Gas Mask went poof

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Its in the top right corner of my inv. I was in the tiny model and put it on as a joke, but I got reset to the default model and lost the mask in the process. Tried seeing if going back into the tiny model would fix it but it didn't sadly.
