Karakura College is always looking out for future College Professors who wish to apply and join the faction! Professors are the main gear for college to run smoothly and to make it all the more entertaining for College Students. When wanting to become a Professor you are able to teach any course if they are educational for College, Anything from teaching Medical courses to teaching Astronomy! PROFESSOR EXPECTATIONS
In general, being a college professor gives you a lot of freedom, from how your character deals with bad students to the subject you teach, there are however a few things that are expected from you/your character:
- You are expected to host at least 10 classes per month, this is the minimum amount of classes required to get your paycheck
- You are expected to log inactivity if you won't be able to host the minimum amount of classes- for a month.
College Professors are expected to make sure College Students behave during their class. The difference between High-School & College is that College Students have no leniency when it comes to immature behavior. College Academic Administration is quick to act to any and all reports made on College Students. Students not only risk losing their benefits but also risk being placed back down to Grade-12, having to restart the entire process again.
A College Professor is expected to be mature and professional. They represent the College as a whole and are expected to behave like an adult. Any Professors found breaking these simple rules can easily be demoted. It is the Faction Leads choice whether a Professor should be placed as an Adult or back to their previous rank. A College Professor are to provide strict and realistic lecturers for students. You are expected to grade Students if you wish to do so and vary your classes, this meaning you should not constantly replicate the same topic. You should also attempt to be as interactive as possible in lectures. Try to make it fun.

4. Be patient about your application, They are expected to be marked at the end of each month
5. Do not plagiarize/copy from other applications - This can lead to a complete blacklist from applying ever again.
6. You must have good knowledge of the course you are wanting to teach.
7. Your character must be 27+
8. You are restricted from GANGRP if accepted.
