WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: With upcoming summer beach parties, all boats par the big, big one, are virtually useless aside from the aesthetic that it makes for the beach. Added to the post of the multiple towers and estates for sale, could be a part for boats to be bought. Of course, this may come with having to add some more boats to the beach, but maybe this would be a good thing and would make the beach look like a much more lively place.
Some of the boats are a perfect size to fit perhaps a small kitchen and a bedroom or be a mini party boat for a couple of friends to hang out on. Just a block deeper lower half of the boat could be added, so that players can actually jump without hitting their head below deck.
A rough idea of this boat transformed, of what I envision.
