I consider myself a pretty active person on SchoolRP. Nowadays, I usually get online for around 5-6 hours daily, and do some Casual Roleplay with other people. I used to GangRP, and I sometimes come back to it, but now, I find it kind of boring after 1 years of roleplaying as a gang member, and I think that there is nothing for me to do on there anymore. I usually get on at around 3pm, until 7pm, that's when I usually log off, to go outside... I know, weird.. After that, I usually come back at around 10PM ,where I play on SRP until 2AM. This can change, when I come back to school, after summer break.

I was once banned for ‘’Glitching into Disallowed Areas’’. Back when the sport dorms were being built, I accidentally clicked a stair next to them, forcefully teleporting me into the area which you were unallowed to enter, and it was either an automatic ban, or an admin banned me. The ban was only for an hour.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
As the name itself says, Caretaker takes care of the school, and the students. A caretakers job is to maintain and to secure the school premises. If a student comes across a danger, a fight, or students misbehaving, the first person he should come to, is a caretaker. Caretakers have access to the CCTV, so in the freetime, they can check the cameras, looking for any unreported misbehavior. A caretaker is also responsible for keeping the school clean, making sure everything looks perfect, or is safe. Caretakers are equipped with a spray bottle, a sponge and a mop to clean the school. During school events, Caretakers spectate them, to make sure that no one is doing anything against the rules, is dangerous to other students, or just to make sure that the event goes down great.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Back in 2019, I started my roleplay experience, by creating a small, private server for friends, hosted on my own PC. We had some basic rules set, and were just doing it for fun. After some time, the idea of RP got boring for most of my friends, but it didn't for me and my best friend. We decided to look for any games related to roleplay, and came across FiveM, an application, which allows one to roleplay real life inside of Grand Theft Auto Five. We decided to try it out, and fell in love with it. We couldn't stop playing it, and we played it every day, during lessons (QUARANTINE TIMES), after lessons, and at night. We didn’t stop the grind, and we focused on one server, where we were basically rich. During early 2022, my friend decided to stop playing, and focus on real life, and so did I. In the winter break of 2022, I didn't have anything to do, so I decided to look for some minecraft servers to play, and came across SRP, and then, I started my journey with it. I mostly did casual roleplay, until the summer of 2023, where I came across a gang called Anarchy, that's when I decided to change things up, and start Gang Roleplay. It was a great experience, but as I said above, it gets boring after some time, and I used to quit, and join, and quit… You get what I mean, I kept changing my mind, trying to find anything to do on SRP. So I can say proudly, that I have a lot of experience in roleplay in general.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I used to be in the school employee faction, but I decided to quit, to apply to KPD, but I got denied. I guess it wasn’t something for me yet. When I was in the faction, I found the whole idea of working in a school pretty interesting, fun and it helped me interact with more people. I also noticed that alot of ‘’Greenies’’ and ‘’NameMCs’’ are disrespected by the more experienced players, taking away the fun from roleplay, just because they are new or basically don't have a SchoolRP shaded skin. I tried as much as possible to help them out, and explain to them how the commands work, the rules, ect.. What I’ve always wanted to do is to help out the new and inexperienced players, and I did. I noticed that at the beginning, when I helped out the new players, they kept playing on SRP, and I saw them get more experienced in RP. What I hate the most, is when players scream or disrespect new players, because they don’t know about a rule and want to call in staff for that. What I always try to do in this situation, is to calm down the person who was arguing with the new players, and try to explain to them how it works. So the main reason to join the school employee faction is to help out the new players. I noticed that I was taken more seriously when I had the school employee tag, so they actually listened to me, instead of ignoring me.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:Tyrone would try to remain calm, looking disappointed at the student. He’d perfectly know that that's how most of the students act in situations like that, having once been a student. He’d look at them, before saying ‘’Please, calm down. There’s no need for this type of language to be used.’’ as politely as possible. If this hasn’t worked, he’d tell them to calm down, this time more seriously. ‘’Calm down. As I said, there’s no need to speak like that.’’. If saying that hasn’t worked, I’ll let them know that if their behavior continues, I’ll have to contact SLT. ‘Listen, If you won’t stop disrespecting me, I’ll have to contact SLT, and you know both of us don’t want that.’’ If, and IF, the disrespect continues, I’ll contact SLT, to have a talk with the students, about how disrespecting the Faculty isn't a great idea.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
As soon as Tyrone noticed a physical altercation happening, he would run up to the two students fighting, quickly looking around, looking who’s taking a part of it, and who’s just spectating. He would then scream ‘’BREAK APART’’, if nothing changed, and they still continued fighting, he would get in between them, breaking up the fight. After the fight was over, he’d take both of them to the nurses office, asking the nurse to check them for any bruises and physical damage, if any was done. After getting them checked, Tyrone hand out detention slips to those who took part in the fight. If they continue fighting after getting detention, he would contact SLT and let them know about the situation, letting them decide what to do about those students.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
If Tyrone were to ever notice a school employee acting inappropriately, he'd ask them to stop doing it, and he would let them know that doing it is dangerous and could result in injuries for him or other people. If they continue, Tyrone try to get as much proof as possible of them doing it, and I’d hand it over to the SLT to let them handle the situation.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the break room, Tyrone would let all of him inner self out, relaxing in there, talking with his fellow coworkers. He’d discuss with his coworkers about any situations happening in school today. Basically, he thinks of the break room as a place where he could calm down, drink some coffee or eat at.

