Francesco is an advocate for a free market economy, and believes in "fair trade" to prevent outsourcing and noncompetitive trade from other countries.
General Appearance
Physical Appearance: Being highly fashion conscious, Francesco has very set clothing standards. He mainly wears Italian designer clothing, and is skeptical of foregin designers and outright refuses to wear non designer clothes. His favorite designers are Armani and Prada for their more understated, reserved nature, and his least favorite are Gucci and Versace for their flashy nature. He believes in taking good care of himself; He showers twice a day, uses a lot of skincare products, and applies a minimal amount of Armani Giò cologne. He has a slightly crooked nose from sporting related activities.
Personality: Francesco is pretty introverted, and isn't the one who will usually start up a conversation, largely because he is not confident with his speaking ability. However, if you engage him with a topic that interests him, he will gain his confidence and be thoroughly engaged in the subject. His opinion of someone is largely based on their appearance, although if one were to pursue a closer bond with him, he will see beyond their physical appearance. He often befriends people that he believes can help him solve his weaknesses.
Disease/ Illness: OCD.
Voice: Francesco’s voice has moderate depthness, and is extremely posh and academic. He has a noticeable Pugliese accent.

Hobbies/ Interests: Francesco enjoys singing and playing the Cello, swimming, reading, movies, and videogames. He likes realism and educational works, and doesn’t like fantasy or horror. He is an avid fan of motorsport, particularly Formula One.
Weaknesses/ Problems: Due to being raised with a golden spoon, Francesco is quite out of reach with wider society and has a rather large superiority complex. He is often judgemental or rude to people he deems as “inferior”, if they choose to interact with him. Despite being an exceptionally creative and talented student, Francesco has a poor vocabulary. He often has trouble conveying his thoughts and ideas in speech and in writing. Because of this, he often gets labeled as pretentious and slow-minded. This consequently fuels a cycle where his self-esteem is broken, and attempts to fix it by breaking others self-esteem. Francesco also suffers from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, which is most obviously seen in his wardrobe and routine.
Skills: Francesco is exceptional in music, and excels in singing and cello. Apart from Writing, Francesco is a strong student and performs exemplary in school. He is also good at cooking, mainly Italian dishes. He is extremely educated in fine cheeses.
Quirks: Francesco walks loudly with his shoes because he likes the clicking sound when his shoes touch the floor. He often messes with his hair, making sure it’s in the right place.

Backstory:
Francesco Drepana was born on December 9th, 2001, in Mesagne, Puglia, to Sergio and Emilia Drepana. The Drepana family has noble and aristocratic origins. Originally from Trapani, Italy with ancestral roots tracing back to Greece, The Drapanas wielded significant influence in the region. Many members of the family served as mayors of Trapani, or more significantly, statesmen for the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. Due to their historically liberal attitudes, they supported the unification of Italy, and consequently, continued to wield influence in western Sicily long after the unification. However, this influence would unfortunately come to an end as a new threat emerged from the underground: The Cosa Nostra, or the Sicilian Mafia. This criminal organization immediately replaced the Drapanas as the governors of Western Sicily, and when the Drapanas refused to submit to the authority of the Mafia, the criminals retaliated with violence. Hitmen stormed the property, and one by one, they were murdered.
The last surviving member of the family and Francesco’s Great-Great Grandfather, Flavio Drapana, took what remained of the family fortune and fled up north to Mesagne, near Brindisi, in Puglia, Italy, in the late 19th century. He bought a new acreage, and began to rebuild his destroyed and broken family. He eventually rebuilt the family, and it’s fortune, thanks to his investments in mechanized agriculture and food processing. His sons and daughters later expanded the family business to include winemaking and shipbuilding. Sergio’s father is the current head of the family business, while his mother is a lawyer practicing in Bari.
Francesco grew up in the family estate with a life of comfort and privilege, however, that’s not to say it was absolutely perfect. His parents, while supportive and loving, were very busy with their careers and didn’t often see Francesco. His older sisters, Sophia and Stephania, who are identical twins, were cold and distant, and had nothing in common with Francesco. He would later develop a bond with his younger brother, Claudio, and together they would play football and watch Formula One on TV. When his father had time, he would drive Francesco around in his Ferrari across Puglia, exploring the countryside and nearby towns. Francesco had a closer relationship with his mother, who commuted him to his prestigious private school in Bari, the city she worked in. Here he showed his talent for school, and started learning how to play the Cello. He also took up go-karting, which quickly became his favorite pastime. At one point in his life he was even considering becoming a professional race car driver. Although he didn’t have many friends, he was satisfied and had a vision of how he wanted to live his life.
However, in the past couple of months, his life changed forever. The Cosa Nostra and the other Mafia clans had finally caught up with the Drapanas, and once again threatened the family. Sergio, eager to protect his loved ones, signed Francesco up for a foreign exchange program in Karakura, Japan. Francesco was forced to leave immediately, and barely had any time to say goodbye to his family, or what few friends he had. Arriving in Karakura with only his clothes, Cello, and a plane ride worth of Japanese, Francesco had to start a new life. A hefty allowance was supposed to be wired to him when he landed, however, that is yet to happen. His parents and his siblings have not replied to his texts, calls, or emails. For all he knows, they could be dead, and Francesco will have to move on, and, like his Great-Great Grandfather, rebuild the family once again.
