Getting into 1.13.1

So recently the server updated to 1.13 after optifine created 1.13. The thing is, it's not exactly possible to use optifine 1.13.1 without a forge 1.13.1. Simply because force hasn't updated to 1.13. Does anyone know where i can find forge 1.13?

I tried doing that, but I keep getting disconnected from the server every time I try to join with optifine. I didnt have this problem with 1.12

Optifine does not need forge to run, it has its own installer. To initiate it, do this:
Download optifine 1.13.1 or 1.13.2 from https://optifine.net/downloads.php
Double click on the downloaded OptiFine_1.13.x file
Click install
Close and re-open your minecraft launcher
Select the minecraft version labeled with your version of optifine you downloaded and click play
Done!

The only problem I have with the server being on 1.13, or is it 1.13.1? Eh doesn't matter, is that 75% of my items turned into Diamond Hoes. T^T Is there anyway to fix that?

Make sure your server resource pack is installed. If it is, do the following
Get to your .minecraft folder by pressing the windows key and r and typing in %appdata%
Go to roaming
.minecraft
Server-resource-packs
Delete all of the files in the folder if you can't recognize the schoolrp resource pack
Rejoin the server and allow the resource pack download
Problem should be solved