/me would pick up his mop, before looking down onto the floor, his face filled up with disgust, as his eyes started to tear up from all the smell. ‘’Looks like… Someone didn’t like the lunch today’’ He’d say, as he placed the mop next to the liquid, before starting to mop it all away… After some time, he’d walk up to the sink, rinsing away all the… pukes… from the mop, before coming back to the place where he mopped earlier, getting rid off everything that was left.
/me walked towards the coffee machine, before turning it on, and selecting ‘’Latte’’. After that, Tyrone would walk up towards a chair, before sitting down at it, waiting for the coffee to be done. ‘’So.. How did your day go?’’ He’d say, before hearing the coffee machine stop. Tyrone would walk to the coffee machine again, picking up the cup, and taking a sip from it.

Backstory
LIFE IN COMPTON.
Tyrone is a 27-year-old male who was born on September 22, 1998. His childhood was a mixture of love and challenges as he lived with his loving mother, Imani Wright, and younger brother, Tyrell Wright, but also had a difficult relationship with his abusive father, Denzel Wright. Most of the time, Denzel hasn't even spent time with his own family, mostly visiting the local bars and coming back to the house drunk most of the time. When they were living in England, they lived in the slums because of a lack of funds. Tyrone was surrounded by criminals. The family chose to start again when Tyrone was 7 and relocated to Florida, USA. Tyrone, at the age of 15, found a gang, which he joined. He was taught the ways of crime. A tragedy occurred when Tyrone's father and 15-year-old brother got into an awful vehicle accident, leaving Tyrone heartbroken by their untimely loss.
THE FRESH START.
Looking for a fresh start, Tyrone took a part-time job and made some extra money; thus, he made the decision to move to Karakura, Japan, at the age of 20 years old, hoping to find comfort and fresh opportunities in this dynamic city. One Tyrone moved to Karakura. He found out his other brother's family, Takada's, had been living there as well. Once meeting them, Tyrone became attached to the family, being around them a lot. Yet, Tyrone hasn't known a few secrets about the family. One day, when he was out with them, they would be jumped by masked individuals. Tyrone attempted to protect his brother, yet he failed to do so. Once he was found later on, his leg was missing. Tyrone rushed him to the ER, and the EMS took care of him. Once out of recovery, Tyrone demanded explanations. He was told that the Takada family had connections with a gang known as Rokuhara Tandai. After finding out, Tyrone begged to join it; there was no other option other than joining it. Tyrone was forced to KO people, fight with them, even cut off limbs, and murder. Tyrone grew angry towards people who had hurt his brother, attempting to pay them back for the crimes they'd committed, but a realization came to Tyrone’s head: "He became one of them, hurting other people." Tyrone has tried to quit the life of a criminal, but it was hard to do so, being associated with a crime family. After some time, Rokuhara Tandai unexpectedly disbanded for no known reasons. Tyrone could finally rest from the life of a criminal. After around a year, a new gang was created by a higher-up in Takada, "Black Dragons." Tyrone was once again asked to join BD; he couldn't decline the offer because the higher-ups were his brothers. He’d joined the gang but wasn't as contributing to it as he was to Rokuhara Tandai. After some time, Tyrone decided to quietly quit Black Dragons, attempting to rehabilitate himself in the community once again.
I MIGHT NEED A JOB...?!
When Tyrone was now 27, he would be sitting in his apartment, living off of his allowance. He got a bit hungry, so he decided to go out on a walk to a local shop. Whilst on the way there, he noticed a group of delinquents bullying a younger kid on school grounds, when a caretaker was behind the corner, scrolling on his phone, ignoring the miscellaneous screams coming from the direction of the incident. Tyrone then went to the principal of the Karakura High School to report the caretaker, yet the principal said:
"There's no proof of this happening, so sadly we cant do anything about it..."
Then something hit Tyrone... The urge to fix all of the problems of the modern school system, he decided to apply to become a Receptionist, to maybe help out the kids in need. He decided to apply as a Receptionist, because from when he was in the High School and College, he remembered that all of the incidents happened in the front side of the school, since most of the students spent their time there.
"Hey, are there any free spots as a receptionist?"
Tyrone said to the principal
"Uhh... Not now, but we're planning on kicking some people out, due to inactivity..."
answered the principal
"Why?"
"Could you hand me the application form, please?"
he said, with a serious tone in his voice
"Uhh... Sure!"
said the principal, with excitement heard in his voice, followed by a little bit of a worried tone, knowing well Tyrone from when he used to attend the college.
The principal would now ride with his chair towards a big cabinet filled with paperwork to the brim. After a few seconds of scattering inside of it, he would pull out 3 pieces of paper, before getting up from his chair, walking up to the desk, and taking out a stapler, stapling the 3 pieces of paper together.
"Hand me over the paperwork, when you're done filling it out."
said the principal.
"Good luck, Tyrone."
"Thank you, sir."
said Tyrone, before walking out of the principal's room.
Tyrone, a few days later, would come back to the school, wanting to hand over the application to the principal but- someone, stopped him before walking in.
"The principal isn't here today."
said a voice, coming from behind.
As Tyrone turned around, he noticed an unfamiliar face... someone who he has never seen.
"I'm the vice-principal, you can hand me the paperwork, I'll make sure to hand it to the principal"
"Uhh... Sure."
said Tyrone, with an unsure voice, walking up to the vice-principals desk, handing the paperwork to them.
"Okay, I'll make sure the principal sees this."
vice-principal answered.
"Goodbye."
answered Tyrone, with a straight face seen on his face.
Here was now Tyrone, awaiting for the results of the application to come on his email.
After waiting more than a month for the application results, Tyrone finally go an answer. He would slowly open the results email… before noticing a big, green text in the middle, which read…
ACCEPTED
After finally getting accepted into a job, Tyrone was proud of himself. He started the work as a Receptionist, yet after 2 months, Tyrone realized that this job wasn't for him and didn't fit him very well… So he decided to switch up to a Caretaker, which fit him alot better, after all he’s got a history of breaking rules in school, knows how the students act in certain situations, and knows where they hide from the faculty. He would try the best of himself at the job, and it certainly worked out. He had made a lot of friends at work, not only fellow coworkers with whom he could speak freely, but also the students, who looked up to Tyrone, listened to him and understood him. Tyrone didn't instantly try to resolve a problem with SLT, he tried to speak with the students, and make sure they know that if they continue to break the rules, someone else will not be as nice as me, and will instantly go to SLT to report them. After around 5 months of working at the school, Tyrone would quit the job, to find something new, a new job, something that would interest him as much as Caretaker did. After looking, he found a similar job to the one he had earlier… There, you had to take care of the city, protect the people of it, catch rulebreakers, and make sure it's safe… Tyrone would take his time to write an application to the Karakura Police Department, where he’d start an interview with the commissioner…
After reading his E-mail, he’d just look at the large text displayed in the middle of it..

