ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I made an application to get this item back a couple days ago and I received the wrong item. After /helping on the server multiple times each day this week along with attempting to contact S.As about this as well I wasn't able to get a response of any sort from staff who were obviously online during the time of the /helps. I decided I would just make another forum request for getting it back.
(On a different note, I also need to know how to change my user name on this website because the name I have now is no long my username, as you can see.)
