I have had a previous ban for cosmetic abuse although I can confirm that i’ve learnt from my lesson, I wasn’t fully aware of my actions back then, I have stopped using cosmetics for unnecessary reasons.

What’s your motivation for applying?:
Personally, i’ve checked out medical-roleplay for quite a while, I have different reasons of why i'm looking forward into being an EMS part; they'll be recorded underneath. Encountering new sort of roleplay, i've never experienced medical-roleplay which is the reason i'm anticipating it, i've put in a couple of months on the worker, I will probably encounter any fascinating roleplay if conceivable, from my view, being a hospital staff worker has consistently been an intriguing thing, you are to experience various patients who experience the ill effects of various sicknesses ordinary which is the thing that intrigues me the most, it'd support my aptitudes in conveying and help me out later on if I somehow happened to be acknowledged. My available time, i'm for the most part free at whatever point I am on the server (although at this exact moment i am typing this application up my computer is broken but i am getting it fixed tomorrow so i should have my computer fully functional by the time this application gets accepted), this job would occupy my time, yet would likewise lead me to investing energy in an astounding situation, medical-roleplay is a protected spot obviously, a lot to investigate, much pleasant laborers out there, i'm amazed.

What do you know about basic medical knowledge?:
I lack a large amount of knowledge about the medical field but I certainly searching for some help, tips, training from any fellow hospital member, i’ve seen some hospital workers do their job, i’ve received some knowledge from them, saw much, although, I do know a few other things that my dear aunt has taught me through her days as she was a nurse/phlebotomist which included first aid practice, taking blood, managing a stressed out patient and a few other things but as i’ve mentioned before, I am forwardly searching for some help from others.

Head Physicians: This person is the head of the hospital, they have many responsibilities such as handing out promotions, payments etc. restocking and other medical matters, there’s much more, they also can deal with patients, this person can rely on clinical leads and manager.
Clinical Managers: This person is the second head, they have many responsibilities and duties, they are to observe whatever occurs around and make sure everything runs smoothly, they keep track of restocks and such, they are to make sure a patient receives good care, they can also supervise other hospital members if needed.
Clinical Leads: These people are also responsible for observing and training, they make sure every department is going perfectly, they also have many other duties, if there are any issues with budgets, patients and such, they are to report it to the head.
Surgeon: These people are responsible for surgeries, body part removal and much more, they play a much important role in the hospital, they should always be aware of what they’re doing, surgeons can also perform dental work and such.
Doctors: These people balance between surgeon and nurse’s jobs, they’re able to perform surgeries and such, doctors help with much worse cases, they are able to prescribe medicine for those in need of it, diagnose conditions and much more.
Psychologist: These people seek to understand and explain thoughts, emotions, feelings, and behavior, they are responsible for diagnosing and treating them as well, it does take time to treat them though, psychologists are also able to help around with injuries.
Nurses: These people have many duties such as caring for patients, communicating with them in order to calm them down or such, administering medicine and checking vital signs, nurses do play a special role in the hospital, they also assist during surgeries and such.

How are you like during and off shift?:
During his shift, Isaac is seemed to be serious about his job, of course conversing and having some enjoyment with other fellow workers, he always has his head up, he enjoys socializing with others, helping with whatever is needed, he gets the job done fast that’s for sure, Isaac isn’t unique in any way, he’s just like every other worker, he adores meeting new people, he takes the job seriously, never late, always focused. Off shift, there isn’t much to say except that he likes to meet new people, observe what happens around, he’s usually seen spending some time with family and friends, he’s an honest man, a sweet one as well.
How would you describe your personality in summary?:
Isaac is a truthful male, he’s always found to be honest and kind, he enjoys helping other individuals that are in need, he’s stable that’s for sure, he does goof around from time to time, other than that, he’s pretty chill, doesn’t give off a cold vibe or anything of some sort despite the fact that he takes important events extremely seriously, Isaac is a normal citizen, nothing much to say.

BACKSTORY:
Isaac Belleview grew up in Spain, he’s had a Spanish mother who was always by his side, he had taken some Spanish lessons at a very young age to help him communicate of course, some assistance from his mother at home, reaching the age of 5, his mother had began drinking alcohol, Isaac had by then not been much of an outsider, not any social interaction at all, the young boy still continued to study by his own, his mother began slowly forgetting about him, a few years later, his life has been the same until his mother was caught stealing a car, driving while drunk, she was soon arrested, it was an extremely difficult thing for Isaac, he was soon brought to his grandparents who were old in age, by the time he was 16 they’ve died, moving him to Karakura to meet his father who used to be an officer, he’s been told a bunch of stories by his father about his past crimes he’s dealt with, he’s spent his time in Karakura learning Japanese, reaching the proper age for training to become an officer, he achieved his dreams, he’s found love while doing his job, getting demoted from his job, Isaac had yet had another rough time, he’s visited his fiancé multiple times, he’s seen hospital staff work which led him into taking interest, after some time from recovering from his rough time, he finally decided to do what he could to become part of the hospital-staff team.