Tyrone’s face would fill with disappointment, sighing. After some time of thinking, he’d decide to take a break from working altogether, trying to focus on his private life. After 2 months of not working, he’d decide to look for a job to apply, before deciding to apply as a caretaker once again…? Tyrone would walk to the school, walking up to a nearby receptionist, and asking him if any SLT is available, getting his response
‘Ehmm… Let me ask on the radio’
‘Any SLT available?’
The receptionist would say
[!] RADIO SOUNDS WOULD BE HEARD [!]
‘Yes, there’s a principal available.’
‘Any SLT available?’
The receptionist would say

Hearing the response, Tyrone would sigh in relief, it's the same SLT, which he spoke with during his first application. Tyrone would thank the receptionist, before walking towards the rooftop of the school, walking inside of the office, starting the interview.
‘Great to see you again, Tyrone’
the principal would say.
‘Hello, Mr. Principal’
Tyrone said,
‘I’m here for the application.’
‘Hmm… Sure. Let me take out the form’
The Principal said.

The Principal would walk towards the cabinet, before scattering throughout the paperwork, looking for the application form, before taking out a small paper file, taking out a piece of paper from it, handing it over to Tyrone.
As Tyrone took the paper from the principal, he’d notice a student sitting in the office, looking disappointed.
‘Tyrone, I’m afraid that you’d have to walk out of the office, I have to take care of the student’
Principal said.
‘It’s okay, don’t be too harsh on them, tho, okay?’
Tyrone said.
‘I won’t be, don’t worry.’
The Principal said, with a smile on his face.’
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My motivation to join Karakura High School Faculty, is to help out the students in need, the ones that don't get understood by the faculty and the others. When I used to work in faculty, I noticed that a lot of students get disrespected by the faculty, due to them either not understanding how the school life in Karakura works, or that they get bullied by other students, and faculty don't do anything about it, because the ones who hurt the students are either their family of the friends of family. When I worked in the faculty, I never looked if the students were my niece or nephew, I always gave them fair detention. I believe that no employee should have a biased opinion, and should always hear both sides of the story, instead of hearing only the victims side, maybe the one who hurt the victim had a reason to do it? Maybe it was self defense? Who knows, if you don't listen to both sides, you will never know.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe I should be chosen over others, because I have experience in working as a faculty member. I know the rules, I know how to talk with the students. My idea of a perfect faculty, as I said above, is the one who isn’t biased, and the one who hears both sides of the story, and that’s what I’ll be trying to bring into the Karakura High School Faculty. I think bringing that ideology inside of the school faculty will really help the faculty get the right opinion. Whenever I hang out with the members of my family, I hear how the faculty can sometimes be biased. Due to my family, Takada, not having the great reputation amongst the city, they can be sometimes looked down at, and get disrespected because of that. I’ll try to change that, and show everyone that people can change, and can get better.
