In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Teaching Assistants are a vital role in the classroom as they are there to relieve part of the stress and workload assigned to the teacher. Their responsibilities include a wide range of tasks such as grading assignments, tests, quizzes, collecting work from students, and helping in creating copies of work for the students to complete.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
No, I do not have any experience with this, but I am a swift learner, and I am always motivated to try something new.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I’ve been role-playing for nearly seven years and have been role-playing on different servers. I have gained a great understanding of how role-playing works, the rules of it, and how to make roleplay intricate and exciting.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes, I am familiar with what the occupation entails. It is to help faculty handle the workload of managing students, their classrooms, and their student’s work. It can be quite disorganized with how rowdy the environment can get, which is why the assistants are there to also help manage with the stress.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
First, I would ignore the student’s comment and take a quick moment to ****yze the situation. Once complete, I would first give a stern warning to the student, letting them know that their behavior is disrespectful to not only me but to their fellow peers as well as they are setting an example of how their grade and class behaves to the school and the public.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
First, I would quickly examine the job they have requested before notifying them on the possibilities of what could and would happen if I did such a task. Then I would state my opinion and then recommend them to choose someone else to do the job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would first have my phone ready in my pocket in case something were to happen before making any contact with the employee. Then I would quickly confront them and warn them about their behavior and actions. If they do not comply and continue to act recklessly, I would inform the head of the school or authorities.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
I have resided in Karakura, Japan for quite some time and I have noticed a few things when it comes to the school environment of YHS. I am enthusiastic about when it comes to the education of the generations after us; knowledge is power, and with that power, it will take them to extraordinary places and lead to a bright future. However, in the classroom environment of YHS, it can be a little rowdy and turbulent, which prevents the teachers from trying to complete the topic at hand. I only wish to help the faculty and staff as much as I can to help better the environment the school provides.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
The reason why I believe YHS should accept my application over the other applicants is that I am a very passionate and devoted woman when it comes to the education of our youth and the well-being of future generations. I am confident, open-minded, respectful, and hard-working in the working environment. If there is any co-worker that needs help, I will be there to help assist in whichever ails them.
I know that my place belongs in YHS because, for many years, my enthusiasm for the educational well-being of the students that reside in Karakura has only continued to grow further. I want to help the faculty and staff as much as I can while maintaining a safe and warm environment for the kids. I know that with enough help, the teachers will be able to get on through the day with a completed lesson and educated students.
