Describe your activity on the server: The amount of time i spend on the server a day can range from 5 hours to 10 or 12 hours, but i'm usually on everyday of the week, as i have fun playing the server!.

School Employee Role you are applying for?: Receptionist!
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: The Receptionist is usually the first person students go to if something is happening, as he is the first person that students see inside the school, and usually easier to get to than a teacher when it's periods 2-4. And the receptionist is also one of the main faculty as they greet students and faculty when the students either walk inside the school or one of the faculty team speaks on the radio!.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: My experience with roleplay started in 2020, as back in 2020 I roleplayed on another minecraft server for 2 years until it closed than I roleplayed with my friends for a year until finding SRP and learning new types of roleplaying. Like GangRP and normal CrimeRP, which also taught me how to roleplay without FRPing or doing something I was not meant to!. So out of ten, I would say a 7 or a 8.5!
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: The specific reason I would like to join the faculty team, is that it could teach me more roleplaying styles and skills, as also I can roleplay with students and other faculty members. But I also have always wanted to join the faculty team as it has been something that interested me when I first joined the server!.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: He would speak in a calm but stern tone, telling the student to calm down and to watch the way he talks to people older than them also trying to ask him why they think he is pathetic. Than telling the student not to curse in the future and stay calm and talk about it!.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: He would calmly walk over separating the two immediately, calling over another faculty member on the radio, while also asking why they did it. Before getting the two to the nurse, but making sure they are seperated, and after the nurse was done the two would get detention.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: He would radio asking for another faculty member for assistance and possibly SLT, but he wouldn't wait for them to get there as he would walk over asking the faculty member to stop doing what he was doing and talking to him about why he was doing it. And when SLT got there he would leave letting them dish out whatever punishment they see fit.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?: He would act as he should, Calm, Coordinated, and as a faculty member should and he would be talking to other faculty members in a kind but formal tone but cracking a joke from time to time to see if he can make one or two of them laugh!.

/me He would pause his quick typing causing the computer to stop showing new letters appearing and autosaving itself, and he would turn his attention to the student Infront of him staring at the student with a calm but stern face and he took a second and inhaled and exhaled causing his muscles to relax before speaking to the student. "I'm guessing you need assistance, alright with what?."
/me He would glance around the room at every student, watching each one walk by him sighing relaxing his muscles, before he continued typing on his computer while responding to his radio with comments on what was being spoken about, while also paying attention to what the students were doing around him, and with calm and controlled breathing he would set his radio in his pocket focusing fully on his computer and what he was typing.
/me He would sit at the receptionist desk waiting for the day to be over as he was tired from working threw the challenging day, and he would take a second to calm his body and muscles to a relaxed state instead of the tense state they had been in all day after hearing the bell he got up said goodbyes to the other faculty and students before leaving and going home to his sister!.

Backstory
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective): Back when I was 10 years old, my elder brother and my father died suddenly in a car accident, leaving me and my mother alive. Luckily, we had enough money to keep us stable, and I continued in school. Until the day we moved to the island of Karakura, the city was peaceful and quiet with kind faces, and inside the school, the faculty were kind and happy to have me at the school, and the words they spoke were "We are so happy to have a new face" or something along those lines. This indeed made me happy that they didn't judge me for moving in the middle of the year. When I turned 15, I met a girl named Lamashtu H.V. Watcher, and I found her being bullied, which I quickly resolved with words and by calling over a teacher. But seeing the girl sad, I decided to have my mother adopt her, which made her my stepsister, and I noticed my mother started to get sick, which meant I would have to take up the role of worker in the family, so I worked at many places until I turned 18. Then I decided to try applying for a school faculty and hopefully make enough money to support Lamashtu's life and my mother's sickness. Now all that I was waiting for was an email telling me if I was denied or accepted.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: There is no reason I must be accepted over the other applicants, as I believe everyone should get a equal chance at succeeding, and we all have our own problems of why we need the job.
