WHAT'S THE TITLE OF YOUR SUGGESTION:
GENERIC.SCALE ON ANIMALS | rats are too big.

INTRODUCTION INTO THE SUGGESTION:
Ever since the 1.21.x Update on SRP, everyone's been awaiting for the Height Update!
While we wait, how about I suggest something that would bring more immersion onto SRP using the generic.scale attribute!

THE IDEA:
As of right now, for example, rats are larger than cats. This doesn't really make sense, does it? What I thought of is that we should make it so some animals are LOCKED onto the generic.scale, and make them look realistic.

Another example, frogs are MASSIVE.
you know what else is massive? THE LOW TA- 1734119933384.png

Now I know some might say:
'I don't think this is possible!'
It is. I once saw some admins use the generic.scale on a rat, and it actually looked realistic! I don't remember who it was, and even if I did, I wouldn't say!

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY:
This would bring immersion into the server, and make the animals size look more realistic, allowing for people to roleplay out the size difference between animals more realistically.

I think that it would be really cool if the players with the whitelist were somehow given a boundary to the scale

for example if a person is a cat and the scale is size 1 up to a size 10, it would be cool for a player to receive a special command to receive a locked version of the 1-10 where they can alter the size of their animal from 1-10!!

(the locked down version is to ensure people dont make themselves 500x size etc)

It's possible they've already thought of this and it'll come with the height update, but nonetheless I +1 this.
However, my only thought is that the smaller the animal is, the more they might try to do that isn't animal realistic or maybe even against the rules. It's not much of a concern, just an overall thought.

Animals would be hard to see, could cause problems. The nametag to animal ratio would be crazy, tiny animals and large nametags. All you can see is the nametag if you're a bee. However, I did find a cool texture pack that makes bees smaller, which can work for those wanting realistic sizes.

the scale wouldn't be really that small, it'd be kept so the animals have a seemingly realistic size, and their visibility would still be good.

The nametag would update with the generic.scale, same as the player height.
