station.

THE ORDER OF THE EVENT
PART OF EVENTINFORMATION
1. The News
People of Karakura would receive a News notification on the phone, which informed them about the event.
2. People arrive!
At the place of the event, a large group of people and cars are to be seen. The vehicle owners have the possibility to get asked about their cars by the attendees, show them off or talk to other car enthusiasts about anything!
3. There's a race?
The host of the event takes out a megaphone and informs the owners of vehicles:
''If you're interested in partaking in the race, come to the booth and give us your name! There will be 8 people chosen randomly. We'd require you to take off all of your car upgrades from it at the mechanic.''

A large swarm of people got towards the booth and started signing up. At the end, 8 people were randomly chosen, and told to light up at the start line.
3.1 Rolling
Every person partaking in the race rolls an 8. The roll decides of the players position. The higher it is, the higher the grind number they start at. If the roll repeats, they are told to reroll it. Once 4 people rolled, the roll gets down to a /roll 4.
Underneath an example of how the roll looks will be shown:

PERSON A: rolled 5 out of 8 - 5TH GRID
PERSON B: rolled 2 out of 8 - 2ND GRID
PERSON C: rolled 1 out of 8 - 1ST GRID
PERSON D: rolled 8 out of 8 - 8TH GRID

HALFWAY, /ROLL 8

PERSON E: rolled 1 out of 4 -3RD GRID
PERSON F: rolled 4 out of 4 - 7TH GRID
PERSON G: rolled 2 out of 4 - 4TH GRID
PERSON H: doesn't need to roll. Only grid left is 6. 6TH GRID
4. THE RACE BEGINS!
Racers align on the grid with their cars, A person gets in the middle of the road, and starts counting down.
''3... 2... 1... GO!''

They'd scream, and the cars would start racing around the map of Karakura. The race would consist of 3 laps around the roads of Karakura, the road would be closed off with barriers [NOT BARRIER BLOCKS], allowing the racers to not be confused as to where to go, and at the same time providing the civilians with safety, so they can safely watch the race without having to be scared of being ran over. The first lap would be already finished. The cars would continue racing, driving past the news stat-
4.1. THE INCIDENTA loud bang would be heard across the whole Karakura, the sky would start turning black, as smoke would start filing it up. The smell of burned gasoline, burnt rubber and plastic would fill up the nostrils of people around the News Station. It turns out during the set up of the roads, an oil leakage happened, and no one has noticed it. The role of the person who crashed would be played out either by a volunteer or a staff member.
4.2. PROTOCOLAs the crash happened, yellow flags would be raised around the whole track, signaling that there was an incident, and the car may continue racing, but overtaking is prohibited until the yellow flag is raised down.
4.3. THE DAMAGE WAS DONE As soon as the crash happened, EMS personnel would be contacted, and would rush to the crash scene and attempt to save the racer from the car. The place of impact would be the news station. The car crashed through the entrance, totaling the car, and completely destroying the insides of the news station, leading to a collapse of the insides, luckily the way towards the doors of the now totaled car would be clear, so the EMS would equip gas masks, before rushing inside of the building, attempting to take out the racer. They would take out 'Jaws of Life', before cutting open the doors, allowing the driver to get out from the vehicle. The person would then be carried over to EMS to have operation and an attempt to save their life would be made.
4.4. THE AFTERMATHThis incident looked awful. Blood would be visible around the News Station, as well as it being completely destroyed. It was un-repairable, there was no way to save anything inside, as the building was on fire. EMS and KPD tried to take care of the fire, but all they could do is cut off the electricity from the News Station and try to stop the fire from reaching other buildings. Funds to rebuild the News Station would start to be collected, as people were now unable to receive any news.
5. THE REWARDS
The event couldn't be stopped, and it continued until the 3rd lap, as the first 3 people finished the race. The top winners would get announced, and they would get on top of the podium, and receive rewards of:
PLACE
REWARD
1st PLACEGOLD TROPHEUM, 500K CASH
2nd PLACESILVER TROPHEUM, 400K CASH
3rd PLACEBRONZE TROPHEUM, 250K CASH
OTHER PLACESA MEMENTO
6. CAR GRADINGAfter the race is finished and everyone gets their rewards, three judges comes out, and grades everyone's cars. The cars get graded by its looks and the owners knowledge about it! At the end, the judges give all the cars a rating from 1 - 10. This part is just for the fun, and there will be no reward for the winners, as not to bring an aspect of pay 2 win.
7. THE ENDAt the end, everyone is still able to stay and show off their cars, but no more events will happen at the location.

PEOPLE REQUIRED FOR THE EVENT:
1 Event Team Member and a few Staff Members who could take care of looking who was 1st, 2nd, 3rd and to act as judges. 1 Volunteer to play as the person in the incident, some EMS and KPD members.

Thank you for your application, unfortunately, we have decided to deny this application. Whilst your application was good, the events you proposed would not work for a large scale server like SchoolRP. If you decide to reapply try to think of events that can benefit the whole server.
