Fridge sign weird house

After I rented an apartment, my friend and I noticed the fridge was sign-claimed by MarziEzn, so we cannot interact with it at all, despite owning the room. The room is room 610 in complex H, at around 1241 48 704, owned by NotSoGoodTimes.
