Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I thought of experiencing and working on it but didn't know how, thanks to that my friend encouraged me, since I was nervous and worried. Seemed like an easy job to me and have few things to do! It seems a lovely job!

I thought of experiencing and working on it but didn't know how, thanks to that my friend encouraged me, since I was nervous and worried. Seemed like an easy job to me and have few things to do! It seems a lovely job!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Evric Yurell would sigh, as he looked at the student, tired of hearing that but he said: "You know, that's not nice to someone who works hard, not trying to offensive just incase, if you were in my place, how u would feel?" he said calmy, not happy but went back to work. Added: "So, I'm giving you some advice, if you keep doing like that, it won't end well, so fix ur behaviour," Looked at student a bit serious. Then smiled at the other students.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
He would look at the students, trying to yell so they would pay attention: "Stop!!!", it didn't work... ,he had another plan... as he sighed, getting in between them, that cutted the fight, explaining clearly and he would be dissapointed in them, giving them detention slips, without asking the explanation who did start first.What are your current role(s) on the server? He would sigh and approached the person, reminding them that they shouldn't cause trouble and if they kept the same behaviour they would be reported to SLT.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
He would take seat, took sip of tea, "Ahh... Long day..." He would daydreaming of his own girlfriend.. Then would yap to his colleagues about his childhood and hobbies, maybe walk around at the same time whistling . .He would sigh and approached the person, reminding them that they shouldn't cause trouble and if they kept the same behaviour they would be reported to SLT.

/me He sat down , dragging his chair to the desk, working on things he has to complete newpapers groaning: "Ughh... I have to do this?!" yawned holding his mug,he took a sip of it. "Now im ready to work on these, I don't have all day."/me He looked at the students suspiciously, clearing his throat, as he said: "What y'all planning to do? Better isn't what I think is it." smiled at them, kind of intimidating them , he didn't mean to do that.
/me He spinned around the chair, his face expression was bored,as he looked at students sighing as he asked himself: "Why. . ." As he paused,he inhaled then said: "May help with something?" then turned to his colleague: "Bring me some choco mug with milk!" said the milk thing in a playful matter

Backstory
Evric Yurell,a deaf with hearing aids person, he was raised in Japan, Tokyo, his childhood with his family was great, had father, mother and his little sister!
Evric Yurell was very adventurous! He always climbed on trees when’s family vacantion to camping, he always said interesting made up stories to his little sister, making her laugh!
Everything was great untill at age of 14, the family went down hill, his father and mother were argueing a lot over his father’s cheating and secrets he has hidden, they agrued almost everyday.
His sister began crying with Evric in their room, she would look up at him, asked with her soft voice: “Bubu.. do u..” she would pause the conversation.. she sniffled.. “u think.. that they’re getting divorce?”, Evric looked at her stunned, the words hurted her deeply, he would response paniked: “What?! Alisa! They wouldn’t..” he would let his own tone lower: “If something bad going on, remember, we got eachother, we’ll never leave eachother!” Would give her a little smirk. Alisa noded slightly.. hugged him tightly! “I love you, bubu..” , Evric gave her a kiss on forehead responsed: “I love you too, my little princess..”
A week later, on monday, when Evric arrived to home, yelled as he got inside taking off his shoes: “Ma, Pa! I’m home!!” Soon as he turned around, he dropped his backpack on ground, frozen in shock what he saw.
His parents packing bags, not worrying about a single thing.. not about their children.. Soon his mother talked: “My love.. Evric, you see..”, Evric’s face expression of anger same time with sadness, yelled at them: “Why you have to ruin this family relationship?! Why?!” He brust in tears..
His little sister, Alisa would tap his shoulder, rubbed her eye not understanding what's happenting, questioned: "Brother... why are u crying..?" she said worried.
Evric with full of furious, turned around to his own little sister , said with a voice of calm: "Don't worry sister, i'm crying because of happiness." then turned to his parents: "Really you want to do this?" looked crucial.
His mother would put these kids on couch trying to explain the situation and it's best to let go for everyone, Evric very devastated about news and said: "So. . . It-" got interrupted by Alisa who she yelled: "IT MEANS THAT WE WON'T MEET EACHOTHER ANYMORE?!" then she turned to her brother, hugged him tightly broke in tears: "I don't wanna lose u!" soon she sobbed loud as possible.
So they left separeted, Evric went after mother and Alisa after father, they haven't met eachother for years after divorce, Evric haven't slept for weeks, crying under his pillow, repeating his memories he had with her, he would take his food to his own room, not talking or spend time with his mother.
His childhood changed everything living with his mother, soon as she got rich, she didn't even spend time with her own son, because of her job that keeps her busy for these years, he got used to it, didn't ask anymore, didn't belive in her promises, cause knew she'll say any excuse she can come out that's : "Sorry im late, my job asked me to stay longer!", missed every moments that Evric had.
Evric would just, spend his own time fishing, activities he likes, working at school for fun, chasing his dreams of becoming receptionist, he had that dream since he was thirteen .
Soon later he met his own step-father ,Evric didn't even talk to him, he would just nod and leave locking in his own bedroom, full of sadness and lonely.
He would write on his own diary, talking a lot about running away from home, from his own mother, though she didn't care about him not a single thing.
He was right! She didn't! She always cared about her useless things that anyone rich person would! Not caring about people close to her, so he snuck out from his own home, while his mother and step-father were sleeping, leaving a note said: "Goodbye, i'm gonna look for better family, that I trutly value, than you do, that I feel loved, that I'm seen, my words matters and making an family that's way better than I had.

He lived on streets for a while, unknowing what to do, but finally got out from this dump, did for living was fishing, his first job at only 19 year old. It was hard for him to work as fisherman, to keep his saving money in his piggy bank, almost got robbed about 10k yen, he cried a lot, causing of that.
He did regret a lot but kept surviving for years to get atleast an apartament, even he could attend his own school about 4 days, he wasn't kicked out from college that he wanted for so long.
His life went way better than before, happy for living, liked to fishing a lot for living, untill met his girlfriend at age of 22, she always cheered him up everywhere he went, encouraged him when he was nervous about his dreams, she always said: "If you won't try, you'll never know!" . Which Evric felt way confident about it.
Untill at age of 24 did propose to his own girlfriend at Shirine, she answered excitedly: "Yes!! I do!!" so they ended married happily for 3 years, that's when Evric Yurell finally prepared to apply his own dream job, writting very detalied as possible, hopping he would be accepted to work, his fiance would always remind if it goes down hill, they'll get through it all the time no matter what.
When Evric whent at Interview, he would clear his own throat clearly and answered every question was given, bravery !
He lived in good life after bad past he had, he always said: "Always in the dark comes light after.." he smiled.
Hopping could help people soon as possible for everyone.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Evric was always eager to work at a school and he was motivated, interested and had full support in trying to apply. By Family and friends! Then found out about that school he had childhood with, seeing multiple jobs, janitors, teachers, professors, nursers, receptionist, etc. So he usually saw other receptionist work.. he adored it! So he implusing his own dream job by applying on job application! Bit nervous… but excited!
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
To make world better and well educated, teens or adult how we call it, are our future, because of us, they'll have the motivation to continue on high school and college, as in example. Best qualities.
