Flip Phone Help.

As most of you know, the flip phone came out today. And, most of us, like myself, don't quite understand how to use it.

A few things I would like to know is:

How do you check what your phone number is?

How do you access Messages (if you can)?

How do calls work, how do messages work?

Do I have to be near he or she for them to know what I sent?

If anyone could help me out, as well as a few others, that'd be great!
