Hey, there is a house who's owner has been inactive for 29 days, 22 hours and about 30 minutes. Is there any way we can get it evicted now? It says on the forum that properties can be evicted is the owner has been inactive for 30 days. I have the money to claim it

the 30 day mark hits in an hour!
Not sure if you could do it now or later, really dont wanna miss out <3
