Just an extra note. When I made my request I asked to be 20. I was aged 19. Then when I asked in game to be 20 they said you can't be 20. I pointed out others were and they said it was a glitch or something.

You may not apply for an age change; in order to have age twenty, you must've put the listed age within your college application already. The others which are twenty have listed the age within their application already.
