What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation for becoming a teacher is that I want to experience a new type of roleplay, if you experience the same type of roleplay with the same friend group, with the same things happening day in and day out it feels like a sitcom, (to me, at least). I think becoming a teacher would one, expand my roleplaying experience, and ultimately, help me break out of a shell. I love teaching people in real life, so I think it'd be fun to teach high-school kids on a Minecraft server.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
Yes, I used to watch youtubers like Aphmau, DanTDM, and other youtubers who used to roleplay in Minecraft (please, forgive me for my sins), but, that ultimately got me into roleplaying on servers like Parkourcraft, The Hive, ForeverMC, etc, (again, forgive me for my sins).

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are information that happened during the class, an exampled of a classroom log would be "I did a class on 6/15/18 and we talked about. . .", they are important because if the Principal or VP need to know what happened during a class, its there in one accessible room.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
If I would like to start a school field trip I would,
OOCly: I would contact Ducks over discord, or whoever is in charge of field trips and give them all the information, such as, but not limited to, who would be attending, chaperones, equipment needed, etc.
ICly: I would request to have a meeting with the Principal and ask him if I could start a field trip, I would tell him the information, such as, who would be attending, chaperones, date, etc. Tell him/her why this field trip is important to the student's learning, and ask him/her to please at least consider it before deciding, if they said no, I would thank them for their time & considering it and leave. If they said yes, I would thank them and leave, to start to prepare for the trip
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
My previous RP experience in general includes of roleplaying on servers like ForeverMC, Hive, ParkourCraft, etc, I roleplayed dramatic situations, like I was a gymnast who did a trick wrong and broke their leg, making them unable to do gymnastics or a surfer's whose leg was bit off by a shark.
On SchoolRP my roleplay experience consists of GangRP, and normal RP, it was usually, ridiculously dramatic, like one of my characters was forced to eat an organ or die, but all around, it was a good experience, I never hated anyone for killing my characters.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: These teachers are the boss of everyone in their department, they make lesson plans, they give teachers lesson plans, they can train trainees, and they are basically the boss of their department. [Head Department]
- QTLS: These teachers are normal teachers, they generally do not have to worry about mistakes. They can start classes without the consent of their Head of Department, they are allowed to have trainees in their class, but are not allowed to train them. [Qualified Teacher and Learning Skills]
- NQT: NQT's can teach lessons, they are allowed to start one on their own. Although, this teacher will have to use the lesson plan the Head of Department's lesson plan that they have planned out. [Newly Qualified Teacher]
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers In-game earn 250000 yen a month, they usually plan lessons in their free time, and when they aren't planning lessons, they might be at the club or doing normal things, much like the students, they have friends and plans over the weekend. Out-of-game, they might do stuff like give other teachers lesson plans, or do (again) normal things, as they have a life out of SRP. They have a very simple purpose; to teach the kids and make sure that they are ready for the 'Real World', if a teacher fails to do this, they might as well failed the entire world.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to a SchoolRP server because without teachers it would just be an RP server, no school doesn't have at least 10+ faculty members. If SRP didn't have teachers what would be the point of having the server? As they are the ones who need to prepare students for the 'Real World', without teachers, the point of an SRP Server would be pointless

Ji-a "Jia" Kanjong is a Korean female, who was fiery dyed red hair, soft, brown eyes, and doll-like pale skin. She is a confident woman, standing up for what she believes in, yet, kind and laid back. She wears casual clothing, while still looking formal. She is hard-working and takes pride in her accomplishments. Jia is an openly lesbian woman but isn't focused on love. She loves her students, and would sacrifice her life just so they could have a better future, she believes that kids will make tomorrow today, and absolutely cherishes them. Jia is friendly to the other teachers and asks them about their days, classes, etc. Her plan for the future? That's quite simple, to find a nice woman, adopt and raise children, while still teaching children.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Jia would politely ask them to leave, or she'll get the principal personally. If they do not stop, she will go and get the principal, and let him decide what to do with them.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Jia would get annoyed, but still remain calm, she would raise her voice and say "Listen up, or I'll send you to the principal's office!"
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
In teacher's lounge, Jia is calm, asking them about their break, and what happened during their class today, nodding her head and saying stuff like "Oh, I hate it when student's do that.", "They're so smart! [Student] already knew that [Event/Thing] happened!"

Backstory
Ji-a Kanjong was born in the Seo District in south-west Busan, near the sea. On November 8th, 1987, although, this birthdate is useless since in South Korea everyone ages one year on January 1st, New years. From a young age, she was in love with how the world and how the land formed. She loved watching documentaries on the land from 1,000, 6.5 million, 1 billion years ago. She had 2 Siblings, Hae-Wan and Mi-Na, her father and mother were very supportive of her. Jia's grandma used to quiz her on how the land could change. But, in 1972, Her father, Jong-hyuk lost his job, her mom started working as a laundry woman while her father looked for a job, he eventually got one. In 2005, after she graduated high school she applied to be enrolled in Wayne State University, UCLA, University of Southern California, and many more.
When she was accepted into the University of Southern California, it took her 5 years to complete her master's degree, and 4 more to complete her teaching degree, where she moved to Vanderbilt University to complete it.
After getting out of University, she flew back to South Korea, since her Aunt Ha-Yoon died, she spent 2 weeks there, and when those 2 weeks were over, she flew back to North America and moved back into her Los Angeles apartment, with her two roommates, two girls, Remi (28), and Valerie (31). A few weeks later she started dating a girl named Tiffany. It didn't last long for Ji-a and Tiffany.
Jia started applying for teaching jobs, eventually, at 28, she got one at a high school as a sub-geography teacher, and when that teacher finally quit, 6 months into her job, she got promoted to geography teacher. Being a geography teacher was hard for her, at first, she had struggles like, the kids didn't know how to listen. She had to teach them how to listen again. After 2 years, at the age of 30, she moved to Kyoto, Japan. And applied to be the geography teacher at Karakura High, at 30.
One year later, the day has finally come, where her letter saying she was accepted comes in the mail, she eagerly opens it, hoping for the green, fancy "Accepted."
