Recently I given someone my apartment that I have owned and paid the monthly 50K for. Though, she had to pay 50K to be able to get it. Do realize I was meant to give it for her for free.
I think it's bad that we have to disown the apartment for the other party to buy it. I think there should be a command to transfer ownership of the apartment to the other person, and it will keep it on the same expiration date, and anything else.
It would help when you're becoming inactive so you transfer your apartment ownership for your friend rather, or you want to sell it you'd get the amount with the 50K rather than them having to pay it, and in many other forms I'd see this is just a helpful addition.
